Nothing is perfect but they are quite good. Lots of things going on. The food is a four. Their billing system needs to be improved I think. The billing is not itemized, so it can be confusing. They have given us bills without the previous payments subtracted, so it takes a while for the paperwork to catch up. The atmosphere and the location were reasons we chose them. The expenses were less than having 24 hour homecare. There is more stimulation and people to check on them. People come and invite them to activities. The executive director Erin has been very patient and always takes the time to reasure my dad. It's important to her that everybody is comfortable. She takes care of everything. The food is good they have a pretty good variety they can choose from a standard menu of maybe five things. We can eat with them if we just let them know a little ahead of time.

I visited on Sat. Had tour with Todd. prices higher than St. Louis Hills sister facility but also much nicer. Not as close to me. I need to see if either or both of these places have been previously approved by Dad LTC ins.. if not have to get that in the works.

It was a little bit older and cozier than the one we chose. Everybody was super friendly. They had a resident dog. I really liked it. They seemed to have a more attendents and the same ones all the time.

This is a very nice community, and they are doing a great job taking care of my loved ones. The staff are very friendly, and do a great job of caring for the residents and keeping the place looking clean. There's plenty of things to do keep everyone entertained and active. They also are very good about communication, and always keep me updated if they notice anything out of the ordinary going on with my loved ones.

We toured this place when we were looking into options for my loved one. This place looked amazing, it was beautiful and clean, and the staff were all very friendly. However we just didn't feel like it would have been a good fit for Dad, it was a bit too "elegant". We were looking for something more homey and simple.

Sunrise was the nicest facility I visited in the area. It was also the most expensive. The staff was informative and pleasant.

For independent living they do a very nice job. The food is a four. They were happy to see us when we first visited, some of the other communities never even called us back.

It's been a really good experience. The staff is a five plus. He is not thrilled with the food, he thinks it's blah, I would say a three out of five. The communication could be a little better, between the staff and the family, they seem a little disorganized. The friendliness of the staff and the way they treat their people here, was a big reason we chose this over others we saw, they're upbeat. They are just caring, and really watch out for the people here. They are loving and you can feel that when you walk in and they are respectful.

I really like it! She says the food is awful. They were just bought out by another company, so there is a lot of transitioning going on. Independent living seems to be much nicer and there is much more to do, than the assited living side. I like the nurse, and she likes the nurse too.

The food is probably a four. In the memory care area the residents often wander from room to room and take things, which is normal, so maybe keeping a little better eye on that. It looked neat and clean and the staff seemed friendly, and they had a lot of activities which is why we chose this community. We are basically satisfied.

It seems to be going well so far, we haven't been there that long yet. They just went through a renovation of the dining room, that was a little chaotic for a while. They have activities but they don't have much bingo. If they have it, it's not on the calendar. The food is very good. They do give them choices, so if they don't like what their having there are always 3 or 4 other choices they can have. It would be nice if they had more opportunity to bond with the other residents, it seems to be difficult to make friends. They seemed to be the most similar to the community she was in before, which is why we chose them. They don't take them to appointments though, and the other community did.

Very nice, but a little difficult to get to from Fort Mill.

I found staff very helpful in the circumstances of mother's placement. Although weather crisis caused some heating problems in her room, the staff has tried to make her adjustment a pleasant one.

Even though my friend was belligerant to them, the staff remained patient and pleasant to him. The facility is always clean when I come by, and the food is pretty good too.

The higher end care staff here are excellent. The directors, nurses, and just overall care systems they have in place are very good, I'd give them 6 out 5. Where they run in to issues are with the aides. They are much too by the book, they won't deviate or go out of their way to do anything else other than the exact task they were told to do. They also speak to the residents in what I feel is a very patronizing manor. Many of the residents are still completely functioning adults and should be treated as such. I also like the way they have their communications set up, with the front desk acting as the communication hub. When it works well it is extremely efficient and convenient, but whether it works or not is completely dependent on who is working the front desk at the time. The woman who is there during normal business hours, Mary, is wonderful. Others that we've worked with have not been nearly as impressive, during the evening hours or during holidays. Although they've got a few issues overall this place is a great value for the care they provide.

The people were very friendly and helpful. the care givers and custodial staff were wonderful. The food was good even though Bill did not enjoy much of it. I have one complaint about a person named Vicky. She worked in the financial area she was cold and very unfriendly. She should not be on the front lines. Laura Anderson was kind and very friendly and always available. I thought if I HAVE to talk to Vicky again I WILL move Bill to another facility. The RN's were available and helpful. The Geniteva Hospice could not have been more helpful kind and understanding.

This place looked fairly nice when we toured, it was clean and all of the staff we met seemed friendly. It was also one of the more reasonably priced options we looked at in all of our tours. However, this location was just too far away to be an options for us. We also didn't like how it was located next to a busy street.
