They are very polite and loving. They go out of their way to be kind.l I have been here four years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

It's a big old concrete building, but once you go inside, it's really nice and spotless. It's safe and secured, with pretty courtyards. When I call, they recognize my voice and know my name. They're just that nice. They all know who I am, and they all know who my loved one is. When I go over there, her room smells fresh, her hair is combed, and she has makeup on. What more could you ask for? She's in good health. They take care of all her prescriptions. They rub her back when she complains that she's sore. The staff is great. They even took themselves out of a meeting once to help me with a billing issue. Who else would do that? The care was a little rough at first, but they shook it out, and it's really nice now. The food is good, and chef-prepared. It's pretty, and there's lots of it too. I can't believe the cost is so reasonable. Everything is brand new, and I feel like I'm going into a Marriott. They have fresh water and fruit in a pitcher right out front where you can get refreshments on a hot day. It's a class joint. It's also right next to the hospital and close to my home as well, which is perfect.

The people make the community. They are very friendly and feels like family. There are residents that have been here for 18 years plus. The chef is great at making the food, interacting with the residents, and catering to their requests.

We toured this community, and the tour was very good. The staff was very friendly and shared a lot of great information. The tour was well done, and hey answered all our questions also.

Everything has been great so far, they are starting to loosen things up which nice. They do not have a cafeteria but they do have a dining room where our loved one has been served her meals. The activities really stood out to us, it seems like everyday there is something for the residents to do. They have a lot of socialization opportunities which is exactly what we were looking for in the beginning.

My loved one lived here for 2 years-This community is by far the best in the Denver area. It has very affordable prices with excellent care for your mom or dad. First impression was that it was very clean, staff are hard working, and residents were engaged in activities. Would HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for Assisted Living or Memory Care options for your loved one.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff stand out to me. The communication is fine with the family. It would be nice to see a better staff to residents ratio.

This was 100% memory care, and everything about it was great. They had a lot of memory care features, including a sensory room, and round hallways. So they had researched a lot into memory care and were really offering a lot to engage the residents and enhance their experience. Our loved one does have a dementia diagnosis, but she doesn't need full memory care just yet. So we were looking for a place where she could transition between levels of care, and eventually transition into a Medicaid room when necessary. Sage Park did great with the virtual tour, and they were very personable. I had a hard time telling them no in the end because they really went out of their way to help.

We chose The Clairmont because of the location and it is really clean and also it was one of the cheaper ones we saw. The apartment sizes here are pretty good. The staff members are really friendly. It has been a good experience and I would recommend to others looking.

The admissions process is efficient, they have good parking availability. The community is neat and clean and the staff is very friendly. The food is great and i would recommend this community to others based on my experence.

Our family did an in person tour and the experience was nice, however the facility was just not what we were looking for price wise. It was more expensive because they offered three meals a day, and it was just out of our budget. The facility was not as modern as our first choice, it was clean but also seemed a little cloudy. However people were more active and out and about at this facility.

[name removed] was great. She answered all my questions and was very transparent. She was open-minded and flexible. I felt very welcome and that they want my family's business.

The staff members here are so lovable, and they just opened back up the pool for exercise classes this morning. They also have a variety of activities and movie every nights so you will never get bored.

The times we have been to visit the community is has nee kept very clean, and the staff members would get a five plus. We have had no problems with the care services, and we do not get much feedback about the meals but our loved one does say hey are feeding her well. They do keep the residents pretty busy, they are always playing bingo and other games. Compared to other communities the value here is comprable.

I highly recommend this community to others' loved ones. It's a great location and a great price. The food is very good. In fact I've tried to steal a plate when I can! The staff is so kind and helpful and giving. I can't stress enough how good I feel that my loved one is in a good location. They are offering a lot of activities, for instance bingo, pool, there's an exercise room, movie nights, holiday parties, sports tailgating, etc.

We chose Quail Lodge because the staff members were very friendly and they listen very well. The room size was reasonable for what he needed as well. They do provide a lot of activities, they have a new activities director and she is great and very involved. We were shocked about the food quality. The food that they provide is not good, I think the options that they give the residents are very limited and they lack creativity so she is having to go out and buy groceries weekly. Overall I think it is a great place though and I would recommend it.
