The facility is warm and inviting. Resident's appear to be very Happy. Several were playing game in the Bistro when I was there. Their activity schedule is full both on Assisted living and Memory Care.

My loved one is currently a resident at Sunrise of Baton Rouge and everything has been great at this facility. The staff is helpful and caring, almost like a family. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. I would definitely recommend Sunrise of Baton Rouge to others.

My experience with Sunrise has been amazing! Amazing and friendly staff, residents are happy and enjoy their time living here. The community plans a lot of fun activities for the residents to do, including the weekly bingo championship they host for the residents or happy hour every Wednesday. The BOC is always helpful to families regarding billing issues, and the ED is always very helpful.

They were wonderful. I would absolutely recommend to others.

My tour at Sunrise of Metairie was a comforting experience. The apartments were larger than most communities we had toured. The grounds were well maintained. The staff provides a fun atmosphere with many social events throughout the week. Staff was very familiar with the residents and all seemed happy. Overall, it was a great experience that [names removed] provided on the tour. All of our questions were answered. We left knowing that this is the place we want our mother to reside.

From move in to move out, the staff at Sunrise of Wayne were professional. They communicated concerns and updates with me on a regular basis. They treated my husband with respect and compassion. I could not speak highly enough of the staff. The facility was clean and laundry done weekly. My husband enjoyed his meals, they even made a sandwich for him if he was hungry at 9pm. I would highly recommend Sunrise of Wayne.

Friendly & inviting atmosphere. Quality care. Staff very professional & caring. Family atmosphere. Based on the experience we have had with Sunrise of East Setauket, we would recommend them to other families.

Most of the staff has changed. Since that time, her daughter has taken poa for[name removed]. So we haven't been there a much. However I was told that with all the staff being replaced that it wasn't as good as it was. My experience with everything was great!

I'd say it's excellent. They do it all very well. Mom loves it. The food is consistently good. Security is very careful without being intrusive. The facilities and common areas are lovely and well taken care of. The staff is just fantastic -- they're efficient and friendly, and take the time to get to know the residents and even frequent guests like me. I would definitely recommend [name removed] to others, and might move there myself someday.

My father was unable to stay with us at home eventually due to several issues related to his Alzheimer’s, and making that decision was one of the hardest we have ever had to make. If you’re reading this, I’m sorry if you’re in the same situation as it’s heartbreaking. However, [name removed] and her team, made dad’s last 6 months - engaging, caring, and supportive. We appreciate all the contact, honesty, kindness, and patience. Having a loved one in the hands of someone you feel is capable (and then some) makes the world of difference. Yes, it’s a beautiful and brand new facility, but so was dad’s own home. The aesthetics of the lovely facility isn’t why I’m writing this review. I’m writing this review because of the quality of people who work on the mind care floors (that’s all I can attest to as that’s where dad was). I will be forever grateful to [name removed] and her team, [names removed] to name a few. I can never thank them enough.

My mother has been in the Memory Care unit for two years. The staff is attentive and lovingly cares for her. [name removed] massages her hands and does her nails. The nursing staff knows her and tracks her health issues. I feel warmly welcomed when I visit and [name removed] is very responsive to my concerns.

My mom needed an assisted living placement suddenly, after a fall. I had to tour the options without her (because she was still in the hospital) and make a decision quickly. Sunrise helped me get everything figured out. They even helped me figure out her furniture so that the place would already look like home when she arrived. Everything had to happen really fast! Sunrise helped my mom adapt to her new routine and she has continued her recovery in a place that’s comfortable for her. It’s comfortable for me, too, because I have confidence that she’s safe here.

Love Sunrise, everyone is warm and welcoming and fun. Being here is like a warm hug. Mom is well taken car of. Love it so much!

We have lived at Sunrise 2 years and really enjoyed it. It is "home" to us. I didn't want to leave our hoe, but now I don't miss it at all. I love the fact that we have a full kitchen if we want to cook something in our own room even though we like the food.

I am thrilled I made the choice to live at Sunrise of Holladay!! I have a lovely apartment on the top floor of our independent living unit. Housekeeping staff clean all apartments weekly. Our days are filled with a nice range to activities. These include an exercise class, art classes, flower arranging, yummy cooking classes, and excursions to sites around Salt Lake City. It should be noted that the local church holds Sunday services here. Our means are delicious!! Once a month we hold an exceptional brunch that we are around to invite family/friends to!!

Sunrise is quite a wonderful place. They go the extra mile for residents in Reminiscence. When all hope was gone for my bother's dementia, sunrise was there. All I know is I have peace of mind. All the staff truly care from the front door & on. I searched a while & I believe my brother is happy for the first time in a long while. Thank you Sunrise!

I thought the facility was always and clean and looking great. The staff was always present and they took care of my mother very well. I would recommend Sunrise of Mountain Lakes to others looking.

My Mom has been at Sunrise at Lafayette Hill for nearly 3 years. She arrived in decline from illness and Covid isolation. After arriving to a very warm and positive greeting, friends were made with loving and kind residents and staff which allowed her to thrive. They look after her carefully and give her the attention she requires most all the time. They make sure she l lives up to her potential according to her abilities and listens to our concerns for her when brought to their attention. Life there is fun, as the staff seems to really enjoy their jobs and their residents. It is truly like a family there. Lots of family involvement by providing family meals and specially themed parties/dinner and brunches. They take the residents out to lunch and dinner and shopping. I am never concerned about her as she is often evaluated and medical attention provided even for seemingly mild issues. She is well loved cared for and happy. Did I mention she is also now in Memory Care? Yes she is.

The staff was wonderful to my mom and to me in dealing with a very difficult second husband (after he left my mom when she was diagnosed with dementia) and his niece. The staff went out of their way to make the situation as stress-free as possible. The care my mom received was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place to any friends needing care for their loved ones.
