Everyone at Sunrise has been so nice and helpful. The staff has been so patient during my Father's adjustment period.

Wish I could give Belmont 100 stars. My dad loves it there. Every staff member is kind, caring,and goes out of their way to help me. My dad always looks clean and well cared for. Much better than the care he was getting at home. My dad sleeps less and really enjoys all the activities. (Especially happy hour) I will always be greatful to a place for mom for recommending Belmont village

My mom has moved into this community and I am happy with the care and safeness. She has attentive and nice staff. She likes the meals and is eating it all. They have activities and outings and she likes to sit with the groups. My mom seems to be really happy.

Erin has a great way with people and she was most kind, understanding and informed. It was a pleasure to meet her.

Vivien was a most knowledgable and lively presenter. She was compassionate and informative. Actually, what spoke loudest was Vivien's longevity with Sunrise and her obvious rapport with both suff and residents, all of whom she knew by name.

This community is great and I really like it and so does my loved one. I think that the staff is wonderful and provide excellent care to my loved one. The only thing that I would change is that they did not do a good job about keeping me informed about different cost that they had. Other than that this is the place for my loved one.

My father is doing great here at this community. They are taking good care of him and his needs. This is a lovely community, they do a good job with keeping the community well-kept. Everybody is very kind, and the staff is extremely helpful. There are activities available for the residents. He says the meals are very good. I know he is safe and being cared for well here. I would recommend this community, it is a great place.

My Mom has been living at Belmont for 3 years. Everyone has been beyond wonderful. She feels safe and well cared for. The staff is amazing. All kinds of activities, outings and special events (cook-outs, Casino nights). Her memory is starting to get a bit off, so the PALS check on her all the time. Cindy (activities director) is amazing and encourages her to go on outings and daily activities. Tammy and Ed (Drivers), take her for rides, which she loves to do. All the staff in the nursing station, knows her meds and keeps track of her issues. They do a fantastic job keeping me informed, as I live 1600 miles away. The wellness staff keeps her active with physical and occupational therapy. She loves Angel! Dining room is exceptionally good. The wait staff knows what she likes and when she can't decide, they choose for her. I cant say enough good things about the staff and facility. It is on the expensive side, but the peace of mind knowing she is safe, has the help she needs, and is participating in life at 96 is worth it.

This is a excellent community. The food is very good and appealing with a nice variety. They do offer alot of activities to participate in. Staff members are outstanding. I would recommend this for great over all care for anyone.

The staff here is wonderful. No matter what I have for a questions they find out the answer. The General Manager was outstanding and super helpful in this process. The food is great and they provide a variety of choices for my loved one. The community is kept clean, it is just a old community. I would most definitely recommend this community to family.

We moved our mother into the Sunrise soon after our father passed away. We toured other homes in the Victoria area and concluded that the Sunrise was superior in every way. Our experience in the following months has confirmed our initial impression. The staff has been wonderful. Not only were they very welcoming when we first moved her in, they have continued to seek Mom out to be involved in activities and tours. She is much more active now than she was at home. We have been impressed with all of the staff: food services, nursing, administration and personal care. I would highly recommend the Sunrise to anyone who wants to make sure that their loved one is living in a wonderful, warm and professional home.

This community is in a good location and it seemed like a suitable place for my dad. The guide was on time and informative. It was a good tour and did a good job. The interaction with the residents looked kind and respectful. Just make sure there is enough funds to cover the expenses.

My mother in law is still getting adjusted to this community, but we are satisfied with her move here. They have lovely staff, they are attentive and helpful. They do a good job with keeping the community nice and clean. There are activities offered for the residents. The meals are nice. We know she is safe and in good hands here. This is a community I would recommend, it has been good experience for us.

Sunrise is a beautiful facility. The residences were engaging, the staff friendly, they had many activities posted and the rooms were bright , clean and did not smell.

I was very pleased with our tour of the community. The staff was very warm and welcoming , everyone seemed very happy to be there. My loved one is strongly considering making the move into Sunrise of Dix Hills.

I am overly satisfied with the services this community has provided for my loved one. They staff is outstanding, always happy, and attentive. The facility is always very clean and has a classy look to it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need with extra care for there loved one.

Everything went really well and when my grandmother moved in they had a welcome sign for her. They also had a special day for her birthday. My grandmother has made friends and everyone is nice to her. She enjoys it here and her apartment is nice. The staff are nice and the experience has been good. A Place For Mom was very helpful at narrowing down places for us. I would recommend this community.

The community has been absolutely wonderful in all aspects to my wife and her needs. She is really enjoying her meals and is eating better than ever since the move to Sunrise of Troy. It is very clean with great activities. I could not have asked for a better place than this facility.

My father is currently in the hospital, but once he gets better he will be returning once he is better. This is a good community, they do a good job with the keeping the community nice and well maintained. The staff is good, they are nice and helpful. Once he returns I know he will be in good hands here. He is being cared for well here. Overall I would recommend it, it has been good experience.

The Rem unit staff understands geriatric and memory challenges of the residents. The layout is well thought out so that the residents have a sense of community and do not feel alone. There is more staff than other homes that my mother has lived in and the staff is always with them or near by. My mother has adjusted to the facility well and is content. There are plenty of activities which are so crucial to memory loss individuals. Needed medical services are provided and I don't have to worry about her care every day. I highly recommend Sunrise.
