We toured Savannah Court and it was great. It was a brand new facility, but it did not have all of the amenities we were looking for and it did not feel as warm and welcoming as another one that we were looking into.

The staff was excellent, caring, wonderful and the community is clean and beautiful. The location is good and the communication is great between the staff and our family. I think you would be very pleased if you use this community. I would recommend highly.

The staff is very friendly and they let me bring my dog in to visit. Communication is not as good as when we first moved in and I hope that changes. They have activities for the residence to do and my loved one is participating more. I would recommend this community to others based on my experence.

We've had a good experience They've been good to deal with, and I haven't had really any issues at all. They've been nice to work with, and they seem to really treat my loved one well. The only minor issue is it's not a full fledged nursing home, so they don't have medical staff per se. I think they have one during daytime hours. So they like to call the ambulance a lot. But I think that's pretty standard across most assisted living facilities.

It's a good place to stay. My favorite thing is the staff.

I like the food, I give it a 9/10. I really like the people too.

Their communication has been really good, we think they went beyond making the residents feel comfortable. They assist in anyway possible especially during the pandemic. They made our loved ones transition very nice, it was awesome and we are very appreciative

We love this community and the people, I always look forward to going and visiting. The outside of the community is very clean, it really is a pretty facility. They are very friendly and our loved one seems to be eating really good. Due to covid they have had to keep the activities at a minimum.

This is a nice place to live. My daughter, [name removed], likes it here, but there is no place like home. I am from Mildradilla, GA. This place provides good meals and they wash my clothes every Monday.

They take great care of mom and they go the extra mile to ensure she is taken care of! I highly recommend this facility. Mom started out in the Independent apartments and did great until her health started going down then she was moved tot he assisted living where she has done very well!

This community was very caring and are very patient, with the residence. I would recommend this community to others.

Great place. Very much run as a family home. While the place is smaller and a little outdated. They are putting on an addition for activities and updating where they can. Floors and bathrooms were great. The staff is awesome.

My grandmother lives at Insignia of Newnan. She loves it and so do we! We love the care she receives on a daily basis from the friendly, caring, dedicated, and well trained staff. The food is delicious and the building is clean and safe. I would highly recommend Insignia of Newnan!

Insignia of Newnan has gone above and beyond in making my Grandmother feel loved, taken care of and comfortable. I could not ask for a more caring, friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of a woman who means the world to me and the rest of my family. I cannot say enough good things about y’all.

I am super impressed with most every facet of my care this first month. I pray this second month will be smooth sailing. When talking economics people can always look at the price and say oh no that’s too much; but take a look at it like I did. Take that bottom line price. Then start subtracting your rent/mortgage then all utilities including cable and phone cause they supply landline and cable. Then subtract what 3 balanced meal each day for a month would cost you. Have you reached zero yet? Then add up all those trips to the dr, store, joy riding - yes they supply that too. And so much more. Autumn Cove can’t be beat and don’t for get to subtract your caregiver fee. Now for my draw backs everything can’t be perfect but they jump on everything as soon as something is reported. An exceptional assisted living. It has been a wonderful experience for our family.

My mother in law lived at Insignia for 2 years, they took excellent care of her. The activities were great they had a car show, luau, cookouts, ice cream on the front porch. The employees were always ready to help. The Director is always available when I just need to talk.

My friend is doing well since his move to this community. He likes it, and I know he is in good hands. They are taking good care of him, and his needs. We do not have any complaints about this community. Everything has worked out well for my friend with his move to this community, and I would recommend it.

I have been a resident at Savannah Court of Lake Oconee since November 2016 in one of the villas and am very happy here. The staff and caregivers are wonderful. I have a tendency to fall and each time I have had to push my alert button they come right away to see about me. I am furnished my noon meal and it is a good, balanced meal. They have many activities here, but I am unable to participate because of my disability. It is a good place to live if you are unable to stay in your own home.
