The staff here is amazing they knows everyone's names and the families too. They have a person at the front desk 24 hours a day. This is a large community and they have lots of daily activities my mom is very active so she loves that. It's always clean and they clean her apartment 1x a week and the linens also. The food is great here. It has a beautiful pool and hot tub. A nice pond with fountains and a walking path around it. I would recommend this community.

Old Main Village is amazing. There isn't anything I don't like about the place. The atmosphere is perfect and the staff is so friendly, we felt right at home. The food is amazing and the chef is fantastic. The residents just rave about the meals. They also have so many activities and outings for the residents like plays, Lunch Bunch, live music, happy hour once a week, exercise, classes, and others. Even the bus driver who transports the residents is amazing. At Old Main Village, they will create any excuse to bring people together. It's wonderful, and I feel I can't say enough good things about it. I would highly recommend it.

While looking for a place for my loved one, I actually toured a number of places. This community was the best out of all of them. The apartments are lovely, they are spacious, they have kitchen storage, and it has microwaves and ovens. Often a lot of seniors come in with many possessions that are near and dear to them. This gives them the opportunity to hang on to that stuff because it’s accommodated by the space of the apartment. If people don’t feel like going to the dining area to eat, you are able to cook in your kitchen. You are able to dine in the comfortable of your unit in the case that you are having an off day and you don’t feel like interacting with anyone. However, it is encourage from the staff to go to the dining area and socialize. It may be overwhelming for some to first move in and having to find your way from your room to the dining area and it also may be uncomfortable. The staff is so accommodating as well; they are more than happy to escort you to the area and escort you back when you are finished. Everyone here is lovely, they help vacuuming my loved ones apartment once a week and they also do her sheets. I just love the staff here and you get that great warm connection that you can’t get from anywhere else.

This community is so nice and clean. Mom says all the time they are so sweet and the food is the best part! So we know she is eating well. They are there for all of her needs. They are there at our beckon call. She gets confused easy and they all help her out. The activities are wonderful she gets a manicure and church on Tuesdays and Happy hour on Thursdays. She took a bus ride to look at the leaves. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Visit today was very nice. [Removed], our guide, was very thorough, looked up info we requested despite being busy (and not showing it). My suggestion to place wheels on the diningrm chairs was well-received. All residents we spoke to urged us to move in. We noted only 5 comments on their site, whereas other places listed many more; since all those were positive and others indicate only positive opinions, we'd suggest that Kymberly reach out for more comments. Only thing that surprised us a bit is that there is no storage except for the apartment itself. Palms is a bit pricey, so we will have to look further to compare as we were quite impressed. We don't have to sell our home first, so there is less time-pressure on us. We accepted an invitation for a Nov.9 event there! Thanks for setting this up, [Removed]

We really loved this community when we looked into it. The staff is very helpful and responsive to my mothers needs. They have a maintenance man who helped make adjustments to moms room that was a big help. The food is much better than the previous place she lived. The activities are awesome like cards, and they go out in the van for trips to just get out. It is always clean and maintained. Courtyard is nice also, I would recommend this to my friends and family. The best part is she is close to me so I can visit regularly.

This community is wonderful and the staff here are so great with their residents. There is a beautiful courtyard and my husband loves going outside. The event coordinator talked with my husband and found out that he had been involved in police work so she brought in a guest who sat with him and they talk all about police work. She also held a special event to honor the vets there. There are so many activities offered here and the food is wonderful. I am so pleased with the care my husband is getting here. And it is close enough to my home that I can ride my scooter over to visit with him.

My loved one is having a wonderful stay so far! The staff are very nice and very accommodating, and the facility looks very nice. My loved one also gets plenty of opportunities to get out and socialize with residents. We have no complaints so far!

A five star, first class place.

This was a match for us. Soon as we walked in we "felt" it. Big but not too big. Lots of windows and sunlight. They have respite opt. Instead of long term assisted living. People and personnel very friendly and professional. Out door spaces were beautiful and well kept. Need to see if we can work out the finances since insurance doesn't cover cost.

My mom is pretty good at this community and the staff have been great with helping her transition. The only small problem we have is on the weekends. It lacks great meals, but it is very good when the regular chef is there during the weekday. The people are very nice.

My parents have lived here for the past year, my Dad in Independent Living and my Mom in Memory Care. Everything, from their apartments to the staff, has been great. Prior to their moving into The Residences, I worried about their quality of life in their home and the stress on my Dad in caring for my Mom. Since they've move, they've both done so well and are happy and flourishing. They receive the highest quality of care and I appreciate the way everyone has supported them, from the culinary staff to the excellent nursing staff to the compassionate and caring Executive Director. What a great place!!

I toured this community and was happy with the atmosphere and the staff of this nice community. We were able to get our questions answered on the care that is received. We like the menu of the meals that would have been offered. They had a list of activities for the residents. We would suggest a tour for families to see for themselves what is available for a family. They do charge for some of the other options that are needed for a resident.

[Removed] listened to my wants and desires for my 93 yr old mother that was very active all of her life! She booked me with two places and [Removed] was very nice. Perfect size rooms, very close to our family and doctors. [Removed] took me through the facility and it was perfect. The staff was very friendly, facility very elegant and the residents seemed extremely happy!!! LOTS of smiles!! I like the idea for my mom of a studio room so they are encouraged to mingle with other residents. GREAT IDEA!!!!

Pearl Garden is a lovely community for my mother and her family. The staff is caring and always upbeat. I love the community for the brightness and positive, professional activity leaders. The range and choice of activities are very good for my mother. The food is very good also, and healthy. Even the restaurant is lovely! My family recommends this community for their excellent care and amenities.

I like the care that my mom is getting from this community. The staff are nice and very caring. The community is clean and this is a new community. The menu is nice with a good variety. The offer my mom to participate in the activities. I would recommend the care of this community to other families for good care and nice value.

Very nice facility and the individual that we met with was very professional and helpful. Are only concern is that it might be too fancy for our mom to feel comfortable. We are still considering this option.

My mother's stay at Amethyst Gardens is going great! The staff is very attentive and caters to my mother's needs. My mother seems to enjoy Amethyst gardens, as she has made many friends, and she really enjoys the meals that she receives. This is a wonderful facility!

When looking for my sister and her husband we toured Emerald Springs. The drawback was the apartments and the way they were set up. The hallway from the room to the bathroom was very tight. I knew it would't be good for my brother-in-law because he uses a wheelchair. It was a very nice community and a good option for someone who doesn't need wheelchair accessibility.
