I can't express the gratitude I feel for the staff and the quality of care that is given to my husband. They are cheerful and bring smiles to his face. I do not worry about the care. Compassion is shown by all of the staff. I can't ask for more.

My father has been there since June, and he is well cared for! The staff is wonderful and my dad puts a big smile on his face every time they greet him. Belleview Heights allows me and my sister to now sleep peacefully knowing he’s in great hands! One of my routines with my dad is to eat lunch there and I think the food is great!!! Thank you Belleview Staff for all that you do!

When I started looking for a place to live I never thought I would find a place like this. I have so many friends, the food is great, the staff is super and I feel at ease.

There is not enough words to describe how comforting it is that we were able to find Cardinal Courts for my father. From the director down thru housekeeping they are a great group of people. Every resident is known and called by their first name and you can feel the love and support that is given to the residents and their families.

The highlight of The Gardens assisted living facility in Pharr, Texas is the cheerful and helpful nature of the people who work there. My mother has been a resident since its inauguration, sharing a beautiful, brightly-lit, one-bedroom corner apartment on the second floor with her pet cat. The Gardens is well managed, practically brand new, and an excellent place for an elderly loved one needing special assistance in their daily needs to reside. Maintenance and housekeeping are first rate. A particularly nice feature of The Gardens is the way a resident’s assistance plan is individually tailored to fit their needs. In that way, the cost of care is stepped or tiered, depending on the level of care each resident requires. Residents carry RF call buttons (her’s is on a pendant around her neck, along with her electronic room key key and mailbox key), to signal the staff that she is requiring some sort of help at that moment. Within minutes someone is there to help her with her needs. Communication with management is excellent. The nursing staff keeps up with her medication needs and assists in coordinating doctor visits. Transportation is available to doctor visits and trips to local stores. Activities are planned throughout the day. Residents are encouraged to join in, but are free to participate as they choose. I cannot imagine a better place than The Gardens for my mother to be spending this stage of her life where she needs a bit of help with her day-to-day needs. Highly recommended.

Our Mother has lived at The Gardens for a little over 2 years. It has become a wonderful home for her. She participates in many daily activities and has made great friends with fellow residents as well as staff. The staff employees have been wonderful to her. She receives the right level of care and attention everyday. She is very content at The Gardens and so are we, her children.

20 years ago my motherlived in this facility, she loved it!!! Now my friend [Name removed] lives in Las Brisas. She is content, and has made friends. She likes the games they play. However she does not like the food. I’ve eaten with her frequently, and I find the food delicious.

Mom loves living here. Biggest bum thing is that the staff is going through some personnel changes. Truly a very pleasant place for her and us. They do a great job of keeping everyone well informed of all meal choices, activities and announcements. The staff goes out of their way to get everyone involved. Great activities help with keeping mobile and mentally active. Overall a great place for Mom. Thanks

My father is exceptionally well cared for here. The staff goes above and beyond to customize his experience to his likes and preferences. Can’t say enough good. The staff here immediately made me feel like family. I love my apartment, perfect size for me. The food here is wonderful and the activities are very engaging. The other residents are very warm and welcoming. Great location. Probably the best thing about Hammond Glen is the staff.

With two of my loved ones residing at Belleview Heights for over a year, I can attest that the staff does an amazing job trying to keep the residents well cared for and engaged. The genuine compassion and committment can be witnessed on a daily basis. Activites are designed to stimulate and uplift residents as appropriate. The facility is not only beautiful and well maintained, but was designed with the needs of the residents in mind.

Belleview Heights is amazing! This is my mom’s third memory care unit and it is the BEST. She has room to walk, can go outside, has a choice of 2 TV rooms and 2 dining rooms, and has activities she can participate in. The care giving staff is wonderful, caring and makes regular bathroom checks. The operations staff is involved every moment talking to the residents, performing all services and involvement with the residents. Thank you Belleview Heights—you are wonderful

Mission based dedicated dementia care that meets the patients at their phase in the disease. Very good staff to patient ratio. ERGY caring and well trained staff. Movement around the facility is encouraged. One of the best in the front range.

If you are looking for a memory care facility, not assisted living, this is the best I found. Their total focus is taking care of memory impaired residents. I spent six months looking at different facilities before choosing Belleview. My spouse has now been there for over two years. Because of the set monthly fee for all services, your life is simplified and all residents receive the same level of care. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job in maintaining the facility. The food is well prepared and nourishing. Twenty four hour nursing on site is a huge mental relief. Handling and administering drugs has been outstanding.The activities take into consideration the limited capabilities of the residents, not over extending them , but challenging and enjoyable. Management is always accessible and flexible. Last and most important are the caregivers. They genuinely care about the residents. All are willing to step in and assist each other as the situation calls for. I believe Belleview Heights is as good as any facility you will find and better than most.

My family is very pleased with our experience thus far with Central Parke. The facility is beautiful, clean, and very professionally run. The staff is warm and inviting and responded quickly to setting up an assessment for my father. We're thrilled that he'll have a place at Central Parke and look forward to working with the team there to help Dad get settled and begin the next chapter.

We have toured this location and are looking into it as it is close and seems to fit our needs for our Mom and our family

Caleo Bay is a First Class memory care facility. The staff and management make you feel comfortable from the start. They care for each and every person as an individual, catering to their specific needs. I feel so much relief, knowing that my father is being cared for by such wonderful people. The facility is immaculate and they have plenty of activities for those who wish to participate. What is most important is that they treat their patients with the care and respect that they deserve. I would recommend Caleo Bay to anyone who has a loved one needing the extra care that can only be given by those with such specialized experience, knowledge and understanding. Thank You Caleo!!!

I come here twice a week to work with my patients. It is always a warm and welcoming environment. I actually look forward to my visits here and I recommend this place to all my patients that need independent living.
