The room we saw was brand new ! Beautiful ! I’m excited for my dad to be in such a place. Thank you!! Special thanks to A Place for Mom!! Awesome job!! The sales person and manager were a pleasure to meet.

It was surprisingly quiet. I loved the entire tour. Wish I could move in now. Unfortunately I had to give notice of my leaving to my current living quarters. I am hoping this will be my final move for a while . I will have to be commuting for a while til I get all of my appointments arranged . Looking forward to being in a lovely building.

I’ve recently moved a loved one in to the facility and have been nothing but impressed with the staff’s knowledge and friendliness. They know my loved ones name and room number by memory. The facility is clean, updated and takes intentional care to make every area feel like home.

I think that the staff is awesome! They are accessible and friendly. Apartment sizes are generally generous. Amenities (if you're talking about in-room amenities) are average.

I toured here 2 years ago when my wife started working here. The residents were always friendly however, there weren’t that many. After returning this week I am impressed with all the positive changes cosmetically in the community. [name removed] loves her Community Sales job and she loves the residents and they love her. The physical changes in the last 3 months to the community is a testament to the staff and QSLM leadership. The new renovations are very nice, the floral arrangements are beautiful and everyone points out all the great changes. I’m very pleased to see my senior friends who are happily thriving at the community. The GM [name removed] has brought a fresh perspective to an already amazing community! I highly recommend visiting Smoky Springs.

I visited with my mom recently and I was wowed by the friendliness & the warmth at Smoky Springs. From the moment I entered I was taken greeted by happy friendly staff and residents who went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. After meeting with the sales manager, [name removed], we began our tour and from floor to floor, she knew every resident by name! The whole time people were calling her name and saying hello. She’s truly loved by the residents and staff. After meeting the General Manager [name removed], I to move in myself!! The menu was carefully laid out, the lunch was delicious & real napkins were such a nice touch. All the amenities were outstanding, all the staff was friendly and happy to help in any way. It was truly an amazing community. [name removed]introduced us to the office Manager, [name removed], Maintenance Director, [names removed] Activities Director and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The new renovations were beautiful & my mom will be moving very soon!

I looked at several places for my mom to move into before visiting Silver Creek. Once I met with [name removed] and took a tour of the facility, I knew that Silver Creek was THE very best place for my mom. My mom took a tour felt the same way. But, just to be sure, I reached out to some of my childhood friends for recommendations and every one of them recommended Silver Creek. Great facility; welcoming staff; beautiful apartments; and, so many wonderful activities for the Community. [name removed] was patient, kind and understanding throughout the entire process. And answered my (seemingly endless) questions. If you are considering Assisted Living for yourself or someone else, start with Silver Creek and [name removed].

Just moved my mother into Silver Creek. She was very nervous at first. Once she met the staff and made a few friends with the residents she felt better. This place really does feel like home. The staff is amazing and friendly. They help you with anything you need. The building feels welcoming, warm and open. They have many things to do and see. Very pet friendly. My complements to the cook as well! The food here is amazing. [name removed] and management have been amazing and very helpful. I'm at ease knowing that my mother is in safe hands and can get help any time she needs.

The website looks beautiful and shows off the front lobby area well. It's so sweet seeing our elders greeting people at the front door and taking walks. It shows our active they are and how the staff takes the livelihood of these people seriously. I HIGHLY recommend visiting!

I visit my friend on a regular basis and love what they do for her and other seniors at this assisted living. The staff are always friendly and adhere to all of her needs. The nursing staff in particular has only gotten better since I’ve been here. The activities are good. I really can’t think of anything negative to say.

We are loving it so far. We chose this community because of the price, cleanliness, and staff.

I've been coming to Silver Creek for now close to 4 years to visit old friends & to meet new friends. The building is wonderful, feel like a hotel as you walk in. The resident rooms are comfortable & the hallways are very nice and wide. For me it's a please to go for a day visit. Thank the staff for when I need some help & have questions. [name removed]

5 on all! Excellent place with friendly staff and residents. Very satisfied that I choose River's Edge. 1 bedroom ground level apt is spacious and sunny. Bedroom is large and lots of closet spaces. Very pet friendly with lots of dogs and cats.

The staff has been very helpful helping me adjust to moving to a new place after living at my former home for 55 years. I like being around the other residents and I like the food and the fact I can choose other stuff to eat if I don't like the main dish. I enjoy the activities [name removed] schedule for us from chair exercises to having live music. I'm glad I decided to move here [names removed], and the other staff have been really helpful to me and my nieces who help me move in.

I joined a tour for my family friend and forgot to leave a review. The leasing director was very friendly and patient, explaining the amenities of the facility clearly. She also showed the model room which had elegant furnishings and beautiful decor. The building itself is extravagant with lots of large, open space. Definitely on the top of the list when the time is right

The staff and nurses care so much about the seniors living here. They act like family and always look out for everyone's needs. They're especially kind to each other. They treat each other like family too. You just don't see that kind of thing anymore and it's really something to appreciate.
