My family and I have had a rough couple of months - - we lost Mom in August to a stroke. My sister and I took turns with my Dad trying to help him overcome his grief. I had called A Place for Mom and received an abundance of information and support for our "new normal". Our search led us to Sunrise of Naperville North. My sister and I walked in and knew instantly - it would be Dad's new home. I can't stress enough what a relief my family and I have knowing Dad is in such a caring, loving, friendly and safe environment. They understood that Dad was still grieving and is not the most social - the care managers come down in person to invite him to lunch and have him interact with other community members. He's found out there are other folks in the same boat as him. My family has noticed a difference in Dad since he's moved in - a good one! We are realistic - it takes time - but we feel confident the folks at Sunrise Naperville North have Dad's best interest in mind. I would strongly suggest you give them a look if you are trying to find your parent(s) a friendly, safe, welcoming and warm environment to live. P.S. the food is awesome too!!! I read reviews before our visit - and it was the reviews I saw that sealed the deal for my family and I - I wish you and your family the best of luck!

I toured here in the process of looking for options. It was a very nice place I really loved it everyone was so friendly and the place was very clean. I would have no problem placing my mom there what so ever.

The place for comfort/care is excellent...very friendly staff, helpful, food is excellent, answer all questions for you or put you in touch with someone who can/will find you the answers. Reminds us of being in a real home just lots of extra guests. I checked out several places in the area and this one for price and location can't be beat. We are very happy with the care or Mom/Mother-in-law is receiving.

Staff seems very caring and patient. Solicitous of my mothers needs and cheerfully willing to assist as needed.

I researched four senior living facilities for my dad to relocate to. Out of the four, Belmont Village met my father's needs best. The staff are all willing to help in the care of your loved one (s). If your requests have not been met, just let someone know and it will be remedied. The grounds are maintained beautifully. The colors on the walls and the amount of light that comes through the windows were as important to me as the many seating areas inside and out of the facility. I'm very satisfied with my choice.

We were very happy with Sunrise. We loved the place. It wasn't going to work long term because they aren't able to take medicaid when the time comes. It's beautiful, and we had no complaints whatsoever, it just wasn't the best option for our parents financial situation.

My cousin was the one who entered Sunrise at Montgomery Village. Right before she was supposed to go in, she fell and broke her arm and was in the hospital for a few weeks. I was impressed with how they stayed in touch with her and me during that time before she was even checked in. They truly care and it shows. Wonderful place, wonderful helpful people. I highly recommend Sunrise at Montgomery Village.

So far so good. I haven't had any major complaints so far. It's clean and the staff is friendly. I don't get complaints about food, or haven't gotten any yet at least. So far it's working out well, and we are pretty happy with them.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Just like their title suggests, Brighton Gardens is a bright, beautiful community! The staff seem like very caring people, and they have all sorts of activities for the residents. I also liked that all of the rooms were wheelchair friendly. I can't think of a negative thing to say about the place, I'm sure they'd do a great job looking after my loved one.

My Mom has been living on the memory care floor for 3 years. Features that are especially strong: a variety of options of common spaces for the residents and visitors to moved around in; consistent excellent quality and variety of balanced meals; loving attention from the staff, who make a point of getting to know the residents as individuals-their personalities, needs and limitations. Engaging visiting musicians visit frequently.

We visited this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. This was a nice looking place, and the staff all seemed very caring and attentive. They were friendly and very responsive to the needs of the residents.

Beautiful facility, but more importantly, the staff really seems to care. Unfortunately it was a bit more than my Dad wanted to spend.

Toured this facility on Sunday. It has the same Director as Sunrise of GPW. This is strictly memory care and I dont feel she needs just that right now. I believe the AL is the road to start with and see how she progresses.

Toured this site on Sunday. Really like it. My brother needs to get my Mom over there for a tour and assessment. hoping it will happen this week. There is only 1 unit available in AL.

I'm so happy we chose Sunrise of Louisville for my mother who suffered from Alzheimer's. Her final 3 years were spent surrounded by a team of friendly, compassionate people who cared for her like a family member. It's a beautiful place, with spacious personal suites and beautiful common living areas. The food is excellent (and NOT served on paper plates with plastic flatware like other facilities I toured) and there are many diverse activities to keep days fun. Most of all, it's people made it special. The staff at Sunrise were outstanding. I'm grateful beyond words.

I really enjoyed the Sunrise because it was very informative and it was presented very well. The people were nice. Overall it was a very nice community. The cost was explained and the community itself is worth what I will be paying. I did not get a chance to try their food but they explained how the meals work and everything. I really liked it.

Great place. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. No complaints.

They have been wonderful. It's immaculate there, the whole place is very clean. She hasn't complained about the food, and they have lots of choices. So far they have been awesome to her. I would rate them very highly.
