My grandmother moved from out of state to Proveer 6 months ago. Her quality of life is so much better! She enjoys socializing with other residents and attending activities. We are so happy knowing she is somewhere safe. The staff are so friendly and kind every time I visit!

There have been a few minor issue but it's so much better than many places I have seen. Sometimes mothers room is not as clean as I think it should be and she doesn't like some of the foods they serve. I didn't know when we moved her there that they were not allowed to check her blood sugar but I understand that is a state regulation. Overall the people are very friendly and do try to take good care of the residents. We are happy there.

Attentive care, clean facility, and great with residents. Very affordable and the right fit for my family member.

The experience with [name removed] and her team at Oaks at Fayetteville have been a God send. They have been a comfort to me in the midst of being overwhelmed.If a friend asked about community I would definitely say I feel my dad is safe there, it's clean and all the people I have met are nice.I picked Oaks at Fayetteville for the location. The area is nice, the hospital is across the street and it's not far from family members. Makes it easy for us to check on him at any time. They gave my dad a veterans discount. That was super helpful.

From start to finish, what a GREAT experience! My 94 yo mom needed a place to stay for 2 weeks while we were gone. This was the perfect choice! The staff are incredibly friendly and caring. It shows on the faces of the residents as well. Everyone seemed happy and welcoming. We would definitely do this again and would also prioritize this facility if more long term care is needed. My loved one currently lives at Oaks at Fayetteville and the experience at this facility has all been great. Everyone here is friendly. The move in process was very smooth for us. The cleanliness, care services and staff are great. The value for cost and activities are also great. The meals are great and they have a menu that the residents can choose from. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Our family had an in person tour with Oaks at Fayetteville, and while we were there it seemed like they might of been lacking staff members, but also they could of been with the residents. Overall a good tour experience.

Our family had an in person tour with Regency Point for Assisted Living and will move mom there when we need to. My wife and I visited multiple time and we would want to live there.

During our search for Assisted Living/Memory Care for our loved one, we toured Oaks at Fayetteville and it was great! The facility is clean and beautiful. The staff and residents were all friendly and polite. This facility just wasn't the right fit for our loved one.

It's excellent. We picked this community, because of the location, it's near my home and very near hospital. All the staff communicates will to us and really care about my mom. I like that, the community is more like my mom's personality than others we visited.

Staff is friendly and wonderful with my loved one. They communicate with me about everything regarding my loved one, no matter the time. The facility is clean and smells nice. All of the residents rave about the food. My loved one does not eat and it is a challenge to get her to eat, but she seems to really enjoy the food. She just commented to another resident (they are at dinner) about how good the dinner is. He agreed. I feel blessed to have found this place for my loved one. Of course, I don't really understand why the cost is so high. But the cost is in line with all of the other places.

Overall all we were satisfied. What we really like about Oaks at Fayetteville is the friendly stuff that are always willing to give help and give support to the family. Based on our experience so far would recommend this community to other families.

We are most pleased! Excellent care; well maintained; personable/friendly staff. They offer weekly trips for shopping and entertainment; Transportation to medical appointments within Athens area; birthday parties; games and in-house group activities; weekly cleaning; daily trash pickup. The Club At Wellington. It is a excellent place for seniors citizens to come and live. The staff and employees are professional. They have good food, house keeping, maintenance and So much more. The have two Generator Priceless. The best way is to come by and check it out for yourself.

We went with Oaks at Fayetteville because the cost of the facility was very reasonable, it was very clean, and most importantly all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It is really like one big family there. They will meet your needs quickly. I would highly recommend Oaks at Fayetteville.

That they were easy to work with and communication was excellent. If something needs to be addressed and a question arises it is quickly responded to..the staff is super friendly and very helpful.

Overall Oaks at Fayetteville is a great place We're very pleased with the facility and they staff. They need to work on activities on the memory care side - taking the residents outside, etc. They have fewer things going on in memory care than in assisted living. But overall it's a well-maintained and well-run facility.
