Lovely Options for my parents. We looked everywhere and landed on Smoky. They are happy and we love it.

They have many activities here. When I visit my Grandmother I enjoy the painting class.

My cousin moved here. So far so good! She is real happy with the people here and workers are nice to them and make sure she eats.

This weekend I did a trial stay to make sure I wanted to call the Regency House home. I enjoyed my stay so much I will become a resident at the Regency House. The residents are all very friendly and caring. The staff were amazing, top notch. The food, well I cant say enough was great! I recommend visiting the Regency House and see what I'm talking about. This is my new home!

I can't say enough nice things about Smokey Springs. The staff goes over and beyond to make sure everyone's needs are met. My mother moved from her lovely apartment in Florida to Smoky Springs. She loves this place better than when she was in Florida. Loves her apartments, enjoys all the meals - great chef! Enjoys all the scheduled activities and the WEdnesday outings I never have to worry about her being alone or feeling lonely! Everyone is friendly and she can't imagine being anywhere else!

The staff is an excellent caring group of people who go out of their way to help me.

Mom is 103 and enjoys living at Haywood Estates. The facility is clean and the staff kind and gracious.

Staff is wonderful, likes the food and having my cat, great biking trails, family environment. Lived here for 2 years and love.

Haywood Estates is representative of a warm and welcoming senior community. The sales leader, [name removed], was compassionate and informative. She put my mother at ease answering all questions. [Name removed] welcomed my mother for a second visit. My mother is looking forward to joining the Haywood Estates community and being closer to her South Carolina family.

I work in the industry as a senior advisor. I have toured the Regency House several times and each visit the community has been a wonderful place to tour. The Regency House is clean, spacious rooms, excellent food, spectacular staff, and amazing residents. This community is a must tour for your loved one

I am on week 8 of living at the Regency House. I have immensely enjoyed the community. Everyone is very friendly and enjoy all the activities we have. The food is good and we have several options at each seating. Look no more this is a super community.

Of all the places I have resided this one is tops. The care are excellent, concerned and very attentive to each individual resident. The meals are superior and the chef's are very concerned with our opinions. Our living quarters are very clean and makes this a great place to call home.
