After nearly 10 years I'm still happy. A few hiccups through the years but all small and repaired. Mgmt constantly working to stay on top. Eg. the current virus.

Very friendly, wonderful activity director — lots to do open to suggestions. Quiet surroundings but near town events, college in town, works together but if you wish to be alone, close your door!!

The situation with the virus is difficult. Here at Smokey Springs it was handled very well. The staff was conscientious, worked within the guidelines and continued to provide the best care possible under the conditions. Well done!

I am more than happy to be here at Smoky Springs. This will be my home until my Maker calls me to my forever home. My grown children are pleased also. The wonderful staff, including the chef and kitchen help plus the friendly servers who deliver the food to or rooms has made this ideal for us! considering the Pandemic that possibly surrounds us, I think Smoky Springs is well prepared!

I am very content - Most everybody are friendly and help you. The leaders plan activities. As usual for this large of a place the food is the biggest problem.

I enjoy my stay here at Whealdon Estates. I can't explain the way the staff make me feels. If I can say, I really appreciate the staff and what they're doing at this time during the pandemic. I hope they see this. Thank you

I am so happy I chose Smokey Springs. The staff is very caring and loving. Food is great and residents are wonderful. The activity director keeps us busy and entertained. Love this place!

I had a very nice friendly tour. Information was abundant. Facility was very beautiful. Prices a bit high. And it’s only a Retirement center with no on site for assistance living. But you can pay for what services you might need medically down the road. It was very nice!

I have never seen any signs of uncleanliness of any kind. The staff listens, are very attentive, and very caring. They act immediately to address concerns with the residents. They are genuinely pleasant people who are eager to serve. The care is very attentive and intensive; they are very dedicated. My wife does not participate in the activities much, however the other residents do seem to be happy with the activities they do offer. Overall, I would say Benton House represents a very good value for the money.

They have done a very impressive job keeping the residents safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. The staff does well with communication from management. The front desk staff could be a little more courteous, however. We are overall happy with the care.

As far as I know, the community is usually clean. All the staff pitches in, no one has ever said, "no that's not my job". The executive director was there during Thanksgiving helping and if we call and ask a question, someone will get you an answer without any complaints or push-back. My dad does have some memory issues and sometimes has indicated previously that it does take a minute for the staff to respond to his alert button. They do offer activities like bingo available for the residents to participate in, although my father doesn't always engage because of his own personal situation. We do feel Cottage Landing is mostly a good value for the price. We have been very happy with them so far and feel my father is in the best place he can be.

The care has been really good at Deepwood Estates. My parents have had a good experience there. They have met so many good people in the community, both staff and residents. They have been happy with the food, There are always good options and variety offered. They have lots of activities each day and they have been good. The building and grounds are well maintained and often upgraded. We chose this community for its location as it is close to our family, my parents doctors, and shopping that they are familiar with. We always chose for the cost as we feel you get a lot for the money. We like that they offer all of the services my parents need in one building.

Having man at the Regency House is one of the best choices we could have made. With COVID-19 situation. I feel that the Regency House is the place for my mom. I know they are doing everything in their power to keep my mom safe. Thank you for helping my mom feel safe, comfortable, and engaged.

Out of the communities we toured we liked Washington Commons the best. [Name removed], the sales person, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We got to watch the Virtual Tour that was sent to us. The community has spacious rooms, friendly staff, and the residents seem happy there.

They are really good at keeping things clean. I have a good relationship with the staff, they are very friendly. The residents are very friendly and helpful and welcoming to new people. Most of the residents are very happy at Smoky Springs, it is a good place to live.

Very nice place, more spacious than most and the price is better than the others. Very nice and up to date.
