I was very impressed with the friendly staff and super clean facility. Also the tour with [name removed] was a complete experience in what Sunrise has to offer. [Name removed] was easy to communicate with. He followed up with a call the next day to see if i had any questions. A great experience for sure.

The Administration And Staff Are outstanding! My Father is comfortable and safe and is treated like family at this facility. The open and transparent communication with everyone involved in his CARE is a testament to their professionalism.

There is always things that could be done to improve the individuals participation and improve the quality of the resident's life but they do try to meet individual needs.

We felt the care at Sunrise of Abington was done thoroughly and kindly. So it was the people that made it great. Some of the higher ups were not great and not helpful so we avoided them and dealt with other people.

My brothers and I were referred to Sunrise pf Shelby through A Place for Mom. We wanted the best care for our mother, but we had no idea where to start. From the first meeting with [name removed], we all felt at ease. She explained everything and answered our countless questions. She gave us her phone number so we could text her with concerns or questions that we had. We moved our mother in soon after that first meeting. From the front desk staff to the servers in the dining rom, the nursing staff, all the way up to the folks on the memory care floor (where she ended up). Every single person we came into contact with only had our mother's best interest at heart. We cannot say enough great things about specific care givers [name removed] and [name removed]. They always helped our mother feel at ease. We also can't write a review without talking about the live in dog, Pinky and the live in car, Teddy! Our mother would look forward to just siting out in the lobby petting the dog whenever she could! When she was in memory care, Teddy would visit her room daily and keep his eye on her! The day our spunky mother passed, they held the most beautiful heartfelt service for her in the lobby as the funeral home was taking her out. Every staff member that was on the first floor gathered around the stretcher. The activity director read a scripture and said some nice words about our mother. It was so touching. We knew at that point, looking around the lobby at their tear-stained faces, that our mother had truly mattered to them!

I moved my father in for a respite stay after a fall. Things went so well we he stayed permanently. The staff is superior. The care provided is consistent. The building is clean. The food is ok.

I moved my mom into Sunrise of Wall three years ago and it was the best decision I ever made. The facility is immaculate and the staff is attentive and caring. I am very grateful to them for their care and providing from home for a comfortable home away from home for my mom.

My mother has flourished at Sunrise of Lincroft. Her health and personal needs are provided for by a caring and kind staff and she can participate in a variety of activities that interest her and the other residents. The facility has a cozy home-like atmosphere. My mother is seen regularly by her doctor's office and other services are available if needed (therapy, dental, vision, hearing, dermatology, etc.) Families are always welcome and included in frequently scheduled social events that have resumed since the end of the Covid restrictions. I truly believe my mother would not have reached her current age or had a good quality of life if she had stayed at home, even with home care, and our family has been relieved of worry. I recommend being involved in your loved one's experience at Sunrise.

Compared to other places, I'm happy my mom is here. But it is understaffed. My mom pays for additional care.Often, however, my mom has to wait a long time before someone shows up to help her to the bathroom or take her to the dining room.

I am a volunteer and I am incredibly pleased with the care and environment provided by Sunrise of Cinco Ranch. It is evident that this was a place where residents are genuinely valued and cared for. The staff at Sunrise of Cinco Ranch is exceptionally compassionate and professional. have. The facility itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The common areas are inviting and comfortable, promoting a sense of community among residents.

As a volunteer who visits Sunrise of Cinco Ranch every week, I am continually impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of this senior living facility. From the very first day, I felt embraced by the staff and residents alike, which speaks volumes about the sense of community cultivated here. The dedication of the staff at Sunrise of Cinco Ranch is nothing short of extraordinary. Their commitment to providing personalized, compassionate care is evident in every interaction I witness. They treat each resident with the utmost respect and kindness, making sure individual needs are met with a genuine smile. It’s clear that they view their work as more than just a job—it’s a calling. The residents always seem engaged and content, thanks in large part to the varied and enriching activities offered. Whether it’s a group exercise class, a creative art project, or a social event, there is always something happening to keep spirits high and minds act

There is plenty of friendly and helpful staff here. Until we get to know all the staff, it would be great to know on a daily basis, who is assigned and helping my mom. This is a very nice facility and they offer a variety of activities. My mom likes playing Bingo. My mom enjoys the meals. It would be nice if there was piano at Sunrise

Sunrise assisted living is a top notch facility with personal care for your loved ones! The facility offers activities and provides programs to fit the needs of your loved one! whatever my concerns their on top of it ! i really appreciate all they do in behalf of my Aunt !!

Staff is friendly, cheerful and competent. They all knew me by name within a day or two. Maintenance responded promptly whenever I called. Respect is evident everywhere. My wishes are respected. Residents are friendly and welcoming.

The staff at Sunrise of Sandy were very caring and treated everyone with dignity. They respected my mom’s wishes and preferences. The home environment was wonderful, and my mom loved their docile, friendly cat. They planned fun events for the residents to enjoy.

Every problem I have is always resolved immediately. [name removed] is amazing at the door, very personable. Always happy. Wendy is always there and helps me, and she is very patient with me. As is all staff. [name removed] is great in the food room. And is always helpful. [name removed] is there for helping me with all maintenance. And [name removed] is helping as well. [name removed] helps me whenever I need. She comes up herself, so does [name removed]. I know I can be negative at times but I think I’m still grieving.

[name removed] customer service exceeded all expectations and truly set a high standard in the industry. From the very beginning of my interaction with him, it was clear that Vincent is dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience. He was able to provide detailed information and insightful recommendations that were tailored to my specific needs. His expertise instilled confidence and made me feel assured that I was making informed decisions.

I think the staff is great very friendly. I see the same people all the time and I like them so that's great. The room size is good very good and the amenities I believe were good ones. Minor thought was they should have a like a little refrigerator in them, but that's just my personal thought.

Our biggest complaint is the wait times at meal times can be too long in serving and that caregivers also serve as the waitstaff during mealtimes which can cause problems. However, the Activities Director is excellent. Variety of activities and entertainment offered. Activities director is Always open for suggestions and new ideas on activities, clubs, outings etc.

Aspired Living is clean, quiet and peaceful. The apartments are spacious and well kept. The staff is very friendly and greets all residents by name. They are very accommodating and helpful.
