Sunrise Senior Living

The front office staff and management is great. They are working with me on some minor issues and they are very accommodating. The community is a little pricey, however they do have a lot of strong points. The food is great most of the time. The community is clean. I have a nice room with a full refrigerator. They offer a lot of activities including bingo and poker. I would recommend this community with some reservations.

Mom is doing well at Sunrise. The staff are very good. This is a smaller community so the residents get more individual attention. The food is good and they offer a lot of daily activities. They keep the community clean.

My grandmother is doing great since she made the move to the Sunrise of Morris Plains. She is adjusting well and the staff has helped her a lot. I don't live close to her, but based on my conversations, everything is going great and we have no complaints so far.

I have had no problems so far since moving my uncle into this community. All of the staff have been great at welcoming him into his new home and being attentive to his needs. He seems to love the activity program and the fact that there is always something to keep him busy throughout his days. The only complaint he has had so far is the food. My uncle has stated there is not enough flavor in the meals and they are poorly seasoned.

My husband has had no complaints so far with his new living environment. He has become very comfortable and has made friends with many of the other residents. My loved one also has had no complaints about the food and said they offer a great activity program. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone in need of an assisted living.

My mother was only here for a couple of weeks, but during those 2 weeks, she received great care. The place was clean and well maintained. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good place while she was there, the only thing was she didn't eat much, I'm not sure if it had to do with the food.

I never got the opportunity to tour this facility but they were very pleasant on the phone. Unfortunately, the rate was higher than my mother could afford.

The tour was okay that we took. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We also saw some of the residents out and interacting within the community. We just did not think that this was a good fit.

I have had no complaints so far with this community so far everything is going well for my loved one. He has had no complaints about the food and they offer a great activity program. I have been pleased with the services they have been providing my mother.

I had absolutely no problems why my mother was at this community. The staff where all very excellent and always attentive to her needs. They made sure to keep in good contact with my family and I about her progress and treatment plan. I would defiantly recommend this place to any families looking into assisted living for there loved one.

This looked like a lovely community. The people I met during the tour were nice. The staff in the assisted living area check on the residents every two hours. The apartments have less square footage and fewer layouts than the community we chose. We would have considered this community if mom needed more care.

The staff has been great and very helpful. The food is good also and mom likes it. The only thing that I have a problem with is that they do not dust her room. I also don't like that they don't really keep her hygiene up as I would like them too.

We did like the community it was just a little bit older than what we wanted. The people were really nice and helpful. We saw the residents out and doing things as well. Just did not work out.

This is a nice beautiful community. The staff were nice, however it was a little more expensive than what we were looking for. I would say maybe you should take a look at this community.

I like the people that live here and the staff. Everyone is nice to me and it everything has worked out for the better. The food is good and they have a great variety to choose from. I am very pleased with them.

Good tour and good facility. Concerned that this would drain budget too quickly, with no medicaid option to fall back on.

Everything is well for my uncle here at this community. The community is very clean, everything looks great. The staff is very helpful and treating him well. We are pleased.

So far my mother is settling into this community well. I'am pleased with her move to this community, she is doing well. I know she is safe and good hands. They are providing her with good care. Overall it has been a pleasant experience, and I would recommend this community. It is a nice community.

My wife and I are still adjusting but we like it here. We like the homey feeling and the full care.They provide all our meal that is really excellent.We have a wide variety to choose from. The medical attention we need is here with activities like bingo, card games, exercise class and more. Outing and dinner arrangement are provided too. The staff are listening and understand and give us options to have. They are attentive and well trained. I like that it is clean and housekeeping helps with bed making.

I had a pleasant tour of this community. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. They have a cheerful staff. All my questions were answered, and they were also very informative.
