My son moved here recently and things are wonderful. he was in the independent side intentionally but he wasn't getting the attention he needed.He has since moved to assisted living and things are going very well. He is getting individualized care now. They seem to have everything here. If you need something they can accommodate you. I see an inch of improvement in him every time I visit. I also like that the surroundings are so pretty. They have nice big windows in all the rooms and that's important for those who are bedridden because they can watch the birds and see the outdoors. We chose The Fountains at Franklin because we had a friend from church we used to visit and she would walk us around the building. It was always nice to see the residents out and about in their street clothes. All the staff I met when visiting was very nice and we thought it would be a good place for my son.

Very please with everything here; activities, movies, BINGO, crafts, etc. I like that it keeps my Mom busy & her mind active.

We moved in 4 years ago, my wife & I. 2 years ago she passed, living here with all the friends that we made helped. I really love it here, and we will never leave. It's home!

Very nice! The building is clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful with whatever needs to be done . Plenty of activities for residence to participate in or not.

This is a wonderful community, and my father is doing great since his move here. I'am comfortable with his move here, it is a really nice place. Everything thing is working out very well, and they have a great staff at this community.

I would this community the highest ratings. I'am very pleased with my mother's move to this community. They are taking very good care of her, and her needs. She is doing very well since her move here. The staff is great, they are very attentive, and helpful. They have accommodated many of our needs. This is a community I would recommend, it has worked out well for us.

Elmhaven Manor is an exceptional facility. From the office staff and manager to residents. The staff is respectful and kind to everyone, especially the residents. The residents I interact with love this facility. They have many great activities for the residents. I would recommend this facility to my loved ones and anyone wanting a great place to live!

I work for hospice and assist a resident [at Elmhaven Manor]. The staff is friendly & the environment is inviting.

What an amazing place for seniors!! My mom loves it at Westhaven. Thank you to the great staff for making her feel at home.

[They] have a number of choices, depending on your desires or leisure. You can choose your own friends, come out to see/meet with them and go shopping with them or join them for special activities. Your agenda is up to you. We are always concerned about each other. The "cause and effect" formula is great for my daily planning.

It's been 3.5 years of enjoyably living. A lot of things to do if you want. I feel safe and secure. The staff is great!

They were real good and attentive to our concerns and questions during our tour. They were prepared and ready to give us the tour. However, my brother had toured The Fountains at Franklin and he didn't like it for my mom.

I wish my parents apartment had more space but overall we love it there. The staff is awesome :)

My mother has been in this community for many years already and she loves it. The place is clean and well maintained. The apartment she is in is comfortable and fits all of her needs. The community offers meals but she chooses not to eat them. They also offer a variety of activities that she loves to partake in and get to know other residents. Overall it been a great experience for her.

It was a nice looking community and it was a good tour, When I was touring, there was a dog that wouldn't stop barking. I was shown a unit, it was nice. After the tour I heard that it was not a good place. I did not look into the community after hearing it was not good.

The people at Elmhaven are great! They make me smile when I'm having a bad day :-) I love coming to work to see them. The ladies in the office are awesome and very helpful.

Excellent personal they go way beyond the call. Friendly helpful understanding. Living here is like having a great big family. You feel like you've come home after a long trip. Feel at peace and safe. Lots of activity for everyone.

The building and grounds are kept very clean and safe. The staff are caring and very friendly. They are responsive to any problems or concerns we have. They don't pretend to care as they answer our concerns in a very timely manner. I hope to live here the rest of my years as this is my home.

my brother moved here from TX and really likes Elmhaven. It has been the perfect move for him.

This place is great .I really enjoy all the activities.
