I have worked in this field my entire career. Of all the jobs and facilities I have worked, this facility is the most loving, genuinely caring staff I have ever worked with. The staff is very dedicated with a great family atmosphere. I love it!!

I currently have three family members living at Marshall Pines. Needless to say, I am very pleased with the care and attention that they receive. Marshall Pines is not a cookie-cutter memory care residence. The staff, and especially director Kellie [name removed], go above and beyond to provide the appropriate environment and interactions to meet the needs and challenges of the residents. Many thanks!

We still can't believe we found this place! Truley a hidden gem. The staff is super friendly and helpful and every resident you encounter has a smile on their face. The food is wonderful, not what you would expect from a retirement home. We made the right choice.

Azalea Gardens has been a blessing for my mom and our family. Not knowing what to expect when mom became a resident, my family and my mom have been very happy with Azalea Gardens. The staff has been wonderful to work with, and the level of care mom has received has been outstanding. There is a strong sense of community, and we have been very pleased with how the staff encourages family interactions. Mom really has enjoyed the activities, including making crafts, gardening, and social outings such as going to see Christmas lights at Oven Park. This has truly become a home for my mom, and we feel like we are part an extended family at Azalea Gardens.

From the time I walk through the doors, I feel comfortable and at ease. It is obvious that the staff truly cares about their residents. Everyone is very involved with the residents and the residents seem very happy. The Executive Director and the Nurse are always available and visible when I go visit. Activities are always going on and the community is clean with no odors. I would highly recommend Marshall Pines! It is by far the best that memory care has to offer!

This is a fantastic place to live. I love Capital Place.

Great community love the staff. Dad has lived here for many years. Did a great job during Covid keeping residents safe yet still active. Keep up the great work Capital Place.

Our family had a very good experience here. They were getting a little short-staffed, but that might have picked up again since we had to move my parents due to increasing care needs. But Harrison Regent is really good for independent care. Know that they cannot be counted on to take care of physical needs, but that's not what they’re set up to do. It's a very good community for a bunch of seniors to be together and have their meals provided. They do not provide any type of healthcare, but it was great while Mom and Dad were healthy. My parents loved it there. They loved the food, and you had different options to choose from at each meal. They had great activities. It was a really really good place for them. Things got harder during Covid when the residents had to stay in their rooms. Even then, the staff tried to keep them updated about what was going on, were very friendly, and brought them all of their meals. I advise people this is not a place to think about long term if you think your parents are going to decline into dementia or needing more health services because they'll just be disappointed when they have to leave!

My mom has lived here for 2 years. Very nice, clear fun community. Staff are always friendly and egarto well. Looked at several places before I decided on Capital Place and so very happy I did.

I have lived at Capital Place almost 8 years. I love the food and all the activities. I have made so many good friends over the years.

The person in charge of admissions was a little to pushy and salesy but the day to day staff members were wonderful. There were some things that were "hidden" that we wish we know of beforehand like it being private pay, but the facility itself was very nice.

I have worked in healthcare for the past 9 years and I have to say Sage Park is something special. I have worked for other agencies at different levels of care and the difference they make in the residents' lives here is remarkable! Very clean, good food, lots of activities, and a secure building

Very welcoming totally on top of the need to check him every time he uses the bathroom. Activities fill his every waking hour. Staff warmly patient, cheerful, caring, meeting varying needs of each resident! Unique care!

Executive Director and all staff members work diligently to ensure that each resident receives the care and attention needed. Loved ones are always welcomed.

It is difficult to trust others to care for a loved one but you can be sure that Sage Park will go above and beyond your expectation of excellence. [name removed] and [name removed] were fantastic at working with getting my dad settled in and financials figured out. [name removed] and the nurses and aides finally figured out a medication regiment that worked to ease my dad's frustrations and are great with redirecting dad when agitated. Sage Park has terrific cleaning and laundry services. It is nice that my dad's clothes are clean and returned to him. [name removed] is always planning engaging activities for the residents and keeps the place lively. The professionalism and service does not stop once you are a resident. They have been very accomodating and always answer my questions. I am very thankful to have found Sage Park for my dad's care.

Finding Sage Park was an answer to prayer! It would be hard to overemphasize the kindness, compassion, and competence of the staff members. They genuinely care for the residents. They go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure each resident has a good quality of life. They keep us well informed and all health-related matters and immediately call if there is a concern. The beautiful, secure facility is kept clean and well maintained. The large variety of meals are tasty. Each day is filled with fun and meaningful activities for the residents. All are encouraged to participate. Our loved one adapted quickly to his new home and made friends. We are grateful to have found Sage Park and highly recommend it. Sage Park has been described, not unjustly, as the finest memory care center in Central Ohio. We could not agree more. Knowing our loved one is safe, happy, and receiving high-quality, trusted care has eased the heartache of needing a memory care facility.
