While I'm really impressed with what Silver Creek has to offer, I will admit that there are things that could be improved upon: First of all, WOW! The entire outside looks remarkable. Green foliage, beautiful lake behind the property. A truly amazing looking assisted living home. I would've never guessed it was a home for seniors. More like a really nice Marriott. The inside is just as gorgeous as the outside. The rooms look great. The courtyard is alright but not that much activity. Actually, the game room looks great but nobody seems to be in there. You should have more games like tournaments or events in there.

I was really impressed with the time I had spent here. I didn't even know this place was so close to central St. Augustine. It's a very convenient location. Only ten minutes to downtown, five minutes to shopping. The residents and staff were very friendly and welcoming. This is a nice place to consider for the future.

I was there for a brief time visiting. The facility is absolutely beautiful. The furniture is very comfortable and there are windows everywhere. I enjoyed meeting the residents along with the friendly staff. I'm not ready to apply as a resident but it's nice to keep in mind for family and friends

Sunrise Senior Living has been a wonderful place to live for our elderly family member. The apartments are spacious. The dining room is nice and restaurant style meals are tasty. We enjoy the opportunity to participate in holiday family meals together. The staff is friendly and helpful. We are very happy with our decision to relocate him to Sunrise.

Sunrise has been perfect for Mom. People here are kind and sooo helpful. Always a smile. She loves the live music. She sits with a group of 3 other ladies and they have become great friends. Everyone knows my Mothers name!!!

As soon as I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. The natural sunlight coming from the ceiling windows really makes the place feel warm and inviting. The staff were very friendly and we exchanged funny stories and experiences about working with seniors. I’m personally not ready yet but will definitely consider it if the time comes.

Loved our experience here. The people living here are very kind. Some of them have absolutely adorable pets who are so well behaved! If the furry ones are happy, then you know it’s a nice place to stay! We’ll definitely be back

It's is a very good place. I highly recommend it for loved ones. They are flexible and willing to learn alternative healthcare options for their longevity. They are very open for trying different therapeutic options for the elderly, so it is a very good place! The nursing staff have demonstrated their desire to learn and grow through various challenges when taking care of the elderly. The food is pretty good, but they serve deserts for every meal. Too much sugar isn't good for them, but I think they will be willing to grow in that area.

We picked them because of the accessible location, and the facility was absolutely incredible for the price.

What we like the most about Dominion Senior Living is the sense of community that my Mom feels. She knows and interacts with the other residents. The daily activities give her purpose and a feeling of inclusion. This is a big deal for her because she is the only African-American resident at Dominion.

We were very impressed with both the facilities and staff at Smoky Springs. [name removed] and the entire staff are extremely helpful and attentive to all the residents making everyone feel like one big happy family. After our initial visit, I knew this was the right place for my mother.

So far a big 5 for alllll! Everyone seems very helpful, engaged with the residents. And the facility is bright and welcoming. We would absolutely recommend The Blake community to other families who may need a place for their loved one

Now these are my scores, however my dad is the one that lives there and may say differently, but based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Haywood Estates to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

I have lived at Smoky Springs for 2 years and it’s truly become home. The leadership is amazing, and I appreciate them all…[name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] are so helpful and truly care about us. It takes a lot of heart to lead and they have it here. I would recommend Smoky Springs to anyone. Be sure to contact [name removed] for a tour- you will love her!

I have been here for 5 months and I enjoy my experience extremely. Office staff is very nice and helps with all my issues whenever I need it. Food is good my apartment is spacious. Plenty of things to do to keep my mind active. Laundry rooms on every floor. Family is invited to spend time with me for meals. Residents are friendly and helpful. [name removed] is very helpful in extending her warmth to future residents. I love it here!

I am so grateful to have been referred to Fairmont Retirement community! My octogenarian mother has lived there almost two years, and she couldn't be happier. The team calls every resident by name, knows family members, and rapidly responds to any concerns with genuine concern. I've never experienced such sincerity in caring for residents, nor have I seen the incredible team work exhibited by management! The amenities included in the cost of the lease are abundant. I have no worries that my mother is safe and greatly cared for. If I could choose more than five stars, I certainly would! I highly recommend this center!

This is my 3rd retirement home and my favorite. You are a family member, not just a resident. When the lights in the city went out, the staff went door to door to check on us and escorted us to a lighted area with a generator. When the elevator failed, the staff paid firefighters to carry non walkers up and down the stairs while it was being fixed. It's a great place.

The people here are really nice from the staff to the residents. My mom loves that the housekeepers are 20+ year employees that really get to know the residents. They will even check on you if you don't make it to an event you usually attend (like a meal or bingo).

From a glance, it looks like a Ritz-Carlton hotel with next level staff and clean rooms to match! I see games and exercises being bed by activities directors who treat our greatest generation with such love and attention. I can't speak foe the food as you ask and I'm sure everyday is different.

If you want peace of mind knowing that your loved one is safe and taken care of, this is the place. The staff makes my mom feel cherished. They call her by name and always greet her like she matters. She can now socialize with others. The facilities are beautiful and very clean; one would think it was a resort. The on-premise medical staff means that help is only a press of a button away. There are many activities daily so there is no reason why anyone would be bored. There is on-site physical therapy. There is piano bar, salon, library, chapel, activity room, pool table, coffee and ice cream bar, spacious deck,…too many to mention here. Residences are cleaned and bedding washed weekly by staff; laundry can either be done by the resident or for a fee by staff. Dining options include a daily special or order off the limited menu. Food could be a little more exciting but that will always be a complaint for people. This was a wise choice for my mom and I no longer worry about her safety.
