I toured Holiday Washington Commons. I highly recommend this facility and would have moved there, except for my family who were upset that I would not be in the midst of all of their homes. My grandchildren talked me into staying in my home and for now I am. However, when it gets to be too much, I will be moving to Holiday Washington Commons. Everything about this facility is great and this is where I would want to be!

The overall experience, the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff all receive 5+++ stars. My sister has not been walking even with a walker in months. Since arriving to Dominion Clemson 2 months of PT she is back walking with assistance using a walker. The Prism Health care center is in the complex and they come in to Dominion. If she needs to be seen they transport. She is overwhelmed with food on her plate and was not eating. Here I asked them to serve protein first on one plate then vegetables followed by starch, carbs and then dessert. They supported me and she is back to a healthy weight. Staff, physicians all go over an above for everyone even during evening and weekends.

I visited/toured this facility for a Mardi Gras parade for the residents. The facility was very nice. No chemical smell. The residents were very friendly. The staff was friendly and helpful. I never saw the Memory Care unit, but the Assisted Living areas were fantastic. However, it was extremely large and confusing to get around.

What we really like about Symphony at Stuart is that both friends and family have visited our loved one there, and they have been very impressed with the facility. It is clean, the staff are helpful and all the residents seem to be happy. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Symphony at Stuart to other families.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The housekeeping of personal living areas is good. Communication with family is done when needed. The meals on a whole are average. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

[name removed], the manager is super involved, energetic, and available to residents. That's great. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Holiday the Regency House community to other families. When we toured Regency House - the experience was great. They asked if we were hungry when we got there and served us lunch. We were famished! Then we toured with [name removed]. Left the facility fed and feeling very welcomed. It was obvious this wasn't as posh as the other facility, but there was more warmth and welcoming vibes. We left and knew it was the place for mom, even though it was only the second place we went to.

My mom spent two long weekends at Smoky Springs as a trial. I had also investigated the facility prior to her staying there. The staff and residents are like one big family. The staff all say that it does not feel like a "job" to them. It definitely shows. The GM, [name removed], is a good communicator and follows up on needs or concerns. She's calm and caring, just an overall amazing person. The food is delicious, and the chef is skilled in preparing healthy but tasty meals. I have known of three residents who had to leave due to health reasons, and they all wanted to go back. As a nurse, I feel comfortable having my mother there because I know they really care about her. This facility is a rare gem these days for aging adults.

We have been well informed and feel as though Mom has received appropriate attention and care at HarborChase of Vero Beach. It's reassuring knowing that she is in good hands.

Our family had an in person tour with Anthology of Charlottesville and the tour experience was great. I didn't really decide against Anthology so much as I decided for [community name removed] Physical therapy on-site at [community name removed], which was what swayed our decision.

Home away from home for my mother. I love the staff and faculty. The meals could have more home styled cooked meals, and the activities could have a little bit more of a variety. However based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Holiday Ashley Park to other families.

Here's an improvement suggestion- they really turned me off at the start because each time I paid them a visit (3 times) there was a NEW Marketing resource and potentially new Executive Director. I went into a closure with them knowing they had visible 'back office' & exec staffing issues. I expected to see the same at the care level. That's why it was essential that I be close by. I expected to be filling in a lot. However, my loved one has to continue to live here and she loves it.

Excellent staff, dining, lots of things to do, if able. Highly recommend. All needs are taken care of properly. Activities includes; bingo, outings, a published activity sheet daily etc. I would recommend to others.

Holiday The Fairmont is fantastic! The staff is great, the caregivers are exceptional. I wouldn't mind being there myself when it is appropriate!

I toured New Haven at Little River and it was a great tour! This facility was very nice. It's the same corporation as another facility in the area that I toured. Great facility!

Fantastic facility! Love everyone who works there - they definitely make it feel like home.

My father died in 2017, but my mother continues to live at the Fountains, now over 15 years. She moved to the Assisted Living residence in 2021. Overall, this has been a great place for both of them. They were active residents on the Board, bridge players, and friends of everyone. My mother will be 99 in July 2023, but her mind is sound and she appreciates that Assisted Living has what she needs at her time in life. We toyed with the idea of moving her to the DC area where we live, but the Fountains offers so much more than we could find here, plus she has personal ties there and better weather.

What stood out to me about this facility is the price, that was the biggest one for me. I think you get a good bit for your dollar but my loved one doesn't agree. I think overall, the staff is good. My loved one is not always happy with the food. There's been some confusion about his bill because they have new staff working, but overall I like them. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Magnolia Brook is very nice, but I preferred the openness and all the windows and light at another community for my husband.

I think Holiday Washington Commons is great. My loved one isn't crazy about it (no complaints about the facility itself - he would just prefer to live in a different location). But he's getting nourishing meals that he doesn't complain about, which is a big deal for him. His apartment is lovely. It's a 2-bedroom with all kinds of windows, and it's quiet. In my interactions with the staff, they couldn't be more friendly and helpful.

Things seem to be going well here for mom, overall. They're very kind to her and taking care of her. They have a lot of caring staff and it's a good value. Mom has mentioned that she's tired of them serving the same things for meals, so I wish they would have more variety. She does, however, love the soups. I think they're homemade. Activities are ok, but I think they could use to be updated and have more variety. It seems like mostly babysitting, not a whole lot of engagement. Which is hard for mom since her Dementia is mild. Initially they told us that she would be able to participate in the Assisted Living activities, but that's only happened a couple of times, which is kind of disappointing. One thing I wasn't aware of when we signed up is that they ask for 2 months rent in advance, so we've basically been a month behind in billing. I wish that would have been disclosed and made very known upfront. But overall things are good and I would recommend this facility to family and friends.
