My dad loved living at Lakes Park. He had many happy hours, laughing with his friends, in the dining room, and the garden.

The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+, they are so caring which was something that really stood out to us right away. Being on the memory care side the staff all work together, every resident is a responsibility of everyone that works on that floor. That gives us a huge sense of relief and allows us to relax in knowing our loved one is well looked after and taken care of. They have excellent and consistent communication whether they are initiating it or we are. They are always willing to speak with us no matter what. We obviously are very happy.

Staffed with an extra fine group of people. I think they are great and give very good care to my mother.

The staff is very nice. I enjoy being a part of the community.

My mother has recently moved to this community. She was very apprehensive about the move from her home. However, the kind and friendly staff have quickly made her feel welcome. She is now very happy to be here.

My brother moved to Brookdale in February. The staff has been amazing to work with. The administration as well as the primary caregivers are more than kind. There are always people smiling and encouraging residents when I visit. The food is yummy and staff to resident ratio is more than adequate. My brother has a very large, friendly dog. [name removed] is encouraged to visit as often as possible. Thank you, Brookdale, for being there when we needed to proceed to the next level of care.

My sister did the initial footwork of finding the best residential facility for our brother, and we agreed that Brookdale Sun Prairie, WI a great choice. Brookdale is a smaller 15 bed facility that we immediately felt comfortable with. From the business person, to the nurse, the executive director, and the entire staff are a compliment to each other and always patient and family focused. Brookdale says that they look at their residents as family, and I would have to say that I couldn’t agree more.From creative delicious food to the amazing recreation director a personalized inclusive approach is always part of the decision making process. I would encourage anyone facing the difficult task of looking at care facilities for their loved one, to give Brookdale Sun Prairie, WI, your first look. There really is loving professional care at all levels.

Retreat at Port Orange is amazing. The staff there go above and beyond to help where ever they are needed. The food is great everyone there is willing to lend a helping hand. I would surely put my loved one here if need be.

Truewood's tour was very thorough. They asked all the right questions. And they answered all the right questions. They were on par with other places we toured and liked, and I didn’t see any issues. It just came down to personal preference for our family.

I am an RN from Kindred At Home and this was my first visit to grand Villa in New Port Richie, Florida. I was very impressed. [name removed], the nurse, was extremely helpful and informative. Facility was extremely clean. The receptionist at the front desk was very helpful in assisting me to sign into the kiosk. [name removed], the provider, was extremely friendly and I experienced her kindness to the patient.

It is expensive but it is worth it because the care she is receiving has been great. They have always got something going activities wise for them in memory care so they are not just sitting there. They do have private and shared rooms available and my loved one is in a shared room. I would definitely recommend Grand Villa of New Port Richey.

We chose Truewood by Merrill because we really liked what we saw when we went to tour it. It is a nice facility that is more like a hotel setting rather than a nursing home. The value for the money played a part in our decision as well. He had a studio and it was a great size and had plenty of space for him. The staff were all very helpful and there when we needed them. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

Our stay was a short term stay but to no fault of the community. The staff members and their friendliness get 10 stars. The meals and dining service was very good. Right when you walked into Belvedere Commons you just felt welcomed, it did not have that "cold" feeling to it. Based on the experience we were able to have we would recommend this community to other families.

The process of getting my loved one into the community was good and fast. I was very pleased about the process and how smoothly everything went. The staff were great to work with, and they bent over backwards to assist us in moving in. I would recommend them to others for their loved ones. I found them to be competent and friendly during the entire process. I have heard there is a new manager for the community. The community has been able to assist with medication management and bathing assistance as some of the care my loved one is receiving. The room, utilities, housekeeping, laundry service, and changing of linens is included in the monthly rate. There is a beauty salon on site for the residents to use. If needed there is a podiatrist that will come into the community for the residents. I feel safe that my loved one is here and they have come of their shell to make friends.

Compared to other places it is not the most expensive but it is well worth it. I would recommend this community

I love everything about Grand Villa. I like how the staff handles the residents. The few residents that I have met are very kind and helpful. [name removed] has a very nice way of speaking with the residents, keeping them informed of everything they want to know. I feel like we’re lucky to have her. She’s the right person for this position.
