[Name removed] and staff were very pleasant. Grounds are lovely. The apartments could use some updating, but it is my understanding they have future plans to do so.

Very nice here. If given a chance I would think anybody would like it.

Really nice place, very engaging staff and residents. Apt was spacious and balcony is nice. Lots of activities going on. Would have considered but family member chose another facility.

Liked the single bedroom unit I was shown, but did not like the Altec shared unit due to the layout of the room with the 3/4 wall at the end of the bedroom. But, they did have an Non Altec room that I thought could be suitable.

We toured here, and I loved it. The community is absolutely gorgeous, and I loved that they had a pool, and everyone there seemed really friendly. I knew, though, that they community was way too big for my loved one, and I knew that the setting would just not be right for him, even though I loved it.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and so far we are very pleased with how things are going for her. She is always saying how great the staff are how they much time they take to make sure everyone is comfortable in there living environment. The meal selection the chef prepares is amazing and my mom is enjoying participating in there fun activity program. Overall it has been the perfect fit and I would recommend it to anyone.

We are all set for my mother to make the move into this community at the end of the month and we are looking forward to the move. The staff have been helpful with us being out of state and making all of the arrangements for us. They have made the process easy and we are very much looking forward to her experience in this facility.

I think it is the best and it is fine for me since I moved in. The meals are excellent and the staff are very good. There are lots of activities too.

When I toured The Commons On Marice, I thought it was a nice place. The tour guide was friendly and informative. It was a good tour but just not what we were looking for.

We toured a few different communities so we had a sense as to what we were looking for. When we were walking around this community just give me the feeling of wanting to move my mother there. The staff was nice and the community seemed to be clean and well maintained. But there was just something about the environment that didn't hit me the right way

This community is very lovely. They have a man made the pond with a water feature which is lovely. The staff was friendly and very informative on the tour. The layout of the community was not quite what we were in need of but overall it was wonderful.

I have no complaints about how things are going for my loved one since she made the move into this community. The staff have been great to work with and have accommodating my mothers needs to the best of there ability. She has had no problems with the meals and enjoys some of the other activities with the other residents. Overall it has been a great fit and I would recommend it to anyone.

We had toured this community awhile back. We liked it a lot very nice however it was just too large for my mother in law.We at the time had found the staff to be friendly and kind. We felt my mother in law needed something smaller not as busy

This community is located in a nice area. The community is very nice very open and airy. The staff is nice very friendly and very accommodating when you ask them to do something they get right on it. . Mom really enjoys being here. She likes the food good portions. They offer a lot of activities. It is just a pleasant environment to be in.

Everyone was kind to my family, and I during our tour of this community. The community looked nice, and everything was nice, and clean. I did feel this would had been a nice community to consider for my father, and his needs. The staff was friendly, and my questions were answered. Everything went well overall.

I really wanted mom to move here but she didn't care for the desert landscaping. We really liked this property the staff was wonderful and it is beautiful inside. I especially liked the fact that they offered a therapy pool. It was a much larger community than others that we had looked at and that might have given mom a sense of uneasiness where she needs assistance walking and her visual impairment. The community at the time had offered quite a few options to help out financially which would have been helpful.

When we were looking into Pathways On The Park, we went in and talked to the lady. When I saw the lady giving the tour, I was surprised to see her in jeans and a T-shirt. She should be more dressed up than that. I did not get a homey feel when I walked in, so it was not what we were looking for.

We tour this community for my in laws in their needs. Everything went well, and this is a nice community. The community looked nice, and tidy. The staff was cordial, and our questions were answered. It was a lovely experience overall.
