Thank you (Autumn Cove) for taking care of our Daddy for the last 9&1/2 years. He loved the people who made his life enjoyable when he could no longer take care of himself. We want to say "Thanks Again!"

My friend, whom I am medically and financially responsible for, has been in an Assisted Living environment for the past year. And, while good where he was, his family and I felt he needed more pleasant surroundings. We felt he needed more options available to him, and that he needed to be with more people closer to his age. I began my search and within a short period of time I knew Dogwood Forest would be perfect for him. The staff is so kind to him and made him feel welcome from the moment they met him. He has flourished there! He has met new people, many of whom in his age group, and is socializing more. That is new for him. And, financially speaking, he is getting much more for his money and has realized a savings of almost $1,000/MO. He couldn't be happier! And his family and I couldn't be happier for him. I wish I had found Dogwood Forest a year ago! It's all that was promised and MORE!

The strongest quality that Morningside of Athens has is that they are so friendly and accommodating to the residents that live there. They really think about how things are going to affect them. For example, my dad had a lot of his family come to visit. When they left, someone from Morningside called me planning to do something special for my dad that afternoon, as he was feeling a little low and lonely after they left. So they just do things like that to go the extra mile, think of how things are affecting the residents, and proactively think of ways to make them happy.

The Savannah Court of Lake Oconee is a nice facility. It really worked well for us. It especially worked well for my mother. I would recommend this facility to anyone. The cleanliness, friendliness, care services, and activities are excellent. We are very pleased with all of the services. Everything has been going great. Everyone there is very friendly and nice. The staff has been helpful. My mother is happy here.

I love the stafff and the residents here are to die for. Not only have I visited this community in Athens, Ga I have also visited one of their sister companies as well. They both are great places for wonderful residents to live and enjoy wonderful food, fun and so much more.

I picked Savannah Court for my wife because it did not feel like a hospital. Brenda Mitchell tried to make it feel like home, and did a very good job. She made each resident feel special. The residents would feel so proud when their artwork or puzzles were displayed on the walls throughout the building. She also was good to her staff. I have seen Brenda fill in for a job, when someone was unable to show up to work.

When my mom fell on Thanksgiving and had to endure months of recovery, she and I talked about the possibilities for a change in living arrangements. We discussed assisted living and weighed the pros and cons. We had an opportunity to visit, tour and dine at Autumn Cove. We were impressed with the attractive facility, the uniquely landscaped grounds, the elegant dining area and the friendly, skilled and compassionate staff at all levels. Many longtime friends and acquaintances were already residents there and we met new people with common interests. Mother was able to "try out" a furnished apartment and then choose her own [apartment] which we furnished with her furniture. She is "at home" here and stays very bus. The staff, facility and grounds at Autumn Cove are beautiful in every way just like my mom. How perfect is that!

Autumn Cove is the answer to my prayers and the solution to the needs of my Mom and Aunt. I have the responsibility for both of these wonderful women and they require very different care. The staff at Autumn Cove has been quick to diagnose their problems and find solutions. They have an uncanny way of seeing the senior as an individual and discovering the perfect way to meet their needs. My mom is a robust 85 year old woman with dementia, but great health otherwise. She needs to be busy, entertained, and receive lots of love. The schedule of activities is perfect for her and each one is personalized to her capabilities. They even give her "jobs" to keep her busy and help her keep her dignity. She is thriving and I believe this wonderful care is slowing her dementia. My Aunt's needs are just the opposite. When she arrived at Autumn Cove she was weak, listless, depressed and generally in failing health. The staff gave her much needed attention, encouragement, and atmosphere of security. She has thrived! Her physical health has greatly improved, she has a whole group of new friends, and she is very content with her new home. The care of a senior loved one is a great responsibility and was overwhelming for me. I searched for answers and sought advice from experts for some time before deciding on Autumn Cove. I can honestly say I believe that placing my Mom and Autumn at Autumn Cove is one of the best decisions I have made in my life. Each night when I close my eyes I know that they are safe and happy.

This community was very nice and very clean and the staff was very nice and welcoming. The fact that it is all one level is great, and I love the nature trail! My family is planning a move in the future just as soon as we can get mom on board. She is a bit reluctant but there are a lot of fun things to do here, and we are hoping this will help encourage her. Having the other residents to socialize with is also a great asset. We were impressed! Thanks for the tour!

My mom was a resident at Savannah for three years. The care she received was unbelievable. The facility may not have the "wow" factor that initially catches your attention, but there is nothing that can replace outstanding care for your loved one.

I absolutely love brining my loved one to Dogwood. She's greeted with joy and professionalism each time. She's cared for as if she was the parent of the staff there. I'm comfortable and confident she receives the best care possible every time she goes to Dogwood.

They are doing a very good job. They are very attentive. They have a great staff there. What I like the most is that there are about 20 residents and five caregivers, so there is 1:4 ratio. They have a big sitting room they call an inspiration room, and they talk to them and one on one with them they work with them and keep them busy. I really like it for mom. I would recommend them highly.

My father has been at Dogwood in Fayetteville for about two years. Dogwood has been a blessing for my father a well as his family, having a place that he is cared for so well gives us such a piece of mind I cant describe. I can't thank everyone enough for making his later years so filled with friends and activities that keep him active and having fun.

The Dogwood Forest of Fayetteville staff gave our mother extraordinary care and support--they were always there for her--professional, cheerful and kind. The staff communicated quickly with me when necessary and were able to provide thoughtful and professional recommendations. From her very first day, our mother was welcomed and integrated into the community and she felt she was in a caring place and that was as important to her as it was to us. Dogwood Forest creates a welcoming, homelike, fun and encouraging environment both for residents and for their families.

Our loved one was unfortunately only here for a very brief time, but I think they did a great job overall. They were very very accommodating, and worked amazingly well with a hospice service to make sure that his last days were comfortable.

The people at this facility made it feel more like home than a typical care facility. I will always remember the love, affection and care she received while she was a resident there.

They did a wonderful job. They took really good care of my "girlfriend" (wife's grandmother). I felt welcomed. They not only made sure granny was taken care of, they made sure I was taken care of. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed.

They were very welcoming. They made me feel like family whenever I was there. They took very good care of my great grandmother. They made sure she was comfortable and they loved her. They would always help with what was needed. They followed every instruction that we gave them even if it was difficult. They did a wonderful job.

My grandmother was living here for about 8 months. The staff was incredible and cared so much. While I toured other facilities, Savannah Court was the most competent and felt like HOME!
