Sunrise Senior Living

My Mom is a resident at Sunrise at Rockville. The Assisted living is very clean and homey. The staff is very caring and do an excellent job. They take very good care of the residents. I would highly recommend it to people. Thank you.

Our experience with Sunrise of Jackson has been a very positive one! They're taking excellent care of our loved one, and we've had no problems whatsoever. The facility is well kept and clean, and the staff is friendly and professional. Our loved one really seems to enjoy it here!

This place is wonderful. Everyone who works there is happy and enjoys what they do. They know you by name. The food is good and they are constantly open to helping my loved one get what she needs physically and emotionally. The decor is a little "old lady-ish", but that's OK. They offer cultural trips to local museums and theater, for those interested. The location is ideal in terms of shopping, restaurants and accessibility - and there is a lot of local parking.

My mother has been at Bear Canyon Estates for two months - they have provided her with a wonderful, caring and safe environment. Every staff member knows her by name and goes out of their way to greet her with a smile. My mother's dementia causes her to be forgetful and somewhat isolated but surprisingly, some of the other residents have taken her under their wing. Her new friends keep an eye out for her, remind her of the daily events and even escort her to the events. Wow! I can't say enough about the staff and residents. I'm glad we picked Bear Canyon.

This is an excellent facility for assisted living, and they also offer Alzheimer's care. The staff are highly professional, proactive, cheerful, and fun to be with. I include the nursing staff, caregivers, activities people, and kitchen staff in this assessment. There are many activities and local excursions to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment such as movies and theater. There are also frequent, wonderful guest performers that come to the building to entertain the residents. It is a very active and positive community. Prices are competitive, and the facility is well maintained. We have been visiting mom here for 3 years now, and are very pleased to have found this community.

Overall we're very pleased with how things have turned out at Sunrise of Wall. Our loved one is in the memory care unit, and I think they do an excellent job! The staff is friendly, accommodating, and they seem well trained. The facility is clean and well kept, and its just a very positive environment in general! We've got no complaints!

Overall we're very pleased with how things have turned out at Sunrise of Cascade, I'd give them top marks across the board! My loved one was very reluctant to even consider moving into a senior community, but the staff here did a great job welcoming her and getting her acclimated to her new home. The facility is clean and well kept, and they've got a good activities program to keep everyone entertained. She's really enjoying the social setting.

Brighton Gardens is a fantastic place to live. The staff is nice and it creates a calming and relaxing environment.

We found Brighton Gardens staff personable, caring and transparent in customer relations. The environment is cheerful, clean and comfortable. We chose Brighton Gardens for our mom based on their focus on honoring individual client preferences. We see this reflected consistently, as her choices are always honored. Brighton Gardens was our first choice in making comparisons for overall care, with factors such as living space, response time and meal options, being critical components for us. We are very pleased with our decision to move mom to Brighton Gardens.

We spoke with Toni on a few occasions as we were looking into places. She was on the ball and called me often. Some places just never followed up with us, but Toni stayed in contact. They were a little more upscale of a place than was a good fit for us, but when we let Toni know we had gone with another place, she was gracious and happy for us, and even reassured us that we would be in good hands.

So far it's very nice. So far no complaints about food or staff or anything. They have been pretty pleasant. We chose it because of the ones we looked at it was the nicest.

We're very happy with Brighton Gardens, they're an excellent facility! The staff here is wonderful. They're friendly, professional, and from the people we asked most of them are long time employees that are happy with the work they do! The facility itself is clean and well kept, and even our loved one who is somewhat of a neat freak is happy with it. It's a nice place, and definitely worth a look if you're looking into care in the area!

My dad's experience has been great at Sunrise. They were ready for him with relatively short notice and they took very good care of him while he was there. Dad still felt like he had his independence, but he had the confidence of knowing help was available if he needed it. Sunrise was a very clean facility and the food was good as well.

My mom has only been a resident for around a month, but I feel that the Sunrise Has been a fantastic place for mom. The staff is very friendly and attentive to mom's needs. The residence is always clean. They have activities ever day, which is a huge plus in keeping mom socially engaged with the other residents. The neighborhoods are a great place for our family to gather when we go to visit. The care givers are top notch! I feel it's a great value for the care my mom has been receiving.

When we went there to visit on time I saw all these people moving around, wheeling up here and moving down there. The mobility that the residents had was amazing. They all seemed happy to be there.
