every one knows my family we know all the staff im happy my dad ended up there i give the over all rating a 5 star i can not say any thing wrong about the facility i think it is a great place i would recommend to other families that may need the service that they are very very good

Things are going very well. She has settled in pretty well, and is adjusting. So far it's well kept, and the staff is friendly. I haven't heard anything about the food, and there seems to be plenty of entertainment. I would rate them a five so far.

BEAUTIFUL FACILITY,GREAT PROGRAMS FOR THE RICH AND FAMOUS. DOES NOT DO MEDICADE.

i think its wounder counldnt be a better place it took my mom and loves it it took sometime for them to get use to it from living in a big home but the staff is very very friendly and makes the feel important moms loves that about the staff they are all ways making sure they are very well taking care of..

When I brought my mom to Sunrise I knew she would not be there long since she was on hospice care. The people at Sunrise took care of my mom as if she was their mom. They helped me to spend as much quality time as possible with mom. Karen her care giver was amazing. She stayed with me to my mom's last breath. I can't thank all of the people at Sunrise for helping me get thru one of the most terrible times of my life.

I'm so glad we found Sunrise of Des Peres for my father. It is a beautiful place, as well as, comfortable and inviting. The care is excellent, too. The staff are knowledgeable, kind, caring and friendly. My family and I couldn't be more pleased.

After choosing Brighton Gardens, there was no need to search for any other facility to care for my relative. The condition of all of the rooms was beyond clean and comfy. If any one does have to go there to check on those condition, they need to only open their front door to see the wonderful picture of pleasant appearances of Brighton Gardens. The rooms for the residents are outstanding, clean and pleasant. I'm very confident that anyone looking for a place for a very loved relative, will finish their search after inspecting Brighton Gardens.

Five stars are not enough to express my feelings about Sunrise of Sandy. My loved one was in the memory unit for over five years. I was impressed with the quality of care and the feeling of family there. Staff always showed respect and love towards residents, even those that became behavioral challenges. Not only did the residents express love and appreciation towards staff, the care providers demonstrated love back with hugs, pats, jokes, and general interest. When my loved one finally passed from her dementia, I knew she would be missed there at Sunrise.

They have been absolutely wonderful. They take good care of my dad, and they treat him, and everyone there with dignity. Within one day, they had him up on a walker, where the other place we were had him in a corner in a wheelchair.

A wonderful, warm place. Very welcoming with a nice variety of activities for the residents. The staff is very knowledgeable and sensitive to the residents' & families' needs. I could see my dad there from the first time I visited.

I give them a five stars because the director and staff make you feel like your at home and help you when you need help. My loved is happy and like is here. It is a little on the expensive side though.

My loved is content and happy. The staff made her feel at home and is good. The food is good and she hasnt really gotten into the activities yet . The rooms are kind of small but no complaints on anything else.

My Mom is so happy here! She came out to Scottsdale to spend the Winter months from the Northeast and while here had a fall. We decided that staying here was the best option and my siblings agreed. After visiting 3 other facilities, this made us feel the most comfortable and we were right. Like a lot of Seniors, Mom had old views about Assisted Living and now she is the biggest fan due to the care and treatment she gets here. Two of my 4 siblings have come out to support Mom and they are as impressed as I am and can't believe how fast Mom has come to embrace this place.

Gorgeous place, friendly staff. The Executive Director even took lunch to my father while he was in rehab at another facility in order to meet him personally. It was one of our top two choices for my parents.

I have been very pleased with Highland Trail. The best part about Highland Trail is that they made the transition into the place so very easy. I much appreciated how well they accommodated us. The staff there is excellent and my mother is very happy.

Parkwood Estates is very well located. the distance to medical facilities, shopping as well as religious places is well within reason. The bus service is helpful. The staff, be it admin, house cleaning, meal service are always bright, cheerful, friendly and helpful to residences and visitors alike. There are many activities available to the residence which suit their abilities and interests. The staff, admin staff that is, encourages the residents to engage in the various social and physical activities that are available. Value, is definitely there. If I or my parents were not pleased, I would not have let them stay.

I think they did a fantastic job at Sunrise of Holbrook! The facility itself is top notch, it is always clean and well kept. The staff are very polite and professional, and they take great care of the people who live here. I would recommend this place highly!

My mom has been a resident there for almost a year. She has mild dementia. They take very good care of her and she is always happy when we go to see her. We had lunch with her a few times, the food was very good. Her room is always clean and there is no smell in the place. It gives me peace of mind to know she is happy there and well taken care of.There is a sun room there and when the weather is nice we sit there, my mom enjoys that.When the weather gets warmer we will take her outside to sit, they have nice comfortable chairs.

The place is very friendly and family oriented. The staff is very personable. The staff here are all very friendly, and they seem to really care about the residents. I have no complaints. Sunrise is a lovely place which is warm, nicely decorated, and well run.

They do a wonderful job at Sunrise at Sheepshead Bay! The service is very good. The workers are all very friendly and professional, and very accommodating to any questions or requests I've had regarding my loved one's care. They treat us with such respect and like we are family, all the staff know mine and my loved ones names, just absolutely fantastic. A bit pricey but you get a higher level of care.
