There is a very healthy spirit and positive energy that exists at Lighthouse Pointe. The entire staff makes everyone feel like they are a part of a family. The services provided by Legacy Healthcare are 5 Star...Second to none!!!

The staff at Symphony at Stuart are wonderful. They are so caring.

What they could improve on would be the food and making activities more fun! However, we would recommend this community to other families.

All staff are helpful, compassionate and caring. The location of the facility is also in a great area.

I had a sudden situation where I had to place a family member somewhere with more active care than I could provide. I was told about Silver Creek and I couldn't be happier with how the move-in process was. The sales team, especially [name removed], texted me frequently about the transition to memory care. I've had a very stressful year and this made things so much easier for me and my mom. I was asked by the sales person [name removed] for feedback to improve their service but I really don't have anything bad to say. Thank you for everything

What we like the most about Laurel Glen is the staff. The staff was great and the activity's were amazing my Dad was only there about 4 months but they were amazing would recommend them to anyone .

What we like the most about Laurel Grove is the staff. The staff is wonderful and they offer on site 3rd party services. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The facility is very nice, very clean and well taken care of. Staff is very friendly and the residents seem very happy. I really like friendly and the residents seem very happy. I really like openness of the facility and everything that to choose from like watching a movie in the movie theatre, playing pool in the game room or reading a book in the library. I respect the face that at Silver Creek the residents seem to have a voice and it does feel like a home. I for themselves or a loved one.

When entering Silver Creek, one is greeted and welcomed. Silver Creek is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. All the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. So many options and things to do for your loved one. I highly recommend Silver Creek to those looking for a warm welcoming place to live.

What I like most about Dogwood Terrace: 1.The monthly Town Hall meetings conducted by management to impart information to residents and to listen to resident comments and concerns. 2.The availability of management staff always willing to answer questions and solve any problems that may exist in apartments or other situations. 3, The enthusiasm of the Activities Director and her efforts to provide activities and events that interest the residents and her willingness to listen to suggestions. 4. The friendliness shown by residents to newcomers.

I've had nothing but a great experience working with this team. The leadership team, care team have made it easy to get the help our family's needs. They were very kind and patient with us as they went through the contract signing process and allowed us to visit the room my father plans to live in so we can decide on furniture placement. I appreciate everything and know they will take care of my father and his needs.

They were there for her all the time and even when she was angry at life they were extremely friendly towards her. I would recommend Silver Creek to others. I would go there myself if it was needed.

I drove by to see the building up close and I saw some of the residents walking their dogs and even walking with what looked like nurses. I don’t know if that’s normal but it’s nice to see seniors and staff just spending time together and getting along. It can be really difficult in old age to meet people, especially younger people, and get along. I do worry about the lack of a gate or railing around the lakes nearby but as long as there are no accidents, I guess there’s no reason to have it up in the first place.

I briefly visited when there was a family dinner event happening close to Christmas and I was really impressed with how lively the dining area was. The servers looked very happy and were serving drinks and food. Gentleman in purple shirts were bringing more tables to accommodate the people who were waiting. I was just dropping off a friend but maybe when my parents want to downsize!

Congrats on the recent award! I just had a few questions: - does your facility have all day dining or specific meal times? - do you offer haircuts and other grooming? - is there a way I can receive an activities calendar?

One time I was walking down one of the hallways and I saw a family eating lunch together in one of these little corners and I thought it was so nice to see a family gathered together like that. I know it’s a retirement/assisted living place but when I think of it, I worry that families don’t visit as often as they should. It’s nice to see that sense of togetherness

I have been very impressed and pleased with the helpfulness and support provides by all the staff. They are the best. My sister loves the dining facility of variety of meals offered. I would highly recommend Silver Creek to anyone looking for a quality facility for a loved one.

Some of the facilities have a kitchen that residents and their families can use. If someone likes to bake, that is a nice feature. Symphony does not have that. I like that Symphony has the residences all on one side and the common areas are together on the other side of the building. It makes it easier for residents with mild memory issues to find rooms where the activities are.

I visit there daily and would recommend highly. They recently changed the dining services giving it more of a restaurant type service with several more optional selections in the event you do not like part or all of what the regular menu is for that day. They all so serve 3 meals a day which when looking for a place I found the other places we looked at only serve 2.
