The Regency has been a God sent for my brother. Excellent facility, great staff that cares.

My mother has lived at the Fairmont for several years. I’m particularly impressed with how the staff has conducted themselves and handled safety protocols during the COVID-19 crisis. Everyone has been so supportive during these difficult months. Communication has been first rate to all residents and families. I feel confident everyday that my mom is in a good place. The staff is exemplary.

I've been here at Smoky Springs since February of 2019 I have immensely enjoyed the experience is here the companionship from some of the other residents the remarkable food but the chef prepare for us to eat and the attention that the staff days for each and every residents personally I couldn't find a better way to spend my money or better place to call home I really appreciate the customer service that we all get as residence my name is [name removed] and I highly regard the service that would get from y'all and never underestimate the friendship and the courtesy that's extended to each and every residents here at Smoky Springs thank you [name removed] goodbye stay safe

I just wanted to say that I was very, very impressed with the community- it exceeded even my expectations as I have a lot of experience with senior living as a nurse, and [was therefore] very familiar with the Regency House. My mother liked it a lot too, which was also a bit of a surprise. We signed with the community In June and she is really happy decided on the Regency House.

Its been great until the virus. Then, the food went down, but you have to consider that while this is going on they have done a very good job. We had one case, that's it. So, they have taken very good care of this and I thank them for that.

The employees here are so kind and helpful in so many ways. They also try to make us feel at home. It is a pleasure to know each one of them and this includes our managers.

Although, I have never lived in another community, I have been privy to several. My choice of all is, of course, Smoky Springs. When I moved to Smoky, it quickly became, HOME and the residents and staff are now my 'family'. I am an active resident, enjoying art class, line dancing, impromptu singing, group games, etc. Good friends, good food.

I have lived at Smokey Springs almost three years and have many friends and friendly acquaintances. Of course, it is no more perfect than any other living situation, but is a place that has become "home." All of the staff are both efficient and friendly and the food is usually good. What more could I ask?
