Love the community! [name removed] went above and beyond to help and answer all our questions. Everyone has been so helpful. My dad is adjusting well! We would highly recommend the Clairmont!

Good physical condition and appearance. Much attention is paid to providing interacting and for fun activities. The food and foodservice is taken very seriously. Given the large group setting the food is very good. Best of all is the staff of competent cheerful people at all levels.

Lots of fun activities, even with distancing and masks. It feels good to live in a facility that makes me feel safe! Foodservice is very good!

I have been a Harrison Regent resident for nearly four years. I truly do feel that is my home, in the finest sense of the the word. The management is professional. Staff members truly care about resident satisfaction, well-being and safety. Management has guided us through the pandemic with so much care and planning that we have not any residents contract Covid! Their guidance and requests are always presented in a kind and respectful manner. I enjoy the diversity of the residents and have made good friends here.

So far this is definitely my top contender. The property was very nice and in a great location. Price was right, shanties great, and apartments are beautifully updated. It has the feel of an apartment building versus a nursing home. Would like to find some others similar, but with a younger population of at all possible.

This is an amazing new community for independent active senior adults. It's centrally located, professional staff and go see this place - great appearance and a great place to live!

The wait staff is always friendly and upbeat. Love thier smiles everyday. Your new maintenace guy, [name removed], has been great ansering my work request in a timely manor. He is very thurough in all the work he is doing around here. Thanks for all your care and consern for our needs and health during this trying time.

[name removed] and her team do a great job making you feel at home and comfortable. Very knowledgeable. The community is beautiful and the apartments are so lovely decorated. This is a great addition to Greenville. Anyone would be fortunate to live here.

I looked at several places and the Clairmont was actually the first one we visited. I chose this community because I felt it was best place for my mother that I could find. The staff is very caring and professional. They treat everyone very well. They treated me like family whenever I visited. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

In September I will be here 7 years. I love it here. I have an 8 year old shih tzu dog. I walk him 3 times a day outside the community. The food is great here and the staff is also devoted to us. I can't ask for a greater life. I'm 87 years old.

We want to take this opportunity to thank the entire professional and caring team at Caleo Bay for taking such wonderful care of our mom during a very difficult "end of life" period for our family. We want to specifically acknowledge the current manager [name removed], the previous manager [names removed] and especially [name removed]. The attention payed to our mom was evident on every level and every day that our dad was able to visit with her, until Covid lock down. And when that was no longer possible, because of Covid 19 lock down protocols, they responded to his calls, sometimes 3x a day. Mom was a resident from October 2019 thru her passing this past month. They focus on family thru all of their programming, and support. They celebrated my parents love story every day. The facility is ultra clean, never felt like a traditional nursing home. The food was not that bad either. Anyway we would highly recommend this specialized center as we looked into so many options in the Palm Desert area, where mom could be close to dads home. Management staff are kind, efficient and genuinely caring individuals. Activity director is outstanding and provides excellent events, special outings and celebrations. The food is really good with a varied menu. The facility is well maintained. When Covid-19 first appeared, the facility acted swiftly with measures to keep the residents safe and healthy.

Wow, this place is beautiful and full of amenities. If you like cruising, you should love this place. You will be pampered and fed daily, there is always something to do, and the staff is amazing.

I have lived here for 7+ years. Managers are professional, yet caring. During this period of quarantine, they were kind and made certain to make us as comfortable as possible.

A+ I have lived in this facility for over 3.5 years. I have enjoyed living here. The management and employees are helpful, and there are many activities for our participation. They are fun and interesting, along with educational. I have 3 caregivers that are excellent also.

Nothing is perfect forever, but Capital Place helps keep me safe, healthy, and alive. The food and activities are good. But, now the virus has changed things for sure.

My late wife spent the last three years of her life in this kind, loving place. I always refer to it as "The Marigold Hotel." [Names removed] and all the other staff go above and beyond for their older friends. I would rec this to anyone.

While there have been a few bumps in the road, I have been extremely happy with my husband's care. The current administrative team is second to none, creating an environment that seems to keep the staff happy and hard working. The nursing staff is somewhat fluid, but there are several nurses that have been there for awhile and know the residents very well. They are kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Everyone who works here at all levels is given training in caring with these sometimes challenging residents. The building is always very clean and meals are healthy and well received by the residents. There are many varied activities offered daily to keep the residents occupied and on every holiday there is a party that includes friends and family. I regard everyone who works at Cardinal Court as extended family and they have given my husband excellent care. I have no regrets!
