Just moved my mom here. The staff and administrators are clearly devoted and have a major passion for helping the residents maintain their dignity. Per my mom, the thing that put Silver Creek over the top when looking at other facilities was the friendliness of the residents; she said she felt more at home when she first walked in the door.

Every person we've encountered, without exception has been incredibly friendly to us and to my mil. Residents we encountered stopped to welcome her. Facility is very attractive, apartments are nice. Especially appreciate the large bathrooms and showers. Lots of activities. Cost is comparable or better than older, smaller facilities.

I would give all a 5. There are a lot of activities to take part residents and staff are friendly. Happy hour once a week with entertainment.

The staff was very professional but also personal. It felt like they all really cared about my sister. This includes the nurses, physical therapists and even the cleaning crew. My sister did not take part in many activities but the ones she did were fun. They always offered things to help get residents out of their rooms in interacting with each other. We thought the food was very good when my sister was there. She ate well and didn't complain like she had in other facilities.

The last time I went was at a dinner that invited family members over. The food was great, especially for assisted living and the managers asked how everything was. They also had football games to play with a host running them. Excellent service!

I've lived at Silver Creek for several months now and can say I have no complaints. The food is very good and there's different types of culture for individual tastes. The apartment fits my needs and has plenty of room. Very happy overall

I would give each of those a 5, I love the place.

My neighbors just moved in and we are very pleased with the company and the workers! The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. They've been supportive of the move-in process and it's been an overall positive experience

I am so impressed with Silver Creek and what they've been doing for my sister. I like to visit her and see the entertainment that occurs in both the preserve and assisted living. There was a gentleman that played such wonderful music and people were tapping their feet and listening intently to him the entire time. It was truly a delight to see all of this occur and I couldn't be more impressed with this facility. I can go on and on about how much this place means to me and my husband and my sister.

The Stay was very short, My dad was only there for 1 full week before passing away. During his stay the staff was very professional and did a great job taking care of my dad.

Exceptional services and staff. Friendly respectful and courteous. A lot of planned activities and bus trips and dining experience where you can order off the menu with an in-house chef. There are care teams available adaptable to any situation and for each resident based on the level of care I needed.

The original place I wanted was closer to NEW ORLEANS but they went up on their rent this year. Nouveau Marc has been great for me so far. We get cable, internet, food, and housekeeping once a week. We have a Concierge like hotels have. People are nice and welcoming. The only thing about searching for senior housing that most people don't mention is there are Community fees that you have to pay before you move in.

I enjoy the peace and quiet as I'm on my balcony, so happy to not have to cook and the food is quite good. It's clean and they're responsive to any need I've had. Staff is very pleasant and the people are friendly. I left a 3000 square-foot house and I've lived alone for 17 years. The adjustment has gone smoothly. It's nice to have people around.

I would give each category a 5, however the cost is higher than average across other southern states. Staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is beautiful and bright and very clean. We just returned from a trip to visit my sister and had lunch with her several times there.

Sunrise at Siegen is now called Glenncrest At Siegen. It was purchased by the Blakely across the street. Much of the staff is the same. We are still happy with the care.

Speedy staff. Well trained in the dining room. Where the food is NOT bland and the Menu varies.. Staff members feel like family as they work quickly and thoroughly to clean apartments. They address residents politely, Weekday special adventures. Recent visit to Calloway Gardens. Almost a Full house is -scheduled for our Fishing trip Our 92 yr old lady resident ALWAYS catches the most fish. But , she's another story-Just as one of our engaging residents. And today, a few of our talented residents performed in our talent show. Sometimes we even perform (Show off) in our hallways. Most importantly, we support each other. Our beloved [name removed] has lived here for 16 yrs And staff member [name removed] has spoiled us for 30 yrs.

The management and staff were wonderful and very friendly. Especially [name removed]! Lee wasn't doing good physically when he was there to enjoy everything, but what he did do. He enjoyed very much! He always commented on how friendly the staff was..

Dining room fantastic/like restaurant with menu. Plus trivia and other events. Sometimes outings to restaurant or chocolate factory. Nice place. I would recommend to others. Life has gone pretty smoothly for the year she has lived there.

The only downside is that they do not have night time security. They do have an evening shift maintenance person who helps keep an eye on things after 8pm until about midnight, but I don't think anyone is there in-between midnight and 6am when the kitchen staff arrives. Other than that it is very good. star. However, the issues with the cleanliness of our food supply in general is an issue across the country. That needs to be resolved. The people are very nice. They are willing to go the extra mile for other people.

I've visited on different occasions and the staff always seem quite attentive to the seniors. There is a special feeling of family here. They're very friendly and always have something interesting to say. Seems like a nice place to retire
