I would rate all a 5. My Mother loves it there. Friendliness, staff, food and activities. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

Although it is so difficult as a family, transitioning my mom into an assisted living facility, we were so lucky to find her new home here. We were referred by a friend who had also had to transition her father. My moms decline in memory was very quick and it was difficult but this move has worked out very well for her.

My grandmother moved in a few months ago, and it's been like night and day! She lived alone before this and wasn't able to get out much aside from when we visited but every time I've spoken to her over the phone she's told me all about getting to know her neighbors and how nice all of the staff are. I haven't gotten the chance to visit her yet but she's said the food was very good and that she really likes it there so far!

What they could improve on at Sunrise would be to have more outside activities, get them out of the building. The staff is friendly, and we would maybe recommend the community to other families. They are most of the time short staffed, but other that no..

I can’t say enough good things about my mom’s assisted living facility. From the moment we arrived, [names removed]—just to name a few—have gone above and beyond to make both my mom and our entire family feel welcome. They have a true gift for connecting with residents and their families. They took the time to get to know my mom personally and helped her feel at home right away. [name removed] does an incredible job introducing residents to one another and encouraging involvement in the community’s many activities, which is so important for older adults making this major transition from their homes into this new chapter of life. The activities calendar is outstanding—there’s truly something for everyone, and the staff puts in so much effort to keep things engaging, fun, and meaningful. From group outings and games to crafts and live music, there’s always something to look forward to. It makes such a difference in the residents’ lives. They also have an on-site hair salon, which is such a wonderful perk. It gives residents a sense of normalcy, independence, and dignity—plus it’s a lovely way for them to treat themselves and socialize. [name removed] does a wonderful job and also is a friend to all the residents. Another key part of our positive experience has been the Right At Home services. [names removed] are all compassionate, attentive, and always available. Whether it’s help with daily needs, medication reminders, or just making sure my mom is comfortable and happy, they’re there. The entire team is incredibly responsive and genuinely cares. Since I work out of town frequently, it brings me so much peace of mind knowing that my mom is safe, cared for, and truly part of a community. Everyone keeps a loving, watchful eye on her, and I cannot express how much that support has meant to us. We are so grateful.

This is an absolutely lovely facility. I have a family member here and I feel much better knowing they’re in a place that’s safe. It gives me peace of mind knowing I’m not too far away (aside from highway traffic). The building is always clean and the staff is just amazing.

Everyone is very accommodating and truly care. The staff creates a very family environment than they go out of their way to accommodate residents and families. I highly recommend Silver Creek to anyone needing immediate care for their senior family members

Great experience so far on my first day. My grandparents are moving in and [name removed] helped us work through setting up the TVs to get cable for them. My grandma is in the hospital so my grandpa is going to be here alone and [name removed] found us cables, and worked with the Maintenance Tech to set up the TV so my grandfather could have TV to watch while he’s here alone. I appreciated his time and kindness more than I can express

My friend is in this assisted living facility. The staff made this whole move as easy as anyone could ask for. They took care of all of the headaches and always asked us if we needed anything. The sales person gave her a gift welcome basket which was a very nice touch. I can tell they really care about making sure people are happy here.

It's a wonderful place for older and retired folks. It is very warm and welcoming to my mom and our entire family. It's not just a retirement center it's a community. It is a well-kept property, very clean and orderly. They have all sorts of activities to try and keep the residents connected and involved. What they are lacking is actual nursing care or attendant care. They do have resources available for the residents that they can contact and help make arrangements for those in need. There are many residents with attendants. Mostly, the residents are independent. If your loved one needs nursing care "built into" a facility then it's not for them. They have housekeeping weekly for the residents. They also provide 3 meals and snacks a day. The food is generally pretty good. It's also a nice perk that relatives can dine with their loved ones. Another nice option is that they will deliver meals to their rooms if they are ill. My mom is in the early stages of dementia and struggling with her memory. There are several residents that are in a similar stage as my mom. The managers say that folks can stay and live there independently until they can't. Meaning they can stay as long as they are safe to themselves and others around them. The staff do their utmost to help the residents stay as independent for as long as possible. That's something me and my family were looking for specifically for my mom.

The staff is very friendly and do a wonderful job taking care of my father's needs. The staff seem to really care for all the people in the memory care community.

Very friendly, courteous staff, beautiful facility (though they could use a second elevator), 5-star dining facility/food service. Lots of fun excursions available and in-house activities to keep one busy.

My mom moved into Silver Creek not long ago and I couldn't be happier with the experience overall. The sales staff was extremely helpful and understanding with my mom's needs and did their best to make the move as easy as possible. The executive director was wonderful during the contract signing. The nursing team has been very communicative. I couldn't think of a better place for my mom

I appreciate all of the management team for helping me with moving in my loved one to your community. The Executive Director [name removed] has been patient and considerate. The hospitality has been nothing less than excellent and they reassure me that I can come to them whenever I feel the need.

Everyone has been friendly with the move in process. They have been very flexible with the timing of our move in. The room accommodates my husband's needs as well and I really like the energy of the activities they have compared to other places I've visited

The tour guide was very friendly and understanding of my reason for visiting Silver Creek to look for my parents. The tour itself was informative with the guide pointing out the various amenities. The idea of the chefs making meals requested by residents and their own recipes is special. They clearly care about the residents and want them to be happy and safe.

Mom hasn't really participated, but I do see others enjoying them. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The only real problem that we have had is with the land line phone. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

Helpful staff. Room size for memory care was roomy. Exterior window made it more like a home bedroom. Easily styled ours with queen bed, small desk and chair, wall mounted tv, dresser, recliner. 2 closets were adequate.

My mom has been at Washington Commons a little over two weeks. She absolutely LOVES it!! There are activities all day, she is always on the go. I haven’t seen her this happy since my dad passed away 8 years ago. I am very thankful your company suggested this facility. Thank you!

My Mom was very independent , then she had an elderly UTI , she was lonely , not thinking clearly , forgot to take her medications , didn't want to cook . It was very frustrating to her. At that time I knew I needed to find a safe place that would take good care of her. For me it had to be the right place . When I researched Symphony @ Stuart I knew that was it . Very colorful , bright hallways , beautiful courtyards , [name removed] made the transition so easy. She answered all my questions I had. [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] are very helpful also. My Mom loves the food especially the soups. Symphony addresses all my Mothers needs. She has Physical Therapy ( [name removed], [name removed]) Diabetic care, Dermatology care , Podiatry care, Medication given. All within the facility. . Every department keeps me updated. The staff is very helpful also. My Moms friends visit and tell me " This is the nicest place." I'm proud to leave a review. Thank you Symphony for taking such good care of my Mom.
