They could improve on their medication management. I know they are short staffed. They offer a few activities a day. Housekeeping comes once a week. She has a washer and dryer in her unit. They offer laundry services weekly. Transportation is provided for doctor appointments as well as outings. You have to reserve the days and times, etc. They do allow pets. The overall experience with the staff has been good. The residents are friendly and welcoming.

We looked at a bunch of different facilities. We chose Park View Estates because the facility is new and clean, staff were cordial and nice, and the location was right for us. They are great with communication. They are always reaching out with any updates and I can always call them with questions or concerns and they respond quickly. My sister is happy and being well taken care of here and we would highly recommend them.

This is a nice community that is close to a lot of amenities. It is easy for the residents to go shopping to the local stores. The average age of the resident is probably in their 80s, it is a little older than I originally thought. The food is very good.

The staff was very professional, helpful and accommodating during the tour and the move in process. The good thing is this is a smaller community. I'm very happy with our experience here. They have activities; however, they are limited due to the pandemic currently. My loved one is happy they are here.

The community is great exactly what I am looking for. The marketers though are another story [name removed] never answers the phone and his little helper walks around looking lost trying to do his job. I have been ready to move in for over a month. But to get this man on the phone to set a appointment is impossible. I called yesterday and they told me no one from the admissions department works on Saturdays? He must not be getting a bonus off me because I am taking a studio. He didn’t even come for my tour he had one of the nurses do it. She was great spent almost a hour with me. She sold the property to me. I just cannot get this guy to call back. Everyone else I met was so nice with big smiles. Other then the admissions department this place is it. I cannot wait to move in.

The Continental had a great vibe. They had a nice staff, who gave a great tour. The apartment they showed us was nice. However, the layout of the facility was in a long line, like a train, and we just felt that one of our loved ones with memory and spatial challenges would be more apt to get lost. There was more distance from the apartments to the dining room, and more decisions to make along the way. We completely understand this is independent living, and this was just was our particular situation. There was absolutely nothing at all wrong with The Continental. We thought it was a nice place!

They were the only ones with availability at the time that we were looking. My loved one has a private room with a jack and jill bathroom and the rooms are a pretty good size. The facility also offers shared rooms as well if that is what you would prefer. I would recommend Juniper Glen to other families looking.

This was too pricey for us.

I would recommend this community. I have already referred some of my friend to this community. My loved one likes some of the meals better than other but overall this is a good community.

I have lived at Capital Place for about 1 1/2 years. Covid put a damper on the place, but we have recovered nicely. The staff is very cordial and competent. They are always very helpful. The environment is friendly. New residents are integrated smoothly. Activities are varied and fun. A good place to live in my old age.

We did think the value for cost was pretty good, and even though our loved one did not eat the meals the meals and dining service itself looked to be pretty good.

This community is better than where I am now, they did not have the room for me and there is no kitchen in the rooms and I like to cook from time to time.

My mother has been at Capital Place for some time and for the most part we are very happy she is there. [name removed, [name removed], and [name removed] are wonderful! I did however observe a sweet residents at the check in area to be treated sarcastically when she was experiencing a small medical issue. staff [name removed] said "dial 911 it is not that hard" That caught my attention as I was checking in. I would never speak to anyone scared and shaking that way. It still bothers me and she needs additional training for sensitivity for others. I should have said something and will if it ever occurs again.

If my loved one needed the extra care this would be a good value. My loved one does not really need all of the services that are offered. This is more of a facility for someone with dementia or Alzheimer. This would be a great facility for them.

The community does seem to have some trouble hanging on to the staff, but the staff members that are here are very friendly. The management team could use some improvements, sometimes it doesn't seem like they are doing their job, but for the most part it is a pretty nice community.

We chose Hammond Glen because of the convenient location to me and to his doctors office. I also just felt good about the people and style of living that he would have here. They do also offer assisted living as well if his care progresses which we liked. They offer outside care that can come into the apartments if needed. The only issue we have had is he wears a fall necklace they provided. He fell and it was 2 hours before someone got to him, so the fall system had failed. Overall, I would recommend to others looking.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

First impression of Hammond Glen was that it was very warm and inviting. The staff are super friendly, they really make people feel at home. When our family would come visit, within a day or two they already knew our name and who we belonged to which we were very impressed by. Anytime they would see our loved one walking in the hallways they always addressed him with saying hello, addressing him with kindness and made him feel important and valued.

Capital place is fine. My loved one preferred another community over this one.

We toured this community and it was very nice. The senior apts were amazing but we needed assisted living. The staff was very nice.
