The staff is so lovely! We always see the same pleasant faces. The building is CLEAN - and its smells clean. The dining room is cheery and the food is varied and cooked well (albeit maybe not exactly like...
Welcome to Thrive and a fresh perspective on senior living. Over a decade ago we took a hard look at traditional senior living. We quickly knew we would not want to visit most of these places, let alone live there; so, we created communities where Elders would not only love to live, but...

The building is fairly new, so it is very open, airy and bright-even the hallways! My sister's apartment includes a living room, bedroom and kitchenette, so it does not seem like she is in an "institution"....
Come To Live Here. From the beginning, we envisioned a community designed less around senior living and more around – well… living! We envisioned a place that would not only draw people in, but together.Welcome to Thrive at Montvale.Located just off the Garden State Parkway and nearby the serene...

Thrive on Skidaway is a small and connected community and the residents and the staff have been lovely. The food is also the best we have had at any assisted living center.
Thrive on Skidaway is a dynamic elder living community that opened in Savannah, GA during the fall of 2020. We believe that if a community's focus is strictly on great care, they don't care enough. At Thrive on Skidaway great care is just a by-product of bigger and better things. Thrive team...

Senior living was never so…lively. Thrive at Green Island has taken a radically different approach to senior living. For starters, if you’ve spent most of your life fulfilling obligations to family and society, you’re more than just ‘a senior’. You’re a hero. Now is the best time to kick up your...

Memory care is limited with the services they can provide. Most residents there are high functioning or have family members who visit every day. I had to move my mom as her health declined because their...

We cannot rate the care services because we are in the independent living center. What we like the most about The Social at Savannah is the management and the people as a whole.

My experience overall has been positive. It's difficult however for me living out of town and trying to check on her to make sure all is going well. Whenever I call, I do feel I get good information from staff and the nurse. One thing I'm picky about is wanting them to fix her hair daily. Not necessarily a salon-type style but just a quick day to day look. For whatever reason, they do not stay on top of this. I bring it up often. Some of the pricing areas/supplies seem a bit high but there is no way for me to accurately know or keep track of items needed monthly. I would recommend Thrive and always voice any concerns with the staff.

High amount of fried foods. Not really a heart healthy diet. Seem to ship residents off to emergency room on minor incidents. Then very difficult to get people back to there residency.

I would tell a friend,it's a tad expensive but worth it for peace of mind. We chose Thrive because[name removed] was amazing and they helped Grampa get in a room just up the elevator from Gramma. They made them feel so welcome and even rolled out a red carpet upon their arrival. We love that place

Overall it's a good place, however the dinning was there Achilles Hill. [name removed] at the front desk is very helpful and friendly, activities were great and of course, fellow residents. It's a good place, I miss all my neighbors for sure. Every place has their inherit problems. Where I'm now is closer to my kids and their children.

As a new facility, At Home Senior Living Thomson is working toward stability and growth. Move in procedures were easy and location is convenient for our family. As with many facilities, AHSL is still working towards smooth procedures given all the variables with assisted living.

I am a resident who resides in the Independent Living community at At Home Senior Living. I couldn't ask for better neighbors. We all help look after each other. Even though we live in the Independent community the staff checks on us all daily. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday. That's the day we play BINGO and I am the caller!!!

Improvements: New residents are literally at sea as they are left to fend for themselves. We didn't know where anything was, what abbreviations were on calendar, etc. I asked if they had ambassadors and although I finally found one she couldn't answer most of my questions. She said they all did different things! Location of different activities was a problem as abbreviated on calendar. I finally walked all 4 floors to see where they were. Some things that are mentioned in Brochure are not available. Many are resident oriented which often leads to non inclusion of new residents. Food is a big problem. Just had lunch. Dining room was crowded. Lots of new residents and no place to put them. Service was not great! 1. Poor nutrition 2. Portions are very skimpy unless it is potatoes or noodles. 3. TV IS EXTREMELY OLD. Doesn't even have guide to show what programs are on! (we weren't aware of this until we moved in. They had a list of 100 channels in brochure but didn't mention it was severely outdated!) This data should be available before signing contract. If we want to know what is on we have to buy a TV Guide. The biggest problem with us is noncompatibility with DVR and inability to get other servers that we could use because of the antiquity of the system. On the plus side it is included with rent.

The community is very caring and friendly. There is low staffing in the community currently. If your loved one needs medical care, I wouldn't recommend the community. This would be a great community for those that are looking for social inactions and activities. It would be nice to see more dietary restriction meal options for the residents. There are three meals a day and choices are varied for the residents. Movies, bingo, trivia, outings and more are some of the activities available for the residents to participate in.

My loved one was only there a week. It's a great place with a super bunch of people. We picked this community because, of the cleanliness was a very big factor. I also liked the medical personnel. They all seem to very concerned about the well-being of their elderly. Overall, their staff was very caring. The staff actually had personality, compassion, and want where the elderly were concerned.

When it comes to the meals we feel as though the dinners we have seen for the Memory Care wing are almost too basic. I've only seen sandwiches with yogurt and goldfish. No real fruit or veggies. Activities are good but we would love to see them have weekend activities.

Our loved ones really enjoys the bingo and the other activities they offer, however she does say the food could be better. It is a friendly community, a staff that really cares for the residents, and a clean facility but the meals could be improved.
