The staff members at Benton House are a five plus, the value is good despite COVID. The cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff members in the beginning really stood out to us. They do all types of fun things at this community when it was not COVID. The would bring in musicians twice a week to play for the residents, and have monthly activities that would surround a certain topic. The activities director is very sweet and very engaging. The manager is very engaging as well. We were able to eat meals at this community before COVID and the meals are amazing. They have different food options to choose from depending on your dietary restrictions

My mother has flourished since moving to this community. The staff are knowledgeable and willing to help in any way. The food is wonderful, tons of activities and the salesperson [name removed] answered every question and concern.

I toured the community today and was very happy I did. What a friendly place to call home. The residents were so nice and having a wonderful time. The rooms are so pretty, the were just remodeled. I look forward to calling this my home.

We think this community has a great value for your money. What we really liked about this community was the location, it was very close to where we live.There is also a nice track around the community and even with COVID we are still able to take our loved ones out to walk around the track. When you walk the track on the backside of the building you walk through their garden, and the front is a normal sidewalk. The servers that bring the residents their meals are great, the house keeping lady is wonderful our loved ones love her. She is very quick and efficient. We really liked and appreciated the professionalism of the staff members. They are starting to bring back some of the activities they had before COVID.

My mom lived there about 4 years. I and my mom were dealt with professionally and with a lot of sensitivity during her stay. I appreciate the staff and the professionalism they demonstrated.

My mother moved into Washington Commons. I really like it, and my mother really likes it. They serve three meals a day, and they're very timely with those meals because she's a diabetic and she has to eat her meals at certain times of the day. They have nice washers and dryers, they have a nice laundry room, it's clean, and there's no smell. The employees that work there are very friendly. The first day we moved her in the first thing they said to us was, "Make sure you wear your mask." They have a nice walk-in area too. They have a sidewalk that goes all the way around the building, and if you do one complete lap it's one mile. There's a lot of seniors that live there, the apartment she's in is not very big, but it's not very small. I like it.

I chose Washington Commons because the house I lived in was very close, so I was close for moving things and I am familiar with the area. I have a one bedroom and it is pretty spacious. The staff was very helpful. I would certainly recommend.

Washington Commons is a fabulous place with a tremendous activities schedule. My daughter ate there, and she said it's fabulous how they take care of their guests. I would rate the staff a 5. A place is a place, but a home is a home, and the staff is what makes it not just a place but a home. They have all the facilities as well.

We chose Benton House over others we looked into because I was most impressed by the team of management of the facility. I had confidence in the place after getting to know them. The room sizes here are perfectly adequate, they had two room sizes available for the same price. I have eaten here many times, the food is the only thing that they could use improvement on. The quality of the meals and preparation is lacking. The best part about the community so far has been the care she receives from the RA's. I would absolutely recommend the community.

We chose Lighthouse Pointe because of the population of the facility, the management, and it had progressive living situations. She wanted independent living, meals included, and housekeeping included. The manager gave us an immediate call after contacting them and was extremely helpful in us choosing this facility over long distance. My mom has a 1 bedroom unit and also has a balcony so she gets a lot of natural light in the apartment. I eat here twice a week with my mom and the food could use improvement. Due to COVID, food services being brought to each room has made it difficult at some times to provide hot meals, sometimes portion size could be improved, and choices are being limited. A huge plus about the facility is that You are able to purchase small bits of service on site here if needed. My favorite part about the community so far would be the activities and musicians pre-COVID. She loved the people that would come in to play the piano sing to them. The crowd here is upper 80s-90s. The have not had 1 case of COVID so they have been very good about protecting the residents. overall, I would recommend.

We chose Lighthouse Pointe because they kept in touch with me after we first visited here. It was one of the first places we went and my mom instantly fell in love with it. She did not look anyplace else, she loved every minute she was here. The staff members were very personable. All I can say is my mother just loved it here and I am so glad we found this place.They had so many activities going on and she was so busy that I had a hard time getting a hold of her. She felt at home.

I am so impressed with the Regency House. I toured the community today and the residents were so very nice they all said hi and seemed to be very happy. I am looking for my mom a place to call home and the Regency House is definitely the community. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms are spacious and either have a balcony or a patio. The community is very clean. I really liked how they are still taking precautions and monitoring for COVID. I look forward to my mother having a great experience at this community.

I work in the Healthcare industry and have several residents I visit at the Regency House and this community is wonderful. The staff is so friendly and help the residents when needed. When I walk into the community the residents are socializing with their mask on laughing and having a great time. When I speak with my patients they have nothing but great things to say about this community.

My mother is a resident at the Regency House and she is so very happy with the staff and the care she receives. The residents seem happy and are always socializing with each other. The food is great. I applaud the community and how it handled COVID. Even to this date the Regency House is taking every precaution to maintain the safety of their residents. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place for their loved one.

I chose Haywood Estates because the house I lived in was very close, so I was close for moving things and I am familiar with the area. I have a one bedroom and it is pretty spacious. The staff was very helpful. I would certainly recommend.

Haywood Estates is a wonderful place, the staff members know all of the residents by their first and last names and even their families. It has been really great even through COVID, they are keeping everyone busy. We chose Haywood Estates in the beginning because of the convenience to restaurants and other places in town. It is in a nice, popular part of town but also quiet. They have a walking trail outside which is very nice for the residents. We got the smallest room size, but it works out very well. The closet is very spacious and he has a balcony. I strongly recommend it.

We chose Deepwood Estates because of the cost and the location. The apartment sizes are big and spacious. I would want other people to know that this facility has been very accommodating for everything that we have had issues with or need. I would recommend.

The Regency House is my home now for 8 years. My friends and I get together and play games, go to lunch, and socialize. The food is wonderful! The staff is nice and go out of their way to help.

We chose this community because of the location, it is very close to my aunt. Also, the services that they offered such as the hair salon, meal services, etc. The overall layout of the apartment was nice as well. The apartment sizes are pretty good, plenty of space for one person. She likes the food. I would recommend Lighthouse Pointe.
