[name removed] was great. She answered all my questions and was very transparent. She was open-minded and flexible. I felt very welcome and that they want my family's business.

The staff members here are so lovable, and they just opened back up the pool for exercise classes this morning. They also have a variety of activities and movie every nights so you will never get bored.

very friendly, very responsive and dedicated to keeping the residence well engage. The communication between the community and the staff I would recommend this community to others.

The times we have been to visit the community is has nee kept very clean, and the staff members would get a five plus. We have had no problems with the care services, and we do not get much feedback about the meals but our loved one does say hey are feeding her well. They do keep the residents pretty busy, they are always playing bingo and other games. Compared to other communities the value here is comprable.

I highly recommend this community to others' loved ones. It's a great location and a great price. The food is very good. In fact I've tried to steal a plate when I can! The staff is so kind and helpful and giving. I can't stress enough how good I feel that my loved one is in a good location. They are offering a lot of activities, for instance bingo, pool, there's an exercise room, movie nights, holiday parties, sports tailgating, etc.

We chose Quail Lodge because the staff members were very friendly and they listen very well. The room size was reasonable for what he needed as well. They do provide a lot of activities, they have a new activities director and she is great and very involved. We were shocked about the food quality. The food that they provide is not good, I think the options that they give the residents are very limited and they lack creativity so she is having to go out and buy groceries weekly. Overall I think it is a great place though and I would recommend it.

There is a lot of convenience to living here. You don't have to buy food - they provide you with plenty. It's comfortable - I've not been cold or hot anytime through all the seasons. The staff is great, from the kitchen on out. They're friendly, they're knowledgeable, they don't stand around and chit chat because they're busy. But you can get answers and attention to anything that you need. When you call for maintenance they're there the same day or the next mooring. They take care of everything in a friendly manner. They're a stickler for rules, which I appreciate, because they hold everyone accountable. There's no smoking in the building and you have to be 10 feet from door. I haven't been bothered by any cigarette smoke. They do allow pets, and I haven't been bothered by any of that either. I've heard it's difficult to find a place if you do want to bring a pet. The food is great. It could be served in a restaurant. They're offering a lot of activities - exercise, entertainment, everything, but I've not participated yet until I'm fully vaccinated. All of us have gotten at least the first round of the 2-part vaccinations, It's a little pricy at Summerfield, but I understand why. And it's still a great value compared to apartments in the area. The facility is really nice. We have a movie room with extremely comfortable recliners, we have a very well stocked library, and there's a computer available for residents. There's a beauty shop on site, and the beautician is good. She's cut my hair cut twice, and I've gotten a manicure. There's an exercise room, but it's been closed so far due to Covid. The front desk staff checks everybody's temperature when they first come into the building.

I had to find a place quickly for my friend after she started roaming. Quail Ridge was perfect for her and she has adapted very well. I know she is doing better with all of the activities that keep her mind busy and making sure she is taking her medicines. I no longer have to worry about her going outdoors and getting lost.

I wouldn't mind living here when the times come. [name removed] helped get things into my loved one's room. The staff would call if there were any type of concern or question about my loved one. They were all really nice. The staff jumped in even when the service wasn't one we signed up for. The rooms were big. The closet was a normal size, and my loved one had a studio. The shower had rails and a walk in to make it easier for my loved one.

The value for the money is very good. This is an independent living community and if you need additional help for your loved ones they have a list of independent contractors that can be hired to help. I would recommend this community to others

We only looked at The Harrison Regent. My daughter used to work here, so we were familiar with the facility. The staff member here are very friendly and helpful. The apartment sizes here are good, the options vary as well. They do have a shuttle that takes residents to and from doctors appointments. I do think they could improve with the parking, a lot of residents are handicap so there is not a lot of parking. I do also think they could do better at plowing the snow. But overall, I would highly recommend to others looking.

Our experience has been good so far we have had no complaints and the staff members are very friendly. Our loved one enjoys the meals and because of covid they are being delivered to their rooms, and he also really likes the social happy hours.

The staff members have been great, and they are willing to work with you regarding visits with your loved one. They help you with window visits, and you can even go into an isolated room with masks, and 6-feet apart for 30 minutes to visit. Sometimes our loved one says there is not much of a variety of meals to choose from but they have been very accommodating with different options.

When it comes to the care services that they provide, they have been doing a great job.

Mom has been at Quail Lodge for about three years now. I do not worry about her there. They take very good care of her. She is happy there -- and she is NOT easy to please! I have visited Mom many times there. It is clean and safe, and the staff is great and caring. They have worked like the dickens to keep everyone safe during COVID-19, and have done a great job. If you need to find a place for yourself or a loved one, I would recommend Quail Lodge most highly. This is an independent living community (NOT for those with heavy medical needs). Mom is 85, and is living her best life there.

The community has great care for my loved one. They have activities, good food, and if the pandemic wasn't around it would be better.

We have had a wonderful experience so far with Capital Place. They have been very easy to talk to and have been nothing but nice and helpful. The manager walks and talks at a slow pace and is very caring and considerate towards not just the residents but their families as well. They still have many activities for residents to participate in and keep them busy. The chef is great and they have a nice variety on the menu each day. I would highly recommend.

Safe (No Covid!). Fun (lots of activities, many led by residents). Great food and service! Residents feel appreciated and loved by the staff.

Given the current circumstances that have been doing a stellar job, they keep the residents informed and up to date with everything regarding covid and they are very accommodating.

We signed my Mom up and are anxious for her to start experiencing all that the community has to offer her at this time of her life. [name removed] was also helpful acquiring information we requested and agreeing to act in [name removed] place should [name removed] be unavailable. It's a very nice, friendly, clean place.
