Sunrise Senior Living

I would give Sunrise a six if I could. The fees for the rental of the rooms and the accommodations he needed were a little excessive. But the facility was fairly new and extremely luxurious inside. Got a fantastic menu and dining options and tons of interesting activities, including happy hours knitting club and guest lectures. We met with her very compelling salesperson named [name removed]. My wife and I absolutely loved him. He was like no other sales person that we experienced and we almost feel bad not going there like we were breaking up with him. think anyone living in that area. This should be a great opportunity for them.

Sunrise in Orange, Ca is a newer facility with great amenities for seniors. The ratio of caregivers & staff to residents specifically in Memory Care is great!

Food is outstanding. Rooms are comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There are billing issues. They need to be up to date and correct.

We experienced outstanding compassion for those in their charge--amongst ALL personnel. Room sizes, and attendant prices, vary.

I would give each category a 5 with 2 notations- *Activities -my husband doesn't participate in the scheduled activities but I have observed them and they are appropriate and varied and seem to reach the residents . *Value for the money is a hard one because it is expensive; although in comparison with other places I've looked at, the costs seem to be equally high everywhere. We have been very satisfied with Sunrise on Connecticut Avenue and would not consider any other placement.

Activities are N/A because my mom was not capable of participating in anything. What we like the most about Sunrise of Springfield is the caring staff. The bright open spaces in the facility. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families

My mom is receiving excellent care. Very one is kind to her and patient. It's a beautiful community, always clean and friendly employees. She enjoys the restaurant food and likes the happy hours they have.

The staff is very engaged. Every time I have gone to them with a question or something that needs to get done they are very responsive. I have eaten there a few times and the food has been outstanding

What we like the most about this community are the staff. The staff is incredibly kind, caring and friendly. Facility is comfortable and welcoming. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

We chose Sunrise of East Meadow because of the friendliness, availability, and ability to take care of needs. Staff are a little slow answering pager calls, but like that at all facilities. Otherwise highly recommend.

Where improvements are needed are: transitioning a resident into physical facility, not always informing family of what was to be done when such as knowing what day laundry or showers would occur. Letting residents know how what their dining/food options are. I do want to share anytime we brought a concern to them they addressed right away and it was resolved. Very responsive. They have all new leadership staff that was very attentive. Sometimes they are short staffed and services delayed but always are attentive to residents.

It's a beautiful facility. I love the front enclosed porch. My mom has only been there a month and I live out of town, but the 10days I was there, I was very impressed with the efficiency, kindness & care shown by the staff as they interacted with my mom.

Everyone is very welcoming. My mother is very safe and comfortable. We made the right choice. Room size - appropriate. My mom is wheelchair bound so I would want more chair bound activities. The activities have variety and are appropriate.

The dining area was inviting, and the staff were attentive and friendly. It’s clear that the community prioritizes providing a positive dining experience for residents.

The staff was wonderful. Very helpful, kind, and attentive. Highly recommend! Nice variety of activities and good food. The place is very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend Sugar Valley Estates to others looking for retirement living!

The aids were fantastic! The nurses and administrative staff were okay, but it is a wonderful facility. My mom was in good hands, and we would recommend this community to others!

Sunrise Sunnyvale was fantastic. Great compassionate care for the 10 days our mother was there. Prompt refund on the rent according to the terms. Lovely staff. Excellent food (which mom didn't eat, but my sister and I sampled).

Staff is friendly and caring. Food is amazing! Rooms are adequate in size. My mom enjoyed the activities and beauty salon. They offer transportation but the charges are high.

Overall I would recommend Sunrise of Lynnfield.

God has blessed me by leading me here. You will end up where you are supposed to be. Safety is key! Everyone has been so kind here.
