The Waters Senior Living

The staff is friendly, plenty of activities and a good group of older women to be friends with my mom. The girls are coming back to remove their stuff. I also have cleaning supplies in your apartment. Yes, we would recommend The Waters of Edina to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Kingsley Shores staff have been great to work with. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

The services are wonderful and the food and dining staff are amazing. The decor, the setting is so lovely and it helps the residents feel special.

My mother loved the facility when she toured. Less than 5 years old and very current decor. A variety of apartment formats to choose from. Garage and storage areas too. She loves the activities to choose from and has met several new friends. Meals are delicious 95% of the time. Recently The Waters organization started managing the property.

Everything from the initial interview, to moving in, to the care has gone smoothly since my mom arrived in [date removed] . The staff is great to work with. Everyone has been very helpful and kind. Care has been great. Staff is very attentive and quick to alert me if needed. My mom loves the meals and constantly speaks about how good they are. There seems to be plenty of activities but my mom doesn't participate in a lot. I would prefer they get her more involved. Comparable to other memory care units in the area.

I really like it here. I have made many friends, enjoy the activities, and find the food to be really good. I especially enjoy the many musicians that come here to entertain. We also have many opportunities to get out into the community.

I rate 5 all across the board. They were fantastic with my FIL. My FIL qualified for discounted housing. 10 rooms are set aside for some who need help. Not all places do this. Very helpful. The apartments were great! All rooms the same. I believe the one bedrooms were the subsidized units. Very nice and clean with own washer/dryer.

They recently changed ownership, but all the changes have been mostly positive. They still have some staff that stayed, a good sign. We picked this community because of the value for cost, for sure. Homey atmosphere. Size and location of the facility. We just knew it was the perfect choice for my mom.

After touring and considering a variety of facilities, we found The Waters of Highland Park, in St Paul, MN. From the first impression of the welcoming Concierge staff and impressive environment, we ranked it at the top of the list. The whole place looks new, well-appointed, and super clean, without any nicks, scrapes, or stains. Decor is tasteful and of high quality. Outside areas are perfectly landscaped. Best of all, many happy, well-groomed residents were interacting throughout every community space. Staff were friendly and easily engaged with residents and guests. We immediately felt comfortable. Each apartment is roomy, with full kitchen, washer/dryer, large closets, a spacious, accessible bathroom, and bright, airy windows. Restaurant staff prepares and serves excellent food in a beautiful dining room. After considering the services, amenities and activities available, we knew The Waters was the right place for our loved one. And, she loves it!

All would be a 5. [name removed] is staying very independent. All seems to be going well and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

New flooring is going to be installed soon. EVERYONE is resident focused plus all staff knows residents names. Our loved one wants good old fashioned plain home cooking food nothing too fancy. They are very responsive to requests and get to know for example how dad dark wants his toast toasted. Our loved one couldn't be happier here. Nothing is perfect but this place is great for him.

What we like the most about Broadwell Senior Living is the electronic access by fob quite secure. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I would recommend the Waters because of the kind responsive staff. Very expensive. You get what you pay for.

Mom has had a wonderful experience living at The Waters of Oak Creek. We are very pleased with the center. Even though we love The Waters of Oak Creek. In a year the rent went up [fee removed] for my mom. We are now paying [fee removed]a month . Her pension and Social Security has not increased in any way to help with this rent increase. This is an in going issue for the elderly that have to move into assisted living centers. Every staff worker at The Waters of Oak Creek, has made not only my mother but our entire family feel like we're important. We feel confident that she will be well looked after. The apartment has all the amenities to help make my mom feel like she never left her own home.

We walked in at 4:50pm on a Friday and they never blinked an eye when we asked if we could have a tour and talk with someone about the place. They were welcoming then and still are. They remembered my dad's name from day 1. Extremely helpful and caring staff. They could use some more activities on the weekend!

My mom loves the Waters so far, it’s been a perfect fit for her. It’s been a wonderful adjustment from 40 years of living alone. The residents and staff have been wonderful and welcoming. She very much enjoys the regular routine of breakfast and activities with her new friends. She appreciates the on-site amenities, including not just the restaurant and friendly staff, but also the physical therapy, Heated garage, Special events and everything that makes it feel like a very special place.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Waters of Edina and the experience at this facility was great. The facility is extremely clean. The move in process was extremely easy. The food is great. The leadership team responds quickly to any questions. Our friends call it a country club. I would recommend The Waters of Edina to others.

I have lived here now for about 3 years and have enjoyed the socialization and friendships I have made. I love my apartment and the beauty of our building. I like having a beauty salon on the premise.

When dad moved in here he truly moved home. The entire staff are caring, friendly, professional. They got to know our dad very quickly, he is still amazed when he walks down the hall and people call him by name. Our entire family feels at home here. The staff works diligently to provide continuity for residents, to retain staff, to provide lots of social options. No place is perfect, don’t expect that. But the Waters staff is responsive and solves problems when the need arises. Dad is extremely happy to be here and his physical and emotional health has improved since he moved in just three months ago.
