I came by to visit and saw the seniors sitting down while a veteran gave this great speech. Later on he said it was for memorial weekend. I’m glad the neighborhood came together to honor our troops along with staff and nurses. This facility went out of their way to honor our veterans and I appreciate that greatly.

Lively community with wonderful. Supportive staff. Silver Creek cares deeply about their residents and promotes an active, friendly environment.

Silver Creek is a very impressive place to put your love one in. Every one has been very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend. There are simply too many people to list who have been helpful.

The nurses have been very kind and gentle when I moved. I received a welcome basket and given a calendar for activities and events. I look forward to the future while living here.

Later on, my mom needed extra care, but she didn’t have to move to another facility because the on-site staff provided dependable caregiving services.

I have been here for about 1 month and beginning to feel more at home as I meet new friends and settle in. Safety and attention to residents is important to seniors and I feel more secure and cared for. Thanks for attention in keeping the building well-maintained too.

I just moved my mother into Silver Creek after sharing caregiving with my brother for the past 2 years. We love her but it's been an exhausting process. [name removed]and [name removed]have been so helpful with moving her in and catered to all of our needs. They always ask if we need anything and gave me peace of mind that my mother will be safe and happy.

The staff are very hands-on with the residents and very professional. The apartments are large, the studios are as well.

Having had several family members and friends living at Nouveau Marc all I can say is Wow! Every aspect of this community Senior Living is amazing! Best pricing for all your needs! It is truly an incredible place to live ! The warmth and comfort are second to none! I would really like to acknowledge the wonderful people who work there especially the manager [name removed] ! There are no words to describe the incredible love and interest she gave us in trying to decide on a loving environment for our love one! Her passion for her job is truly a pearl in the rough! The community was always very active and my dad loved that. It felt safe, and has an overall welcoming atmosphere. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Very friendly and welcoming. They are very accommodating for family and who want to talk to her and live too far away. Her first impression walking in was, this is too nice I can’t afford it. I would recommend them to anyone with a loved one.

It is a Sr. Living place, but they're have an option to contract out if the resident needs a little more help. For example, remembering to take meds. They are just not a full assisted living. The price is reasonable and they have different options available. Three meals/day.

I would rate all a 5. My Mother loves it there. Friendliness, staff, food and activities. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

Although it is so difficult as a family, transitioning my mom into an assisted living facility, we were so lucky to find her new home here. We were referred by a friend who had also had to transition her father. My moms decline in memory was very quick and it was difficult but this move has worked out very well for her.

My grandmother moved in a few months ago, and it's been like night and day! She lived alone before this and wasn't able to get out much aside from when we visited but every time I've spoken to her over the phone she's told me all about getting to know her neighbors and how nice all of the staff are. I haven't gotten the chance to visit her yet but she's said the food was very good and that she really likes it there so far!

I can’t say enough good things about my mom’s assisted living facility. From the moment we arrived, [names removed]—just to name a few—have gone above and beyond to make both my mom and our entire family feel welcome. They have a true gift for connecting with residents and their families. They took the time to get to know my mom personally and helped her feel at home right away. [name removed] does an incredible job introducing residents to one another and encouraging involvement in the community’s many activities, which is so important for older adults making this major transition from their homes into this new chapter of life. The activities calendar is outstanding—there’s truly something for everyone, and the staff puts in so much effort to keep things engaging, fun, and meaningful. From group outings and games to crafts and live music, there’s always something to look forward to. It makes such a difference in the residents’ lives. They also have an on-site hair salon, which is such a wonderful perk. It gives residents a sense of normalcy, independence, and dignity—plus it’s a lovely way for them to treat themselves and socialize. [name removed] does a wonderful job and also is a friend to all the residents. Another key part of our positive experience has been the Right At Home services. [names removed] are all compassionate, attentive, and always available. Whether it’s help with daily needs, medication reminders, or just making sure my mom is comfortable and happy, they’re there. The entire team is incredibly responsive and genuinely cares. Since I work out of town frequently, it brings me so much peace of mind knowing that my mom is safe, cared for, and truly part of a community. Everyone keeps a loving, watchful eye on her, and I cannot express how much that support has meant to us. We are so grateful.

This is an absolutely lovely facility. I have a family member here and I feel much better knowing they’re in a place that’s safe. It gives me peace of mind knowing I’m not too far away (aside from highway traffic). The building is always clean and the staff is just amazing.

Everyone is very accommodating and truly care. The staff creates a very family environment than they go out of their way to accommodate residents and families. I highly recommend Silver Creek to anyone needing immediate care for their senior family members

Great experience so far on my first day. My grandparents are moving in and [name removed] helped us work through setting up the TVs to get cable for them. My grandma is in the hospital so my grandpa is going to be here alone and [name removed] found us cables, and worked with the Maintenance Tech to set up the TV so my grandfather could have TV to watch while he’s here alone. I appreciated his time and kindness more than I can express

My friend is in this assisted living facility. The staff made this whole move as easy as anyone could ask for. They took care of all of the headaches and always asked us if we needed anything. The sales person gave her a gift welcome basket which was a very nice touch. I can tell they really care about making sure people are happy here.
