I can’t say enough upon entering Smoky Springs. It was bright, happy and inviting. [name removed]the Sales Manager, greeted us with a huge smile and a positive outlook on life. She’s a refreshing presence! She introduced us to the General Manager who was very busy, yet took time to greet and welcome us into Smoky Springs. We had an amazing lunch with outstanding people. The residents at Smoky Springs are REALLY happy. It’s so nice to see people loving people. The apartments were clean and neat! The housekeepers were on point. I did not like the outdated cabinets in most of the apartments. [name removed]was happy to help. She showed us a few that had been renovated and we loved the new white cabinets. Those are classic and stylist instead of 1985 looking farm style. Overall even with the cabinets, this place is wonderful. The staff is friendly and I very much believe that they love their residents. A lot of people say it, I believe the staff at Smoky. The food was excellent as well! 10 ??

Our experience at Sunrise of Decatur has been excellent. The staff is cheerful and thoughtful. There are lots of activities that residents can enjoy daily. Staff is wonderful about encouraging social events and walks on the grounds. The medication techs are on top of our complicated medication regimen as well. There is even a sweet house dog that enjoys pets and treats. 842-2615

We followed this team from out of the area because we believed in them so much. We can never thank them enough. From the entire process of touring to moving in and the care my father received we will be eternally grateful.

My first contact was with [name removed], and she answered all my questions, She anticipated issues with me moving from From Colorado Springs. She helped me pick the apartment. It was best suited for me and worked with me to pick an apartment that was within my budget. She was fantastic.

Visited this facility to see what is available to serve my wife (suffering with Dementia) in the future. [name removed] was very friendly, understanding and helpful. He showed the entire facility and shared all the room and care options. He was amazing, and the staff I met were also very nice and engaging to me and with the residents. Will definitely come back as our needs arise for a great place for my wife.

I cannot speak highly enough of Laurel Grove. From the moment I visited, I felt welcomed by the staff. The environment here is beautiful, clean, and truly feels like home. What stands out most is the sense of community – the residents are active, engaged, and treated with the utmost respect. The staff works to ensure that each resident's needs are met, fostering a supportive and friendly atmosphere. The facilities are well-maintained, and there are plenty of amenities that make life easier and more enjoyable. The food served is better than many of the restaurants we have tried! It's such a comfort knowing that mom is in a place where her independence is respected, yet help is available when needed. Laurel Grove has given our family peace of mind, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

I chose River's Edge by Barclay House because l am not a driver; River's Edge offers transportation to appointments and outings within the community. It also provides three meals a day and weekly housekeeping. Residents are given a mobile device to wear at all times in case medical assistance is needed. This is an independent-living facility, and the staff do not handle medical issues; staff is available from 8:00 AM until 7:30 PM.

The Legacy 6 Synergy staff are AWESOME, PHENOMENAL?? Both agencies are very professional. They onboard their team right away and begin their services very quickly. The owner and team leader (Rachel and Ashanti) are very thorough, they ensure that their staff are well trained and follow up consistently on service quality and the delivery of services. I am extremely pleased and impressed Light House Pointe Va is a very caring, kind and professionally run Independent Care facility. The Ad missions Specialist is superb and the price is quite market friendly!

I had a chance to take an extensive look at your community and I am so grateful. The staff members and managers are so kind and helpful. The seniors seem really happy to be there and it almost feels like a vacation and a retirement home at the same time. Thank you for your hospitality!

Cleanliness still gets a good rating, even though there were tiny roaches. We chose this community because of the availability, friendliness and location.

Set in tall, treed, landscaped quiet corner, but close to commercial areas. Staff supportive and friendly, low turnover. Private balconies and patios. Airy, light interiors. Ala carte services to upgrade to assisted living leve l.

Everyone very friendly good food stayed for lunch. Great ground to walk.

I visited and spoke to someone about the facility for my mother. She speaks Spanish and wants to be social. May not work out but really nice place!

My husband and I checked out all the possibilities for Senior living that we knew of in St. Augustine. Silver Creek was selected because of its lovely facility and great location. The current Executive Director has an “open door” policy and reaches out to residents through her presence and monthly meetings. She notifies family members of important information and seeks input when and if needed. She makes residents feel that they are “at home”. The Registered Nurse gave us exceptional service when needed and her staff members are caring, supportive, and efficient. The Housekeeping staff are friendly and open to suggestions. The Financial Officer has always been willing to discuss and answer questions relating to our individual case. The Maintenance Engineers are outstanding and helpful when needed and at other times too. The Facility has Independent, Assisted Living, and Memory Care possibilities which enable residents to move to additional care easily if needed.

I recently visited and was thoroughly impressed. The woman I met with was exceptional—candid, honest, and genuinely invested in ensuring all my questions were answered. Our conversation felt like chatting with a trusted friend, which put me at ease. The staff was incredibly friendly, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the community. It truly felt like a place where care and compassion are top priorities. I left feeling confident that this is a wonderful environment for loved ones. Highly recommend!
