Wow! What a loving community. My father just signed a lease to become a great addition to an amazing community. We toured 8 other communities in the area and no one could top the warm and kindness of the Regency House. In the beginning I was looking for a new community not understanding that the new is not always the best. What I found was a community that loved their residents and the residents cared for each other. The Regency House is special!

My mother arrived depressed, hopeless and chronically "feeling horrible". She never wanted to do anything but lie around. She had no desire to socialize and we had to coax her to go down to the dining room. Since she has been there, she has become a happy person. She participates in activities and volunteers for church services. All of her family and friends are thrilled to see the difference!!

What a wonderful place to call home. I moved into the community a month ago and it has been the best experience. I have made several friends and the staff is wonderful. The food is always good and I like that I get choices to choose from at each meal. I highly recommended the Regency House.

All interactions with staff have been warm and welcoming. The residents are well cared for, the community is inviting and the food is delicious.

She loves it she is 96. She had church friends at facility. Since Laurel is Independent living assistance is al la cartel and extra cost. Her assistance at this time is minimal. When major changes take place we will take another look but all levels of care are presently represented at the facility. My mother and I toured the Regency House today. What a wonderful community. The sales leader was very sweet and really was educated not only on her property, but other sources in the community. We had the pleasure of attending lunch and it was amazing. We met several residents and my mother very much enjoyed their company. I look forward to my mom becoming a resident of this wonderful community.

My grandmother is a resident there & really enjoys it. They have wonderful meal choices and she has gained 25 pounds. The staff is friendly and the place is well kept. She's 105 years old & very independent.

Very pleased with what we get for the money. We have a large family with someone there every day and all of the employees remember our names, ask if we need anything; very pleasant.

Great place! My brother and my sister live in Haywood Estates. The food is great! They love the food. Plenty to do. Lots of different activities. Bingo! Staff is professional and friendly. Especially [name removed] in the activities and [name removed] the sales rep. Thank you!

Very nice facility - especially the bright and cheery dining room not to mention the delicious food. [Name removed] is wonderful, very helpful and attentive.

Friendly residents, nice staff, great transportation, I do not get involved with the activities although they have plenty to offer.

I have been at Smokey Springs since March & I am very happy here. My 1 bed room apartment is plenty big, with lots of closet & storage space. The people are all so friendly & the staff are WONDERFUL. Coming from California I was not use to southern cooking, but I really enjoy it. There are so many activities that I can stay as busy as I want. My kids chose Smoke Springs for me and I am so happy they did. I just can't say enough about it.

I am looking for a community for my dad and wanted to see what all the rage of this community. We did a surprise tour and from the moment we walked in you could feel the since of community. Some of the residents were sitting out on the front porch having morning coffee and conversation. They all welcomed us and made me and my dad feel at home. When we walked into the community, the manager was very delightful. I was very surprised this community is exactly what the reviews say. My father signed and is very pleased with his choice. He enjoys his morning walks, playing cards with friends, all the activities, and most of all the food. If you are looking for a great community, look no more. This community offers everything!

Toured the community today and really enjoy myself. The employees are really friendly and helpful. The residents were smiling and laughing with an entertainer. The community is well maintained and very clean. The rooms are large. I will be bring my mom back to sign.

Quiet community with walking path. The Regency House is wonderfully located close to Emory and the VA. The community is very community minded. The residents are very friendly and the staff is really helpful. The food is top notch. We have options for entree's at every meal. Great Place to Live!

I moved to the Regency House 3 months ago and just love this community. The residents are all so warming and make it easy to make friends. I enjoy having wine and cheese, painting, playing games, gardening, watching plays, and going out to eat with my friends. There is so much to do at this community it really is fun. After being home alone the Regency House has showed me what the since of community is again. I would recommend this community to everyone!

This is a very nice place. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff seemed very friendly and the menu looked good. I think this is the one we are going to choose

We searched for a place for our Dad where he could maintain his independence while not having to worry about meals, paying utilities, housekeeping, etc. Also important to us was the assurance that he would have people around who cared for his well being. We have found Regency House to be such a place. The staff are friendly, caring, interactive with the residents, and professional. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and the food is wonderful. Our Dad has been there a month now and he is doing great!
