The Waters Senior Living

The Waters is a lovely place that my mom recently moved into. We looked at multiple locations in the Twin Cities but The Waters met her needs the best. She likes independence but still some assistance. The meal staff and dining room staff is incredible with great home cooking and excellent service, the facility is beautiful quiet and allows her to spend her days as she wishes. The care staff is very communicative and willing to help. There is also a concierge on duty every day to help with residents needs. The apartments are spacious with in-home laundry and options for additional services. We are very confident with the decision on mom moving to The Waters.

I would tell a friend to move in right away. We picked Broadwell because the staff were so welcoming, upfront and respectful. The building and grounds were a great improvement over my mom's previous apartment building and staff.

We picked this community because of the staff, and brightness. Dining and size . Very good vibe every time I toured. I put my mom in memory care here one the first floor and my dad in independent care on the 3rd floor . He loves it so far. I am happy I feel welcome anytime. I come to visit either one of them. I would tell people how nice it is. They have a parking shuttle, meals, cleaning and activities. It's very friendly, and helpful staff at the front desk.

Waters of Eden Prairie is in a great location! They are extremely welcoming to all of the new residents.

They have been very good. My loved one liked the food and they treated her very good. I think others looking would like the cleanliness of the facility and just how friendly everybody there is. I would recommend Broadwell to others.

Close to where my parents used to live. Close to friends and family members.Clean, nice staff, decent food, expensive, nice spacious rooms with good lighting. Lots of extras!

I have so much gratitude for The Waters of Plymouth. My beloved husband was given the attention and care with the utmost dignity he so deserved from his 1st day of residency in the memory care unit to his last. Thank you - I'm forever grateful! -Beth C.

Residents were very friendly and helpful and moving in was very easy with the assistance of the maintenance supervisor.

We have had no issues with the staff at Broadwell Senior Living. They are very caring for my Mom. My Mom has a bit of incontinence, they do a great job making sure that everything is sanitized and clean. The move in process was very smooth, they had carts and dollies available for us. The meals are very balanced. Most of the time, my Mom will be a "clean plater ". She says that the food is good, but too much! I would highly recommend Broadwell Senior Living to others.

My dad loves The Waters of Edina and so far I would rate it 5 stars on everything. The move in was easily scheduled and accomplished. There was a regular sized elevator and a freight elevator that were available to use. The staff that I have dealt with have been very helpful and remember who I am when I visit. They helped with making my dad to feel very welcome, as have all of the residents. The meals have been great according to my dad. He's gluten intolerant and they have been very accommodating to that, as well as watching out for him and alerting him when he has ordered something with gluten. I would highly recommend The Waters of Edina on Colonial Way!

The Waters on 50th is a good place, and we have had a good experience with assisted living there. The setting is beautiful. And my husband feels very comfortable there.

The Waters was the last place we searched and visited. We weren't sure it would be what we wanted bc it seemed like an apartment rather than a senior home. It ended up being the best place for our Mom. We were overjoyed they could accommodate her. They went over and beyond with their entire staff, experienced nursing staff, comforting care team, & amazing food service Director and staff, as well as helping with a referral when necessary for hospice services during our Mom's final days. The staff reached out respectfully to our Mom and the family. Extremely approachable and sincerely kind. We would recommend this facility very highly for senior independent living or an assisted living experience. They can also provide memory care. Very friendly homelike atmosphere with many activities provided by the Wellness Coordinator. The cost was equivalent to other facilities with much less services. Thank you for the recommendation. We felt our Mom was blessed finding this perfect location.

They have well educated staff, and are very welcoming. They offer; Trips to stores, doctors appointments, Casinos, and the Movies. They also have cards, and happy hours. I would recommend to others.

What stood out to me about this facility is that they are eager to make sure new residents feel they are welcome. Staff are friendly and kind. They provide quick and thorough housekeeping. I would recommend them to friends and family.

This facility is a great fit for my loved one. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food is great. His apartment is comfortable. It's a bit far from the elevator, but he manages. The pricing matched his needs in that he qualified for reduced pricing based on his income. Plus it's close to home, so very convenient to visit him.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the tour experience was excellent.

Our loved one has been very happy with Kingsley Shores thus far, from the moment she walked in she just said it felt like home. It was very welcoming and had good positive vibes to it. She was able to see the staff interacting with the residents, and for what she is paying they offer a lot of amenities. They have a wellness center with a pool which is huge. The staff and facility is just great and we have been very pleased.

We had a great tour of The Waters of Oak Creek and thought it was a lovely place. All the places we toured were about the same - great amenities, clean, beautiful, really nice. This one was just less affordable for our family.

We chose The Waters of Oak Creek because I liked how everything was included in the price. Cable, water, rent, etc. It is all one bill so there are no add on fees or anything like that. The staff have been very friendly and helpful, especially the maintenance men. They do have a lot of different activities provided for the residents, although my mother is not one to participate. The food is pretty good and I have not heard any complaints. I would absolutely recommend The Waters to other families looking.
