I am fine with everything that is going on here at the Oakhaven Manor facility. But one improvement that I would like to see is possibly a bigger selection of food for the meals. Other than that I have no complaints.

It's been fine. The food is good, and everyone has been really nice. He is happy and exercising more. It was an easy decision for us. They offered the right level of independence and care at the same time, for us.

Oakhaven Manor has been a good experience. Everybody here has been wonderful. Compared to where we were the value is good. It is really the most wonderful place. I am really glad we got her in this facility.

Everything went fairly smoothly. I'd say there were just a couple of minor hiccups in terms of understanding the costs, there were some that were slightly off from what was communicated in the beginning. The storage is a little small too. But it seems like a great place; great community and friendly staff and everyone is willing to help out.

It's been great so far. We haven't had any problems. No complaints about maintenance or anything at all really. They were also one of the least expensive places we looked at. It's really working out well so far. I would give them a five.

I can tell you that we are very satisfied so far with Westhaven Manor. It is a nice facility. It is clean. The staff here are friendly. I have no complaints about this facility so far.

The Westhaven Manor is a very friendly community I have not meet any other community where everyone is so friendly the staffing is wonderful I have so many amenities available to and get to utilize them all which is a plus for me. Marty she was very helpful and she is the head of homestead.

My 94 yr old mom was there for 2 yrs. she loved it. Might be going back. Loved staff. They are kind, thoughtful and lots of patience. Head office individuals: excellent

Our experience with Grandhaven Manor has been a very good one overall! The young woman who gave us our tour was very helpful and knowledgeable, and had a ready answer for any questions we had! The facility itself is clean and well kept, and my loved one really seems to be enjoying himself here!

This place is has the most friendly people. They helped Mom make the tranisition from her condo to assisted living.

I can not think of any improvements. They have just been helpful through the whole thing. I mean everyone has been nothing but helpful, because this is all new to me and they just got me through everything.

They are great at Westhaven Manor. The activities are really good. Maybe they have this and I don't know yet but I would like to see them have a meet and and greet for new residents. Mom is shy and I would like her to get out and meet people. Having something organized like that would really help. The staff there is just wonderful. Whatever we need they are always right there to help.

The staff here has really good hospitality and their cleanliness is superb. Their services are really good too, they are a caring staff. Elmhaven Manor is a nice and decent facility. Everything is okay.

We are very happy with Westhaven Manor. It's beautiful! The staff is great and the location is great. The food is good, we love it! She really likes it there and it was a lot less expensive here than other places in the area we looked at.

We have had a very positive experience with Porthaven Manor. They have a lot of really good activities and keep my mother active and involved. They check on her regularly to make sure she has everything she needs, is well cared for, and is happy. They handle her administration of medication very well, always done correct and in a timely manner. It's been a very pleasant experience.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. This seemed like a very nice place overall, but I do not think they would have been a good match for us carewise, they did not provide a high enough level of care for my loved one. The facility was beautiful, though. It was clean and well kept, and the staff all seemed very friendly.

Very nice warm community. Spacious apts. , lots of scheduled activities. Transportation to all the different stores. Very impressed. 1 drawback was bathtub an issue fory mom.

I am very happy with them. It's an absolutely wonderful place. They keep her busy and take her out. They go out of their way to be patient with the fact that she is hard of hearing. They are very structured, which is perfect for her. She is very happy, and that makes us happy. The meals are optional, they put the menu up for the month and she can pick and choose which ones she wants, or if she wants to cook for herself. We have had a wonderful, wonderful experience here.

Carlos was very helpful, gracious, and pleasant to us in our visit and tour.
