I visited this facility in November after my mom had hip surgery. The facility is beautiful and spacious. I could see the designer’s influence throughout the entire facility. Every detail was taken into consideration to help make the transition from home to apartment easier on the tenant. The amenities I liked: halls are wide, a chef, homemade pastries available all day, and media room. They were working on a screened porch. Unfortunately my mom is taking longer to recover than expected. This facility offers levels 1, 2 and 3; but mom needed more help. I believe this facility was honest and transparent after evaluating my mom.

Everyone has been so nice and helpful as I transitioned into my new home. The place is beautifully kept and management has been great.

Spent a wonderful 15 months in independent living and sorry I left to return to the UK. Would happily return there if any vacancies arise. [name removed]

[Name removed] is the manager at this facility. Along with her staff, they have handled every situation concerning my Mom with professionalism, courtesies and quickly. Her staff, [name removed], [name removed,[name removed], and [name removed] are top notch. They should be commended for the job they do.

WE'VE JUST ENDED ONE YEAR OF LIVING AT REGENCY PARK. BEST CHOICE WE COULD HAVE MADE ...AFTER VISITING MORE THAN A DOZEN FL. INDEPENDENT LIVING FACILITIES. FIRST, THE FOOD (QUALITY AND CHOICES) IS EXCELLENT. 2-BEDROOM APT. IS WELL PLANNED AND BALCONY A HUGE PLUS. NO LONG INSTITUTIONAL HALLWAYS...VERY WELL APPOINTED, LUXURIOUS FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS EVERYWHERE, PICTURES, ACCESSORIES, LIGHTING, GORGEOUS. ALWAYS PROUD TO SHOW FAMILY VISITORS. STAFF AND FELLOW RESIDENTS ARE ALL READY AND EAGER TO HELP, TO INCLUDE IN ACTIVITIES, ETC. TRULY CAREFREE LIVING. WE'RE SPENDING PER MONTH WHAT WE SPENT FOR SINGLE FAMILY HOME PLUS FOOD...BUT SO MUCH EASIER! NOT TO MENTION IN A PICTURESQUE QUAINT SOPHISTICATED TOWN.

Since my brother and sister-law have moved in it has truly changed their lives.They love everything about this amazing place.The staff is wonderful and the meals are amazing.We have seen a huge improvement in my brother-in-law’s health and have never seen him so happy. The facility is spotless and beautifully decorated and [name removed] is amazing along with the entire staff. I would recommend this beautiful facility to anyone. I strongly believe it changes a person’s quality of life in a very positive way.

Care is dependent on caregivers. The management and staff at Sunrise at Siegen were as fine a crew as could be expected. My spouse was served by hospice personnel in addition to the nursing staff at Sunrise, and the nursing care was excellent overall. Any problems encountered were attended to quickly. The experience of the entire staff was evident in their knowledge of each of the residents and how to manage the diverse needs of the entire community. I tend to grade more harshly than some others, but this facility's staff, while not perfect, really tries to provide excellent service to every member of the community.

I placed my Mother in Hayward Estates and she is the happiest she has been in two years. Her apartment is like living in home, which has a small kitchenette, very large living/bedroom area, private balcony, large bath, wonderful meals, and is reasonable. The staff, especially [name removed] and [name removed], along with the entire support staff are always professional, friendly, and caring. I am most pleased and actually look forward to spending time with Mother at this retirement establishment. Keep up the good work Hayward, I can only give you good reviews!

After visiting many drab and dreary places I came to the warmth and sunniest place, The Regency House. After just entering the lobby I knew this was the right place to live. Staff was so helpful and clear about all they had to offer. Everyone here is friendly. I will thrive living here.

This is a wonderful community, with its spectacular views, friendly and knowledgeable staff, plethora of activities, and good food. We toured 8 facilities before we chose this one. A couple had better food, but most had worse. There is some variety so it is not boring. The dining hostess, [Name removed], is a gem. By the time you have been there 3 times, she knows your name. She makes sure that you are seated comfortably and stows your walker for you. IF you are a new resident, she makes sure that you know everyone's name at the table and makes sure they know you are new. Your tablemates are almost always helpful, letting you know what's good, what the menu doesn't tell you. etc.. There are so many activities that you cannot get to all of them in a day. And the activities are different depending on the day. Saturday evenings we gather in the auditorium for a show or concert or just singing. There are as many special occasion parties as the staff can think up. Halloween party had standing room only, so many attended. A great time was had by all. There are weekly outings, trips to the mall, grocery stores, theater, beach …. I cannot list them all. Maintenance staff have the "can do" attitude and are just great. They will help with bringing up packages from the lobby, setting up your TV, hanging pictures,. Believe me when I say we wanted a lot done to make our apartment our own. IF there is one somewhat failing it is housekeeping. They come every two weeks. The ladies are great but they labor under very restrictive rules. Cannot pick up anything on desk, table, counter to dust. Cannot move chairs, even office chairs, to vacuum or sweep. Hospitality group works to make your transition into The Fountains as smooth as possible, both before you move, during your move and after it. There are volunteer residents assigned to new people to help them feel less overwhelmed. We have been here three months now and love it.

From day one, the staff and management have been most supportive assisting my mom. I had explored other assisted living businesses and found Haywood Estates the most affordable and a staff that was cheerful and helpful. My mom is now a “happy camper.”

I have lived at the Regency House for 7 years and have enjoyed it immensely. The food is wonderful and so is the kitchen staff, servers and managers. I would highly recommend this community to anyone.,

To the friends and families of those living at The Fountains, you should be endlessly grateful to [removed], Executive Director of The Fountains at Boca Ciera Bay and her dedicated team that devoted themselves selflessly over the past 5 days to ensure that your loved ones were safe and cared for. It was truly an honor to meet [removed] and a humbling experience to witness her astounding leadership in a time of need. After 5 days, with I imagine little or no sleep, she was still, calm, efficient at working towards their safe return and providing constant communication to her team and residents. She is a gift...to her residents, to her employees and to the community. For those searching for a retirement community for either yourself or a loved one, I truly hope you consider The Fountains. The commitment I saw to their resident's safety and the execution of their emergency plan was truly first class. [removed] and team, it would have been more of a pleasure under better circumstances, and we sincerely do hope you will return to Mission Inn Resort for a true leisure experience. Thank you for caring so much for the safety and well-being of your residents. You are a blessing.

Everything is working out pretty well with my mothers move to this community. I do feel comfortable with her move here, she is safe, and in good hands. They have nice staff, and they have been kind, and friendly whenever I visit. The experience is going well for us in this community, and I would recommend it to my family, and friends.

Mom really likes living here. She enjoys the food and has started participating in some of the daily activities. The staff have been very nice and accommodating. The community is well kept inside and out. We like the wooded setting and I would recommend this community.

The referral process was easy and accommodating. Everyone involved has been helpful and friendly. We believe the offerings at Deepwood Estates are superior and an excellent value. The only complaint we hear from my mother-in-law is running out of quarters for bingo!

This is a small, well-run facility. My mother's new (2-bedroom) apartment is very well laid out, very comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive and it's an overall nice community. The meals we've had have been quite nice with a fair variety of selections. Because of the small community size, there is not as expansive listing of activities as in the larger communities -- a trade-off one makes. The monthly fee includes all meals (and the kitchen area in the apartment is dorm-size, no oven; not intended for cooking) and utilities. Only a landline phone would not be included. A very nice included amenity is the emergency pendant, which works like OnStar in your automobile. There are daily shuttle options for shopping or banking or medical appointments.

The activities director has gone out of their way to find things my mother in law likes to do and they make sure she is included. The residents are very nice. The staff are fabulous and right on top of things. She likes the food and the dining staff is aware of her need for piping hot food and beverages. The community is clean and recently redecorated. She has a sunny apartment with a wonderful views of the tree lined pond from her windows as well as from her small balcony. The community is centrally located for the family and there is an aquatic center close by.

My parents caregivers at Silver Creek are very attentive. We have good communication with them. They offer a lot of daily activities. The food is very good. The community is well maintained. I feel comfortable with them living here and I would recommend taking a look at this community.

Everyone is kind, thoughtful, and understanding. All my questions were answered and more.
