Incoming they were in action mode [name removed] was in rehab next day! [name removed] set up paperwork for the weekend. Mom was in on Monday moments before her discharge! [name removed] took my mom under her wing and my mom soared form a confused weakened little old lady to a thriving active happy woman. I did not think this would happen from fighting my mom(to be put in home). She loved it there and especially [name removed]. Sadly mom wanted to be closer to her grandchild and his wife so we moved her to Sanford were she came in with a great foundation and continues to thrive. My unending thanks to [name removed] and all of Silver Creek s staff for my mom s care.

I came in to tour for my mom and loved how beautiful the community was. It is not very often that you find a beautiful community that doesn't feel like a hotel, it feels like home.

I went to the Meet the Team event last Thursday and I had a great time! My kids loved the desserts and we were shown a room for people who live independently. It was a great event with delicious food. We need more events like this in Saint Augustine. We even watched a resident chorus group perform a song.

While the food good be a little better, the atmosphere it is served in excellent! We would definitely recommend Elance at Tuckahoe to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I was impressed by everything. I want to live here. It's clean and well organized. The tour we were given was stress free and easy to understand. The guide answered all of my questions and we had a delicious lunch

I rate all of them a 5. I love it here and have made many new friends including the office staff and the dining / Cleaning staff. They are all gracious, helpful, always there for anyone and never have a frown. My husband of nearly 50 years passed away in March and the condolences, hugs, and comments of their love for him made his death much more tolerable than it might have been. I'm blessed to be here and wouldn't think of going anywhere else, even though my 2 children offered their homes to me. Thankfully, they both live nearby so I can see them if/when I want. I would tell others to just ask all the questions you can think of. Quite often, folks move in and don't read all of the contract or aren't always updated on dining room details, housekeeping details, etc. I asked and felt well informed.

My parents cannot stop saying how friendly all the employees are. They absolutely love living at Smokey Springs. They love their Military Veterans. My folks have a 1 bedroom. That has a larger living room with a smaller bedroom. Very comfy unit.

The staff at Laurel Glen at Carrollton are all very kind, friendly and helpful. The apartments are very roomy and laid out well.

The location is convenient for my family to visit our loved ones often. We like the amount of activities available to the residents. While they have events, I’d like to see more of them implemented. The community is wonderful and the staff encourages open discussion all the time. Highly recommend!

I was having a hard time with finding the right community for my mom. The sales team and the executive director really took the time to help me with understanding the benefit of a memory care community. They made me feel confident in was doing the beat thing for my mom. She is thriving. And the food is wonderful. I loved coming to family night and exsperinsing the dining.

I'm extremely happy with how I was treated while getting a tour of two rooms. My mom has been worried about space and activities and I'm very happy to see the activities calendar with lots to do. Everyone has been so patient and kind while I figure out how mom will live here. I couldn't ask for a better first impression.

I honestly can't think of any way to improve Silver Creek. My room is very nice. My daughter helped me decorate it just the way I wanted it. The food is very good, which is saying something considering that I'm a picky eater! My pets needs are filled with walks and she gets along with the other residents and staff.

I've done shopping in different facilities and can't imagine being anywhere else. I don't feel any pressure living at Silver Creek and I feel a peace of mind knowing that I'm safe and comfortable. We have a schedule of activities, and it changes throughout the year so it doesn't get stale!

It's okay if you can afford it they charge for everything these places are not cheap.

I'm pretty hesitant of assisted living facilities after hearing about less than stellar experiences from my in-laws, but I was VERY impressed with what Silver Creek has to offer. You can tell that they care about the daily lives of the seniors there with all the activities and I don't see anyone generally unhappy. I even saw managers walking around the property and looking over the building like they want to make things even better!

The Blake at Flowood is a great community. Everyone here is extremely easy to work with and talk to. No where is going to be perfect, but they’re trying. Any issue I had was listened to with open ears and the task was jumped on immediately. They have really improved their staff and care lately. My great aunt was taken such care of up until her final days. There’s no where else I would have rather her taken her final breath.

As someone who has an aging parent, and works in the industry, I whole-heartedly recommend Silver Creek of St. Augustine. The building is beautiful and clean. The staff love what they do, and it reflects on the residents. Kudos, Silver Creek!

My neighbor is a resident at the community. She enjoys the environment, staff , facility and food. Care is wonderful, everyone is very attentive to her needs. I have been there and seen first hand what a wonderful community it is. I would recommend to friends and family who are looking for a great adult community.
