It's wonderful! I love the whole place. If I have to go somewhere later, this is where I'm going! They have plenty of activities. They play bingo, they go on trips, they play this bean bag baseball and they're making Christmas things to sell at a Bazaar. They really keep them busy. My mother is there and she likes it. The food is wonderful. I've eaten there so I can tell you it's good. There is a variety of choices. The whole experience is like begin on a cruise ship. We knew it was the right place for her.

They make her feel great, I don't know if she even knows where she is but she's happy all the time, they play with her, they talk to her, there's someone there to talk with her all the time. They do what they can with activites, they exercise them in the morning and they'll do a big piece puzzle but sometimes she'll just grab their hand and start dancing so they'll dance with her instead. I'm so impressed with having her there, it's so much better than having her home, we can't provide the same entertainment they do. They know her by name and she's always smiling, they're just so friendly and it's been great. I feel like they've become so familiar with her case and her personality, I just feel like the really have gone above and beyond.

This place was very good until her mind started going and she needed more medical help. I had to get caregivers coming in and that was very, very expensive. The ones I had had some sort of arrangement with Haywood but she was there for 4 years and could come and go and do whatever she wanted to.

We were very impressed with the Fairmont. Jed was great also. D is seeing his mom tomorrow and taking the broacher to her and his lap top to show her virtual tour.

It was a shock as to how much it cost, so that was kind of a learning process. This is more of a senior living facility so they don't really provide care, just 3 meals a day and housekeeping, so I think that's fine. I don't eat there, but at first he thought the food was wonderful, a five, but then it kind of wore off and got old, just like everything else. They do have activities, he just doesn't do them. He's always been somewhat of a hermit, he socializes with his friends at mealtime but I think it's more of the woman who participate in the activities. He's always lived on his own, so this is his first time living in an apartment type place. He wants to do an in-law suite with us, he knows he can't live alone anymore, but I have to keep reminding him that he won't get 3 meals a day and no one will be home because we all work.

I really enjoyed the tour. The staff was courteous and every resident that I encountered had wonderful things to say about this senior community. I was very impressed and felt very welcomed. All of my questions were answered and I was given an abundance of information to pass along to my cousin.

Laurel Grove is a very nice place for seniors, the staff is very nice, they show you that they care and make you feel at home and welcomed. My senior advisor was awesome. I definitely would use them again.

Visited this community yesterday. Very nice. Lots of encouraging care here. I'll bring my parents here for a visit in the next couple of months.

R loved the hustle bustle of ALL the people. She loved the garden and atrium with benches and the winding path in the back grounds of this facility.She preferred the studio room over 'the landing at Behrman' and the fact that it was closer to both her children's residence.

We're very, very happy! Mom is really happy. She's getting the right care now. She was borderline diabetic and that's all gone away. She's eating the right food to maintain a healthy weight. I love Deepwood Estates! The people there are so professional and friendly and caring. My mom really knows the people there and I think that has made a huge difference for my mom.

Met with Susan. I was very impressed with the facility. It looked new, well managed, had a variety of activities on site, shuttle service for doctor and shopping.

It’s a bit pricy but you definitely get your moneys worth. They were the most reasonable location that was close to home so that it would be easy for family to visit. The grounds are nice and the food is good with plenty of variety.

Independent living only. Facility is very nice. Met some residents many older than Dad. Everything included except phone. Must do own laundry but service available (anywhere from 14 to 17/hr. Transportation provided for any reason. No cooking in rooms. Three meals a day and snacks out all the time. Thorough cleaning of room once a week. Tours, music and entertainment provided. Movie room, library, games etc. 1 BR carpet or hardwood with balcony. Standup shower...bar handle on wall for toilet. Pull cords for emergency. $3002.00...deposit 3002.00 2 BR $4025.00 (very nice)...deposit 4025.00 Approx 10 miles from house.

Kaye Slinger Albin was accommodating and knowledgeable about Lighthouse Pointe and what senior living necessitates. Lighthouse Pointe is lovely and gracious, providing every amenitity. The employees we met appeared happy in their work and attentive to the residents.

Wonderful place. Have visited it twice to see a neighbor of mine who lives there.

VERY NICE AND WELL MANAGED FACILITY..DIRECTOR WAS MOST HELPFUL WITH THE TOUR AND ANSWERING QUESTIONS..

Rivers edge was ok"we loved the cottages and that's would be what we want..cost is a bit high but doable..

Residents seemed very happy. Managers were friendly and informative. Very nice.

I went to Deepwood Estates, I like what I seen so far.

Owners were wonderful!! Very personable and extremely helpful! Will probably start there first when we look again!
