I toured this community for my brothers care. This location was to far for me. the staff was nice and caring. The meals looked appealing. The community was clean and maintained. We would recommend this community to other families for the care and value that is given.

The program is doing a good job with my wife. The activities that they do keep my wife active. The staff is great and they are really nice and friendly to me and my wife. The only challenge that we have is getting my wife to go to the program.

I like ths care that my brother is getting here from the gret staff. The variety of meals are really good. He likes the trips from the community with the other residents. The community is very clean and that is important. We do feel that we are getting the great care for a good value. We highly recommend other families to this community

Our family's experience was very positive at Sunrise. As with everything in life you need to interact with everyone...From the doctors, nurses, caregivers and dining services...Yes, they all worked with my husband to make him comfortable and happy...which in turn made our family very happy that he was getting great care. We were previously at a "buy in" in Winchester, VA. There they didn't bath my husband, didn't help him change clothes and sometimes pills were left on his table...and they even changed his medications without informing anyone - POA - Nothing is ever perfect, but everyone at Sunrise in Countryside was very helpful. If there was any concern, they worked with our family to make our lives so much easier - all we had to do was just ask! We are so grateful to all the dedicated people at Sunrise in Countryside!!!

My husband was here for rehabilitation and they were wonderful. It's a small community and the care was excellent. The one thing that could improve is the food. Some days the meals were okay and others not that good.

We toured this community. The staff were caring and answered our questions. They had a good variety of meals and they communiy is very nice and clean. We were wanting a community where familiy is close by. We would recommend this community over all to other families for good care and value.

Really loved Sunrise, Rockville, would have kept my mother there if they had nursing care for future possible needs. The people were fantastic! One lady at the front desk would probably not rate that and would receive a barely acceptable rating from me. Otherwise whole staff from nurses to activity people to dining room staff were fantastic. It is a really lovely place, very warm and loving.

My Mom just moved into the Remembrance (memory care) community a couple of weeks ago. She is, understandably, still going through an adjustment period. The care provided is very good and she seems to have a good relationship with her dedicated care managers. The staff is helpful, friendly and caring and truly seem to care about Mom's welfare. The facility is bright and cheerful and I hope that Mom will join some of the activities once she feels more comfortable there.

Very good visit and tour. I found the facility to be very friendly and a place that would benefit my mother. [Removed] was very helpful and informative. This place is under my families consideration.

My Mother has been at Belmont for five weeks. I had to move my mother into a memory care unit from the hospital, so there was not a lot of time to prepare for this major change in our lives. I toured other facilities and choose Belmont Village. [Removed] was truly an Angel he was very supportive and helpful and was the initial reason I chose Belmont. The entire staff at Belmont Village has been amazing. They have not disappointed. They have gone out of their way to assist us in this difficult time. [Removed] the Executive Director has been there every step of the way. Their staff at every level has been wonderful and caring. They truly care about their residents. [Removed] and [Removed] are available by appointment to see the residents at the facility. I decided to utilize this service. These doctors are wonderful they listen to their patients and the families. I have gone to every appointment with Doctor [Removed], I love her she explains everything in a way a layman can understand. [Removed] has seen my mom once and he has also been great and explained everything personally. They are very accessible, which is a very different experience from other doctors we have seen recently. They charge a flat rate so there are no surprises at the end of the month. I would highly recommend Belmont.

Everything went well while my mom was staying at this community. All the staff are wonderful. She had meals that were tasty with variety. I absolutely would recommend them my family. I picked them because they had a good value for what they provide and they had availability.

My mother is doing awesome here at this community. I'am very satisfied with her move here, it is a great community. They have an amazing staff at this community, they have been great to work with. There tons of activities offered for the residents. The meals are great, they have a great selection too choose from. I know she is safe, and in good hands at this community. I would recommend it.

We are happy with the service. The caretaker is helpful and does the care that we are needing. She does arrive on time and we find her helpful to every required need. She does arrive on time and is very friendly and caring and we would recommend this service and the good caretaker to other families.

As one of the only assisted living facilities with an extended licence in our area, I was amazed that this beautiful place was only 10 minutes away from Mom's town and friends. Yes, it is expensive (as such places are), but the quality of accomodation and - more importantly - the care, makes the price worth the value of knowing that my mom is in the best of hands with such a warm, friendly and caring staff.

My tour was efficient and I felt the community was fine. From what I saw it is a good facility and I am comfortable every time I visit them. They make time for my visits and have good communication with me so far.

This is a new community and it not been completed at the time of the tour that I took. I did like the staff and the cleanliness of the community. We were able to get our questions answered from the great staff. We were needing a community as soon as possible. You can see that this will be a nice place for a loved one and we would recommend other families to tour this community for care.

This is a great community. The staff is so nice and they have alot staff members to help the residents. The community is always clean. The meals appear to be good and my mom does have a special meal that they are very helpful is assisting her. I am glad to know that she is involved with activities and is enjoying them. This is a very beautiful community. We are glad that it is close to our home. we would recommend this community to anyone looking for great care and value

My mother-in-law stayed at Sunrise of Johns Creek for about a month. Wow! I cannot even begin to tell you how outstanding everything was at this facility. From [Removed] in the sales department to [Removed] with the nursing staff and everyone in between our experience was unbelievable. Their care coordinator [Removed] (awesome) became mom's favorite person at facility. She truly cared about Mom and would have tea/talk times in her room when Mom could no longer walk. The PT staff set goals that were realistic and meaningful to mom. At the end of Mom's struggle with cancer the Sunrise team helped us coordinate with Aberdeen hospice which was an excellent recommendation for her care. Sonrise takes resident care to an all new level. I could not thank them enough.

Exceptional facility. Open and warm. Well maintained. Encourages participation. Progressive care facility; aging in place. Activities vary from physical, mental and creative. Restaurant and Bistro. Private room was bright with tall ceilings; seemed spacious and warm. Annual Fees total around $100k

Everyone was warm especially the receptionist. Facility was comfortable.
