They are great at Westhaven Manor. The activities are really good. Maybe they have this and I don't know yet but I would like to see them have a meet and and greet for new residents. Mom is shy and I would like her to get out and meet people. Having something organized like that would really help. The staff there is just wonderful. Whatever we need they are always right there to help.

The staff here has really good hospitality and their cleanliness is superb. Their services are really good too, they are a caring staff. Elmhaven Manor is a nice and decent facility. Everything is okay.

We are very happy with Westhaven Manor. It's beautiful! The staff is great and the location is great. The food is good, we love it! She really likes it there and it was a lot less expensive here than other places in the area we looked at.

We have had a very positive experience with Porthaven Manor. They have a lot of really good activities and keep my mother active and involved. They check on her regularly to make sure she has everything she needs, is well cared for, and is happy. They handle her administration of medication very well, always done correct and in a timely manner. It's been a very pleasant experience.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. This seemed like a very nice place overall, but I do not think they would have been a good match for us carewise, they did not provide a high enough level of care for my loved one. The facility was beautiful, though. It was clean and well kept, and the staff all seemed very friendly.

We were very impressed with the facility. We would have moved here if my loved one's health hadn't taken a turn for the worse. The staff were extremely helpful. I didn't really get to see the care services for the other residents, and we didn't get to be there. They had something going on there a meeting or bingo. I liked that they had a library and movie time. Each floor had a TV room. I also liked that the apartments were a good size, and they had a nurse on each floor.

I really loved the Senior apartments and the location. Still making a decision because I will be selling my home.

At The Fountains at Franklin they have a lot of activities, and very diverse options to choose from. Mom goes out on all the outings and in a very short amount of time has gotten to know all the staff there by name. They have really made her feel right at home. I really can't think of anything they can do to improve.

Porschea is the best to work with and is the reason my mom wanted to become a resident. My mom suffered a Brain Aneurysm and was ready to live on her own. She loves Fointains at Franklin. There are a ton of activities and everyone is very friendly.

Very nice warm community. Spacious apts. , lots of scheduled activities. Transportation to all the different stores. Very impressed. 1 drawback was bathtub an issue fory mom.

I am very happy with them. It's an absolutely wonderful place. They keep her busy and take her out. They go out of their way to be patient with the fact that she is hard of hearing. They are very structured, which is perfect for her. She is very happy, and that makes us happy. The meals are optional, they put the menu up for the month and she can pick and choose which ones she wants, or if she wants to cook for herself. We have had a wonderful, wonderful experience here.

They're doing a great job so far at Grandhaven Manor! The tour was very informative, and I was glad to see they actually deliver on all of the things that they promise! They have a great varieties of amenities and activities, it's like living in an assisted care facility without actually being assisted care!

My 83 year old uncle had previously looked at a few retirement centers on his own and was very disappointed at what he found. Thru A Place For Mom, he let me help him look again. We saw a number of places but as soon as he entered Westhaven, my uncle knew it was for him. He was attracted to the apartment style feel. The residents were very engaging and outgoing and THAT was what my uncle was really looking for. The apartments were clean, quiet and well kept. The grounds were also well cared for, plenty of sidewalks and paths. We love how the property is nestled between a neighborhood, a park and an elementary school. The school is separated by a wide "green-belt" so you don't hear the bells or kids yelling. Westhaven provided us with invaluable resources to help us sell my uncle's home, and move/clean out the home. Both companies were professional and patient! Lauren at Westhaven gave me support and kept in touch to make the transition as smooth as possible. My uncle couldn't be happier!

Very nice place to live, the staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of activities offered, bus for transportation and a health care company if additional needs arise.

Mom adores her new home. She has a roomy one-bedroom apartment, so she has privacy, dignity, and some of her favorite things, while also receiving services that make her feel secure. They offer chair exercise and chair yoga classes, a beauty parlor, and a clinic. There is transportation to the store and bank, and transportation for other things can be arranged. She is new to the area, and the staff are helping her find a new doctor and other services. The thing that makes her most happy is that the other residents are so friendly and helpful, she feels at home after only a few days.

My Mom has an appointment to sign a lease at Westhaven. It is gorgeous, the staff is friendly and helpful, the residents appear happy and welcoming. I believe that she will be very happy here.

They take great care of my loved one here! It's a very nice looking facility, and the staff are all very friendly and personable. After seeing the way they treat all of their residents you can tell they really care about each person. I'm very happy with this place, and would recommend it to others who are looking into memory care!
