I enjoyed my tour and liked the location. Did not make a yes/no decision. On hold for the next year but glad of the information. [Removed] and I had a field day with floor plans!!

We visited Sunrise at Crestwood and felt it was the best place for my mom at this time. They offer the additional help she needs and we really loved the family atmosphere they promote. Thank you for setting up the tours [Removed], your assistance made a difficult time a little easier!

It seemed great here It was very homey feeling.The had a black lab as the house dog. And people got excited for that. The location just was further away than we wanted. The staff was helpful and great.

I really liked how the facility truly looked like a little town - each unit even had it's own front window. I was especially impressed with The Club - I could see my Dad doing really well in a structure activity-based environment with a set schedule. We will definitely keep this option in mind.

When I toured this community it was not assisted living and mom needs some assistance. The apartment layout was just odd. It was bright, nice, and cheery. But just wasn't a good fit.

Beautiful setting. Outastanding lunch was served to us.Staff seemed very friendly. Just a little further from my house than I prefer. I live in South Windsor and I want to see Mom everyday.

Very friendly, knowledgable staff, had all the answers to my questions, very adequate room for my husband. The facility is very large. I think for my husband the distance from room to other places is too long and getting around would be difficult for him.

The staff were friendly and attentive to the residents. The facility had a warm welcoming atmosphere and is well maintained.

I toured this facility when I was trying to find a place for my friend. I met [Removed] who is the director here and she’s very nice. I have a very good opinion of the place; they have assisted living and memory care available. It’s very lovely but a little pricey. It’s a very big place, so you really need to be able to move around. This is like a hotel quality. They have different levels of care available depending on what you need and they’re all at different prices. The feeling here is lovely and it looks like a bed and breakfast style. If I ever had to put myself in a place, I’d probably come here.

Sunrise at Willowbrook is a cheery, bright, and welcoming community. It doesn’t bring you down, and it just feels very welcoming and comforting. The staff and the other residents are friendly and nice as well. While I didn’t eat there, I did visit during mealtimes, and the food always looked great and smelled wonderful. The community was always clean, and they had several activities for the residents each day including games, cards, outings, and others. I would recommend such a welcoming community to others.

Brighton Gardens of Florham Park is a nice place. Staff is very friendly. I just felt it was a little to crowded for my Father.

I loved this community because they were so close to my residence. But unfortunately, I did have to move my husband because they were unable to provide the level of care he needed. The facility and staff were very warm and inviting. They even gave me a binder with everyone’s business card and job description so I knew who to contact with any problems. Everyone is very courteous and they seem like they really care. Any time the staff had to get ahold of me they would find any means necessary; either by text, calling, etc. They always looked out for my husband’s best interest. When we had to move him, the staff was very apologetic. What I really loved is all of the staff wore different colored scrubs for their different titles so we know what color to look for if we needed a nurse. Everyone here was just so friendly. They knew his name and even greeted me by my name. The facility itself was always clean and free of clutter. For activities, they had arts/crafts, music time, TV time, and movies that were appropriate for their generation. As for the food, it wasn’t something my husband would eat every day. To me, the food always looked good and smelled great. They always had plenty of food, water, and coffee out during the day that they could snack on at their leisure. The night we arrived he had made a comment that a hamburger sounded really nice and hadn’t had one in a while. Not shortly after, the staff brought him a hamburger. That really shows you how attentive and caring they really are. I would have loved to keep my husband here. I would highly recommend this community.

I toured this community and nothing was wrong with it just a bit more expensive, but smaller. It was clean and staff was friendly but seemed to have a lot of clicks of the people that have been there a while and not accepting of new residents. I also didn't like the way the rooms were set up. We just went with another community.

My son found this place by himself. He had my furniture in when I arrived. It was sunny, bright and my favorite. This was on a wide window ledge. There is plenty of activities, but it is always quiet & peaceful in the room.

My dad is here in this community and it is a clean and homey feeling. The caregivers are responsive and caring. The food is good although they have to feed him sometimes. Lots of activities if he wanted to attend them. The outside is nice too.

Liked the facility. Pet friendly is a plus. We currently looking for independent living with balcony.

Choice of rooms dissuaded us. The available rooms were either oddly shaped or too small.

Clinical team did their very best to assure that my parents needs would be met.

My Mom loves it here she has made friends with the cleaning lady and loves how clean they keep it. The grounds are kept real nice and has lots of flowers and they have it decorated for fall. She also loves the food. The caregivers are friendly and care is good. Mom can't really join in on the activities due to her needing more care. Overall I give them 4 Stars
