It only took mom 2 weeks to call Brookdale Inver Grove Heights home and she loved it here. It is a smaller setting and she clicked right away with the other residents. Sometimes I did not think the girls had the proper training, but other than that they gave her great care. They really took their time with her and showed a lot of compassion. It was the perfect place for mom to spend her last days and we would recommend them to others.

loved the staff the moment we met. Lakes Park is a loving and very caring environment for your family member. the staff really cares about their work and especially their residents. you want a safe and caring place...this is the place, none better.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great tour experience. The staff had great follow up questions and they gave us their undivided attention. We thought it was a wonderful community.

We had an absolutely wonderful tour experience with The Retreat at Port Orange. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room size was just too small

Grand Villa of Palm Coast business manager [name removed] goes beyond his responsibilities as office manager and became (to me) someone I could rely on for answers to all my questions. Not only did he answer my questions, but he answered them quickly, accurately and always in a gracious manner. When my husband passed away, he also asked me if he could be a help in any way; therefore demonstrating his ability to go beyond! [name removed] is definitely, in my opinion, a tremendous asset to the Grand Villa relatives of the patients. I knew I could depend on him. He's a keeper, Grand Villa!

I love being here - the staff and aids are wonderful. The 3 meals / day are really well prepared. Areas are clean - no complaints.

They have several activities for the residents and try to get the residents engaged in the activities available. From the very first contact they truly showed they cared and have continued to show this caring aspect. All the staff make it work. It is a community I would highly recommend to others. The staff call you back if you have questions or concerns over your loved one. They are pet friendly. There is no odor to the community.

Grand Villa is always neat and clean. Staff is outstanding and goes the extra mile for the residents. Would recommend Grand Villa to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones.

Brookdale Cypress Lake has exceeded my expectations. My 98 year old blind father is living here. The staff has been caring, responsive, compassionate, and skilled. From maintenance dining room staff, housekeeping, medical aides, nurses, front desk personnel they are absolutely wonderful. Friendly and caring. So glad we found Brookdale.

This place is awesome!

It is never easy to make the de4cision to place your parents in an Assisted Living. But it is comforting to know my parents are being cared for by people who care about them provide the best care in clean and attractive surrounding.
