Sunrise Senior Living

I’d like to give the friendliness of the staff a six! My mother enjoys all the company at Sunrise. It’s a good place to go. It’s an excellent assisted living place. The food seems okay. For us, it is conveniently located and there is enough parking.

The Jefferson is a wonderful, dignified community. Unlike so many other communities, it feels like a vibrant, fun place to live from the moment you walk inside. The staff was so helpful and patient with us throughout the process. One of the things that really worked for our situation, but may not work for everyone, is that it's a condo community. The salespeople at the Jefferson treated the whole process as a real estate transaction, treating my grandfather with the respect and professionalism you would expect of any other real estate transaction. That meant my grandfather felt like he was in control of this huge step into the next phase of his life; in so many other places, it felt like he was going to have to give up control.

Loved Sunrise...presents very well and models, (as well as actual resident rooms) very nice, excellent amenities (chef, meal selection, activities, assigned care provider, grounds) medical attendant & graduated care

It is very fancy, very nice, but a little ostentatious. It was Like walking into the lobby of Caesar’s Palace. The people were nice. The place we chose felt more like home. If you’re used to a lot of marble and a very upscale experience, this might be the place for you.

Al prvt rm= $4995, semi=approx. $4000. Incontinent supplies fee, move in fee $2000?? Beautiful building, rooms are inviting, sunlight, residents were quiet but looked happy, people able to interact, care givers visible and pleasant. Nurse detected issues with John that I agreed with needs to be checked by doctor. Spoke with Nurse Kim and met with Tammy Kirby

Top shelf! Well-run quality facility.

Loved the way the staff interacted with the residents, but more important to me was how the residents appeared to love their care givers. Clean facility with large studios for the residents. Visited twice at different times of day and had the same types of experiences.

I love the people, I love the staff, they take good care of my mom. Everything seems to be going really well. She can be independent and we can add care as the needs progress, and she won't have leave.

My loved one has been here a few years now, and we're very pleased with what they provide. She is in their lock-down memory care section, and they take very good care of the residents there. It's a small unit, so all of the residents get a lot of individual attention. It is expensive, but she is well looked after and safe.

He was very comfortable. What we could tell it was a better place… They were a little slow in reacting to his buzzer. It’s a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was so so nice! Always greeted nicely. Responded to calls quickly. He was very happy to be there.

Brighton Gardens is an excellent choice for placing your loved one in an assisted living facility. My father has been there for the past 3 1/2 months and I am pleased with the amount of assistance that he receives. The staff is friendly and really seem to care about the people in their facility. The room size is adequate for his needs.

Everyone has been very nice to us. Compared to other places – they are a premium community. They are quick to respond to my loved one’s needs. My father has let me know the food is good. It’s a good place to be.

2 bedroom, 1 bath, patio?

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for our loved one. Everything I saw here during our tour looked excellent, and they certainly would have been an acceptable choice for our loved one. We ended up going with another option due to a family member having a stronger preference towards another community we toured.

My mother lives there. They are best I’ve ever seen. I’ve never seen a place run so well. I’ve visited a lot of them. They are the best. My mom calls me and says she’s never been this happy. They respond immediately. The food is out of this world. There isn’t anything that has been bad. The best value for the money! They have a huge list of activities! This is happiest place you will go to. Everyone just loves it.

Very friendly and welcoming setting. The staff is well trained. Each administrator and nurse, we work with, tries very hard to meet our Aunt's needs.

We toured this location when we were looking into care options for our loved one. This was the second of the two sunrise communities we saw, and we were very impressed by both of them. This is a very nice looking community, and the staff were all very friendly and professional. However, this community was multiple floors, and due to our loved ones mobility issues I thought that might not be the best setup for her.

They do a great job here! They're very attentive to the needs of the residents, and when I visit I can see that any time my loved one needs anything they're very quick to respond to requests. All of the staff just have a very friendly and pleasant attitude. In terms of the facility itself it is always clean and well kept, and I like that the community is all a single floor. It was also one of the more reasonably priced options we looked at.

It's wonderful. They are really friendly. I think all of these places are expensive but this one is about average. When I went in on a Saturday and there were three different activities going on, that is why I chose them. That said a lot to me.

They do a wonderful job here! Jason, the director, was our point of contact here and he did a great job introducing us to the community. Overall the staff were wonderful, they were all friendly and professional. I really felt like my loved one was being treated like family as soon as she moved in. The facility itself is clean, the care they provide is excellent, and my loved one says the food is great!
