My mom's been living at Silver Creek for over a month now. It hasn't been easy but she's safer here and able to socialize with both staff and neighbors. [name removed] was helpful with moving day and the nurses help out when asked. They also have a nice outdoor area with furniture to sit down.

Everything was excellent the facility and the people. Unfortunately my mom has no Internet service. That's the only complaint. I give the facility a 10 out of 10 they just remodeled it, I give the people a 10 out of 10 they love their residence. It's been one of the best moves we made for my mom. She has friends, she plays, rummy cube, she has activities. It's reversed her aging.

It has been a great fit for my parents. The community is very welcoming. They love having their independence, but knowing there is support when they need it. The activities have been enjoyable for them as well. Overall they seem to be happy with their decision.

Heron Point is just fantastic. Love the spacious apartment. Staff is very thoughtful and attentive. The chef and meals are excellent. Programs are varied and fun and the residents are thoughtful and welcoming and we do have a few vacancies. I would give each category a 5.

We just moved in to Silver Creek and haven't had any problems about the facility itself. The sales assistant introduced us to an ambassador that has been very friendly and talked to us about settling in. He's been very friendly as well. Everyone treats us with kindness while we keep working on moving in. The food is good.

The staff has been very welcoming and helpful since my mother moved there. She loves the other residents, the grounds, and her apartment. Due to vision issues she is not participating in a lot of activities, but is enjoying being in a friendly environment with lots of people to engage with. She is much happier here than in her last place, and has been adjusting very well.

My Mother loves it there. The staff keeps her busy with lots of activities. She also likes all the food they serve in the dining room. Special thanks to [name removed] and [name removed] for always being available.

What we like the most about Silver Creek is the very friendly and caring support staff, comfortable community

We have new management and just was remodeled. Our staff go out of their way to help us. They still have a bit to go to complete the remodeling. Lighting in the dinning room. Etc. Overall the place looks and feels great. I love the new management team. They get things done

They have lots of great activities for the parents. Care is also good for those who need extra attention.

We've spent the last month at Silver Creek and have been very impressed overall. The move was as easy as it could be. The food is delicious and our neighbors have been friendly since day one. All of our requests have been taken care of by maintenance without a problem. We're visited by staff and managers who ask how we're doing and if we need anything.

I'm very grateful for them. They've been very professional very helpful very friendly. They've been working very hard to keep their guest please. The facility is clean. They're working every day on improvement and entertainment. Five stars all the way.

[name removed] is a wonderful sales director. [name removed] does an amazing job running the building. [name removed] is warm, informative and very efficient. He knows his stuff. My mother in law warmed to the idea of an assisted living apartment pretty quickly , to my surprise . She was able to decorate her room with her own furniture , pictures , etc. Having a facility where socialization is priority #1. They realize it is key to the health and well being of its residents . Similar interests and values allows for the residents to build new long lasting relationships. I highly recommend.

Such a big, beautifiul building. Feels very warm and inviting thanks to the windows next to the ceiling. The staff is amazing. The food is amazing, fresh and hot. The server staff work hard and are very friendly and make us laugh.

While not a perfect experience, I think Silver Creek is a really great assisted living facility for my mom. I was worried about her before we started looking but she's been very active and social with people since she moved in. They have an ambassador program who introduced her to the other neighbors and was even invited to a new resident lunch by [name removed], the Executive Director. There have been some issues that I've had to work out with the staff and they were resolved relatively quickly. Overall, she is happy and safe and that's all that matters.

The facility is very nice and inviting. They have a great dining experience too. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable. The staff is top notch and attend to all the residents needs. We just Love it and my mom will be very happy for many years.

I've been blessed to find an amazing place to live. I've got a one bedroom unit with a small balcony. So I can enjoy having my morning coffee much as I did before. Outside on my patio. The best part of my new situation is I don't have to cook or shop for groceries as meals are included. But I do need to watch what I eat to maintain a healthy weight. So I weigh myself every morning and use the gym every day. So far so good.

Silver Creek is a lovely community. The care staff are very respectful. The food is wonderful. [name removed] is a great executive director. She's very kind and friendly. I would recommend anyone who needs a place for their parents and grandparents to Silver Creek

The facility administration was friendly and helpful when problems arose. Once Mom established some friends, her experience was enhanced. Plenty of activities and social hours to bring people together.
