Staff is Very cordial. Facility has a very homey atmosphere. Residents moving about the facility for meals and a variety of activities. Knights of Columbus were sponsoring a bingo for prizes that was well attended during my visit.

They were great to deal with! They made it easy and were very empathetic throughout the process. Sunrise was great. Good people. Expensive, but it is what it is.

I moved my 91-year old mother into Sunrise of Metairie just prior to Christmas [date removed] The timeline of the move was unexpected. Given the quickness of the move, and the steps necessary to make it happen over the holidays, the level of care and concern demonstrated by Sunrise of Metairie has been superb. Mom is where she needs to be, and the outreach by the staff has reassured us of our decision to choose Sunrise of Metairie.

We chose Sunrise of Leawood for my friend. She has never spoken a negative word about living in this facility. Their activities director does an excellent job planning a variety of activities. They have an excellent chef who prepares a wide range of meals. The staff attends to all the resident's needs, including giving medication, cleaning the apartments, and checking on each person daily. The cost is high, but I have not compared it with other matched facilities.

Sunrise is a beautiful place and very clean. Staff is excellent and price is reasonable.

My mom was only there a few days and everyone was so kind, friendly, caring and helpful to us. We would definitely recommend Sunrise of Troy to other families based on the experience we have had

The greatest strength of the facility is the personality of the staff. It compliments their professionalism in caring for the residents with memory issues. There are 3 different room sizes in memory care that you can choose from based off of your loved ones needs.

Brighton Gardens was recommended to us by A Place For Mom, as a place that could provide the assisted living services that my mother-in-law needed. My MIL was opposed to going to an assisted living but being 97 it was the next step for her. From the first day there she felt very welcome. The staff and residents couldn’t be any nicer. She really liked that everyone wanted to get to know her. They are a small family community in a way. I think it says something about a place when some of the staff have been there over 10 years and some of their own family members are residents there. My MIL now sees the house doctor that comes in to the facility. She likes him very much and is so pleased that he takes the time to sit and really listen to her. Overall this has been a very good experience for the whole family, knowing that their mother is being taken good care of. Only little negative, the food could be better.

Need to update the 3rd floor kitchen. Was told it was getting updated last August. I have heard staff say they are the last to get anything. Memory care floor. Maybe they think the residents won't notice. But it needs work. Food is always late. Residents sit there waiting.

Very happy and satisfied with the whole atmosphere. The staff, from top to bottom are helpful, friendly and on top of everything. My mom took no time to get adjusted. She seem happy and secure. She is getting involved in activities that I thought she would never do. She has made a few friends. She has only been there two months and has adjusted to a routine. She is anxious for nice weather to enjoy the outside walks and patio area. I am very happy with the cleanliness, friendliness, and concern the staff shows for the residents.

After many years of trying to encourage my mother to move into assisted living she finally made the move last year. She wishes she had done this years ago!! Everyone at Sunrise has been wonderful and she has friends again and is loving all of the programs. You will not be disappointed if your loved one moves to this community!

The tour was so informative and I’m so happy that I came here. I have been looking for a place for my loved one and now I realize I have finally found it. I am looking forward to many years here and being happy with every one. Everyone would be proud to be here.

I was so excited my legally blind 92 year old mother on O2 finally agreed to live in a safe space. I chose Sunrise for her because it had a comfortable relaxed feel when I walked in the door and after we got her room set up. She sadly passed days before move in. But I had a great feel of the surroundings, building and room layout. Staff and management are nice people. I wish I could give all those stars for Care but Mom didn't have the chance to be cared for.

We have been very happy placing mom and dad at Sunrise Bellevue. The staff is warm, caring, and made sure the transition was easy. The place seems to be well run, there are activities every day, and regular entertainment and excursions. The location is great as well. I would recommend Sunrise Bellevue to others.

We feel that Sunrise is a perfect fit for dad. They encourage him to socialize but don’t force him to. He is clean and warm and well fed and he seems content. He can be pretty grouchy some days but [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] just smile and say “I know you don’t mean that”. We are very happy knowing that someone is keeping an eye on him and keeping him safe. He has made some friends but is also happy to be in his room watching TV just like he did at home.

I absolutely would recommend to others. It's a bit pricey but worth it for the care my mom receives. The care staff are amazing. And it is exceptionally clean.

What stood out most was the genuine care and attention from the team. They didn’t just show me around; they made me feel like family. If you're looking for a community that truly prioritizes quality of life, I highly recommend scheduling a tour!
