Very good first impression

Beautiful community with good CNA's. My mother loves it Thrive. She has across the hall neighborhood that she has made great friends with and they spend alot of time together.

Beautiful place, great location, rooms are very nice, very clean, residents look happy.

I love it here! The staff has been great from day one. I now have many friends here and we are very supportive of each other .

This is a good facility. The care providers do a good job and really care about my mom. My mom struggles with this Covid-19 thing and it will be good when they let us back in to visit. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to others needing senior care.

Savannah Commons has turned out to be a great place for my mother. She is a new resident and still trying to adjust but seems to be happy. She likes the food and participates in some of the activities. One thing that was kind of disappointing is the fact that she doesn't get to join the exercise class since it's not offered in her building. I am positive things will continue to go well.

My loved one was only here a brief time, but I thought Savannah Commons seemed like a nice place, overall. The people were friendly, the facility was clean and well kept, and there weren't any issues with her getting her meds on time. I would definitely be comfortable using them again if the need arises.

Overall I think things have gone very well with Savannah Commons. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff have all been very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I've heard from my loved ones is that they didn't have any option when it came to what company to use for the phone service (they wanted to stay with their original carrier but had to switch.)

Clean,larger apartments/rooms. Spoke with friendly staff and residents.

Very warm and friendly environment for my father. Apartments are a nice size and very affordable in comparison to where we live now.

The staff at The Social is fantastic! But according to my mother and father, the food is really awful most of the time and I think the place really needs a makeover. It just doesn't feel clean and the elevators are always broken.

Room cleanliness ... it doesn't smell very fresh most the time ..wonder about how well they are cleaning the bathroom. The food may be getting better. Breakfast was always cold several months ago. I hope they are improving. The assistant director at the springs assisted living bldg always responds to my requests. I appreciate that.

The residents seem nice but lots of them, my mom included don't really participate much. I think the residents may be a bit older here than some of the "active retirement" communities. I would definitely caution people when they are looking at the price because they will tell you one price then jack it up in 12 months, be wary of the pricing and do your research. The management doesn't care they just expect the family to pick up the tab if the resident can't. Their staff (front desk, kitchen) are the best though super friendly.

Staff - 4 front desk and 2 management and dining room staff. There are problems with maintenance and employee turnover. The entire building is infested with roaches.. Definitely not worth the money. I am presently exploring other living places but definitely not a senior living facility. I am disappointed that i have to move again but I won't stay here.

My husband has been a resident of Thrive for almost 1 & 1/2 years. He started out in regular assisted living, which was fine. He was moved to Memory Care & immediately took a precipitous nosedive in his cognitive condition. After almost a year, I can say that the memory care programming & care has been poor. Now, with probably only weeks to live, the administration has deemed my husband’s needs too great, & has given me 30 days to find a new placement. Thrive at Brow Wood does not honor aging in place standards as most facilities in the area do. I do not recommend.

The experience has been okay. I picked them because they had the lowest cost.

The food is horrible and our loved one never went to the activities so we have no idea. It is not worth the money. Hall floor carpet was filthy outside building was dirty. Hall smelled of urine all the time

The med tech staff for the most part are responsive, and show care and empathy. The non med staff turns over to much. They cannot perform basic tasks like doing simple laundry. The food is terrible. High starch, low protein, small portions, etc. they do not respond to feedback about the poor quality of meals and serve the same thing over and over
