The Waters Senior Living

I have already recommended Waters of Eden Prairie to others. Once my loved one was able to get into the community it has been great. The staff went above and beyond to assist my loved one with their medical condition and to make sure the staff were trained to handle the equipment needed for my loved one. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and one option for the residents to eat.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was beautiful, however we just did not think in the long run this was going to be the right place for our loved one

Make sure you get the view you want because some are better than others! With my situation I'm pretty much in my room all the time. Make sure you can afford it because it is expensive, but it's in a great area. The actual location is phenomenal; it overlooks the town square that has lots of activities unrelated to the community. So that view makes a huge difference because you can see the farmers market, hear bands playing, and see little kids on the splash pad. If you're going pay the money, get the view because otherwise you won't get that experience. The Waters of Oak Creek is a community for 55+ and up, but most people are a little older. So if you're in your 50s and you come here just be aware that it's mostly older residents at this time. There's nothing wrong with that at all, but the activities are geared more towards that specific age group. They are open for suggestions however, and it does seem like they are trying to skew the activities to be more inclusive of all generations & ages.

We have had a great experience so far. My parents have been at The Waters of Plymouth since [date removed]. Mom was very resistant to moving. Now that they're there, she says, "We should have done this long ago!" Staff is professional and kind. They all do a good job in spite of the continued struggles brought on by Covid. Their Covid safety protocols are top notch.

The staff members have been great so far and there were many different factors that played into choosing this community. One the location played a huge role, second off the community is extremely clean, open and we really like the layout of the apartments. It was such an easy transition for our loved one, the move was really seamless and based on our experience so far we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

We toured The Waters of Oak Creek and it was a nice place. It felt airy and was designed well. It's located in the middle of a big town with lots of places within walking distance. The Waters told us up front that they do not accept any government funding; and my loved one anticipates veterans assistance later on down the road. That was the main deciding factor behind why we chose another community.

It's beautiful. It's well maintained. We are thrilled for the fact that my parents never have to leave their apartment should my dad have to go into assisted living. The staff are great. They're always friendly, no matter who you see in the hallways. My parents like the food. It is pricey, but they're happy there.

We really liked the community but they didn't follow through with pricing and we had to move on.

They're amazing! We love the people. The thing that we are the most pleased about is that everything is going smoothly - friendliness of the staff, the options our loved one has for activities and things (even though he's not using them all), cleanliness of the facility, the opportunities for us to come visit him. One area for improvement is the food. It's just not warm when it is delivered, but I imagine it's more impressive when served in the dining room. But overall, we are thrilled and could not be happier. We're very pleased with what we're getting for what we're paying. And most importantly, my dad is very happy and content. And that's exactly what we wanted for him.

The community is very friendly. They have different type of meal plans. They provide a daily menu for the residents. The food is good. The community has a lot of activities to offer the residents daily. If you are thinking about going into a community like this, I would recommend this community to you.

Great tour, the place was a bit smaller than what my loved one liked.

I would tell others this is a good deal for your money. The staff are always available to assist with answering questions or concerns. The food is really good, and the family is able to have meals with our loved one. They have a lovely super club and pub. Some of the activities available include: exercise, game nights, clubs, bowling party, ladies group, and more for the residents to choose from.

This is a wonderful community. They have activities like special dinners, card players, craft days and more for the residents to do to stay busy. They show films and something different every day They also have trips to the grocery store and more.

This is a very professional community for your loved one. This community is sincere in wanting to create a safe and healthy environment for your elderly parents. They keep them engaged at this community.

This is an excellent place, and the best I could find after looking at other communities. I would highly recommend the community to others. There is a regular activities calendar for the resident to review and choose from to participate in.

Everyone so far has been great to our family, and it is in a great location. It is near a nice park and great surroundings, and if your able to get our and about easy there is a grocery store close by which is convenient.

I'm glad that we made this choice about this community. I am happy and my father is happy also. The staff are fine and everything is going well so far.

Our family had an in person tour and this was our second choose only because it had not opened yet so we did not get to really meet any residents or staff members.
