Support staff very friendly, patient and helpful. Activities for the day are posted on a daily basis around the facility. Residents support and encourage each other. My mother loves the fact that there is a Catholic mass service each week on premises.

Their staff was just absolutely superior in every way possible. They were very caring and very alert and aware of all of the residents there and their needs and Emerald Springs is just a wonderful, wonderful place.

The Amethyst Arbors has an open-door policy where anytime I want to go see her I can. They take care of her very well. She is always clean and the place is clean. The food is good and the people are very caring.

The Commons On Marice is the most wonderful place for mom. I am so grateful for being directed to this facility. It has been a good experience. I have no complaints. It gets all five stars from me.

When we first signed up they said there was an ambassador service, which I guess means they had someone assigned to a new-comer to show them around, and my loved one didn't get that service so we were a little disappointed in that. But besides that the only thing I personally thought was a little off was the food, it was okay. Other than that we are happy with the place.

They are fine just the way they are, and I would not change a thing. There is no room for improvement and I give the staff, and the facility five stars.

They have been doing a good job. She is loving every minute of it. We don't have any complaints at all. It's been great! I think they deserve a five.

What they need to improve on is their skills and the information they give when a person first moves in to the facility. They seem to be nickel-and-diming my loved ones to death, so I don't appreciate that.

I am really very pleased with Chandler Place. My mother really didn't want to go to assisted care. Now she is telling everyone she is so happy there. She said we couldn't have picked a better place. She can hardly wait to get back any time we leave. The food is very good and the care is great. The doctor has her set up for occupational therapy and physical therapy. I am really happy with this facility so far.

We could not be happier with Terracina Grand. It is going so well for my uncle. It gets all five stars from me. Everything is excellent. All four parties involved in the decision making decided this place is the best. He has dementia is all smiles at this facility. The staff are very attentive at this facility. It has been an excellent experience.

I like it. Everything is going well. We haven't had any complaints or concerns at this point. The staff is pretty friendly, and it's a clean place. The food is pretty good. It was hard to compare price because there are so many different variables at the different prices. We chose it because mom just liked the look of it the best, just the overall atmosphere.

I think overall they do a good job. The facility is similar to a cruise ship in that there are plenty of activities to do if you choose to get involved. The car service is nice for those who cannot drive but are otherwise independent.

I think that every individual is different and for my mother-in-law, she has had a harder time interacting based on her condition and she is further away from the community facility. I think they are good people and they're patient and she is trying to get acclimated. I am very happy with it.

They have been really good, I only have two things they could improve on. They have been friendly and done everything they said they were going to do. I think that my mother is legally blind and I asked for someone to come in the apartment to check on her in the middle of the night and they have not done that. The other thing is the laundry, I think they return their items in poor condition. But the apartment is great and the everyone there has been great.

I love that I have easy access to get to work as it is situated close to a variety of ways to go. Even though I have not been here for a complete month, I love the quiet and the residents that I have met going or coming in have been very friendly. I have a Pent House view of the city I am truly in love with my new space !!!!!

Our experience has been very good at Amethyst Gardens. Our Mother is 92 years old and this is the first time she has lived on her own. A Widow after 69 years she is happier than she has been in several years. She is independent but has help when she needs it; she has delicious meals served in a very pleasant dining room; her caregivers are caring and extremely helpful to her; and she has met many warm and welcoming friends. Since she is legally blind we were concerned there would not be a lot of activities she could participate in, but we have been very pleased that she is able to participate in several each day. Her days are full, the activities help her to expand her mind, and she has said that she is never lonely or afraid. She couldn't be happier. It's our pleasure to give Amethyst Gardens the highest of ratings.

For the short time my mother and father in law were there, we were very impressed and well pleased with Amethyst Gardens. It is a very nice clean facility, very well kept, and all the staff there are extremely helpful and caring. My father-in-law recently passed away so we are no in the process of moving my mother-in-law from there to be closer to us, but for the time she was there they were great.

I think it's a wonderful place. It's airy and it's colorful. The food is good. The people are great. The Amethyst Arbors is a really nice community. The staff is very friendly. The facility is always very clean. The cleanliness, friendliness, and care services are excellent. They do a great job at taking care of my mother. Everything has been going great. It has been a really good experience. I would recommend.

I never thought my mother would be as happy as she is now. My mother is as happy as she can be. She loves the food. She just loves everything about it. It has been a great experience. I would highly recommend the Amethyst Arbors to anyone looking for a nice place to put their loved ones at. It's very clean and well kept. The staff is very nice and helpful.
