Thei location in Fayetteville, GA is above average, clean, no odors, very pleasant employees. I observed caring and pleasant service being provided, often unpleasant tasks involved. Negatives not much activity choices for active residents, food snacks never include fresh fruits or other healthy choices. Prices quite competitive. Overall pleased with choice to place family member there.

The facility is well- maintained and the staff is hard-working, caring, & VERY friendly!! My mom was very resistant to coming and staying for two weeks of respite at Tbe Oaks at Fayetteville Senior Living! Shannon Reeves went above and beyond to help get my mom to get comfortable with the facility, staff, and clients! Shannon was patient, professional, very kind, knowledgeable, and flexible in order to gain our trust and accommodate our needs! [name removed] was extremely accommodating as well as professional and seemed happy to serve! I'd be remiss if I did not compliment June, the gatekeeper for the finances. Even when there was a slight misunderstanding regarding dates, June remained courtesy, explained the situation in a manner (and in a couple of different ways) that I could better understand. The issue was also quickly resolved. Things to consider: The level of security needs improving! Also the door should be locked, consistently to the public, the same time every evening.

****The Good: The staff was very nice and pretty helpful. Communication is good with the family, except with an injury the communication was not. The assistant director had a couple of miscommunications with me. The move in process was great. The place is very nice and respectful to mom. They help her a lot. ****The Bad: It was not good that we moved her from memory care to assisted living. The living facility should be doing that. The staff couldn't change and clean mom's deep wound she sustained on her left knee from a fall. They explained to me why they couldn't, because they are not a skilled nursing facility. Still they have to. There is no way we should be buying the toiletries with the money we're costing them. If they are afraid they will get the wrong kind or brand of something, then we'll write it down for them. And the the price per month is too expensive.

Still early but these are my ratings for now. For the most part no complaints but the pharmacy plan needs work, does not offer 90 day option, the Guardian Pharmacy 28 day plan is more expensive than the 90 day I used to get from Walgreens

It seems like the food could be a bit better but otherwise they have been great!!! Yes, we would recommend this community to other families! And the a place for Mom guy who helped me was a 6!!!! Our experience with the Oaks at Fayetteville has been simply excellent, not only did they make my mother feel comfortable upon arrival they also put me at ease in terms of what she will be experience at her new home. I know that she is being well cared for and that has given me great peace of mind. Thank you Oaks of Fayetteville -appreciate all that you do!

The staff is very pleasant, but the food really needs to improve. I would only recommend Oaks at Fayetteville to others if the food situation improved.

Most of the staff were great. There were a couple of people rubbed me and my mom the wrong way. I had unexpected costs and it turned out to be more expensive than I was originally thought it would be. We would recommend Insignia of Newnan to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

Oaks at Fayetteville was fine, they just did not have any vacancy in the memory care unit, which is what my dad needed. But even so, I probably still would've gone with [facility name removed], because the surroundings seemed more open and inviting. Oaks felt dark and claustrophobic. Staff was very friendly, though. The tour was fine just honestly, not that impressive a facility. But that's just me; my dad came from a very open, bright and colorful, assisted living facility in Marietta so by comparison, Oaks was not.

This was an okay community with an informative tour. It didn't feel like the right fit for our loved one.

Our family member is doing well at Oaks at Fayetteville. It's a very nice place. I think they're going through some hard times like everybody else trying to find staff, especially qualified medical staff. But that's the only snag we've had - some medication things. Overall, they've been great. And in searching around before selecting them, we found that it's a good value comparatively to other places.

We had a very positive tour experience with Oaks at Fayetteville. Everyone was super nice. The reason we did not choose them was because we felt more welcomed at another facility and it seemed to fit our loved ones care needs better.

It was a great place just need to keep them active. They keep the place very clean and my loved one was taken care of , and the meals were great .They told us in the beginning that they would have lots of activities to keep them busy but that did not happen they need to keep them busy and not let them sit and watch tv or just sit and do nothing. The place is beautiful, and is very friendly, but you just have to be hands on to get really good care if not then they get ok care.

We had a great tour. The woman who ran the place was incredible. I felt that she would have been a lot of the reason we might have chosen them. The facility had a small-town feeling, seemed super clean, and we witnessed them treating everybody with respect. It was not as grand or modern of a facility, but my first impression was a positive one.

The facility is very clean and everyone has been super friendly during our experience here so far. The food is repetitive, especially for breakfast so they could definitely add more of a variety to the menu. Overall we would recommend Oaks at Cedar Shoals to others looking.

So far I've been very pleased. The facility is super clean. The rooms are nice. They seem to keep them well maintained. Normally the care is pretty good, although today they didn't change my loved one before they sent him out for an appointment, which they've done before. But the staff seem to be really receptive when I come to them with concerns or questions.

I am doing better than I have ever done here than in any other facility. Sometimes I am concerned about why I don't always fit in a group of people.

They have a level of care cost. I went in expecting one cost, and then it was raised, so I did not care for that. Also my mom was difficult, and they treated her as such, which I did not appreciate.

What stuck out to us most about Regency Pointe when looking for a place was the cleanliness of the building as well as how friendly all of the staff and residents were. The apartment sizes at the facility are very nice and spacious. The community seems well maintained and has more of a classy and upper-scale feel to it so we never have to worry. I would recommend them to others looking.

This is a very good place for your loved ones to be. My loved one has been happy here and there are a lot of activities going on for the residents to participate in. The community is safe and secure. My loved one enjoys the food. Some of the activities include bingo, mix and mingle, exercise, devotions, music, and more for the residents to choose from.

We chose Residence at Oak Grove because we heard by word of mouth that people had family here and had a good experiences. The room sizes here are really good. They do also seem to have a nice variety on the menu even though she does not eat the food. She is on the memory care side and they do seem to be short staffed on CNAs. They do take feedback well from the families. Overall, I would recommend this facility, it is top of the line.
