This is the best place. I ever lived whether I owned it or not. Everyone is nice and helpful. Three delicious meals a day and ice cream socials.

Grand Villa of Palm Coast is a community that cares, both about it's residents and it's team members. The interactions I have had, from the Executive Director down, have been great. The residents seem to love the activities and the food, especially the specialty meals, and holidays. Grand Villa of Palm Coast should be on your list of places to settle down.

Mom's doing very well there. They're very attentive, and she seems very happy. She's constantly telling me the facility is clean and that the food is good. She likes the staff as well. They all work really hard.

I love living here the caregivers are excellent. I like the food. Everyone is so nice. The staff are friendly its a great place o stay.

I am lax in writing this review. It was a last name called the Grand Villa to do a tour within 30 mins. The receptionist { name removed} and took us on a tour. She as very pleasant and informed on the community. We must say we were pleased with the tour and community.

My tour at Grand Villa was good. The facility was clean. I liked them.

Met with [name removed] Exec Director and [name removed] Activities-All very nice, polite, very knowledgeable, and professional. Suggestion: Please advise for first time visitors especially where your main entrance is and how to get to it.

I toured the community in June looking for a senior living community for my mother. The community staff, rooms, and activates were all appealing to my mother. Unfortunate she was no an appropriate fit. She needed more care than assisted living provided. I wish we had made the move a year ago like we said we were going to do so.

All in all it's a great place to live.

Real nice, food is good, friendly staff, clean!

Building is nicely renovated. Wish doors were a little larger because I have a bigger wheelchair. Fun activities, nice place to live.

Belvedere Commons is not a pretentious or "glitzy" facility, but rather a "down home" kind of place. Looking around, one will notice that each resident is treated with individual care and respect. The resident is provided with good food, cleanliness, friendship, the feeling of belonging, a smile and pat in the back from a caring staff, and of course, BINGO!

This is a very well kept community. Our maintenance agency keeps it that way. The employees in all departments are friendly and work very hard. Our receptionist is exceptional. Friendly and very helpful.

I'm back after a few months. I missed my friends and everything about the place, so, I must like it!

I've already recommended them to multiple people. It's a close-knit facility. Each resident gets their own apartment, and you can bring you own furniture. So my loved one feels at home, not like she's in a hospital. The staff always make her feel comfortable and always come in and check on her. They treat her like she's their own grandmother, and they are absolutely amazing. Everyone knows my loved one's name, and they will meet her at the door after a doctor's appointment and greet her by name. I feel no qualms about leaving her there. She is a very picky eater, and they have worked very diligently to find things that she likes. They have a church service every Sunday, and that was a big reason why we picked them. They do an amazing job of getting her to come out of her room and go to activities. I think it's an amazing value.

I feel like I am being treated kindly and with respect, enjoy the people and have made friends. My days very busy.

I have made friends. People and staff are very very nice. I feel very safe and know the staff has things in control.

The staff members have been really friendly and genuine towards our family. Our loved one does not really participate in the activities due to his health, but the activities director does a great job reaching out to encourage him without us having to initiate that.
